All around decent truck stop, be cautious of parking in the back lot they don’t enforce anything on the infamous “make my own spot” guys. There will be so many parked perpendicular in front of the back row you can’t get out. You will have to wake someone up. Last night I had one of the unfortunate truckers that just didn’t care, almost hit me backing up took him 45 min to straight back, then was woke up by a loud crunch at 4am and luckily enough he only crushed my mirror in and my hood was fine. He had left the scene rather quickly. Good luck. Love self check out employees are too slow anyway thank you!

Very nice travel station and the bathrooms are decent. They have a fast food restaurant here, there is a cinnabon, a hot soup station and they serve pizza as well. A little bit of everything for sale so if you need it they probably have what you need. I was a little turned around looking for the register but I was probably tired and sleepy so I will not count that against the store and the layout. Also, they were pretty busy when we were there and the lines moved pretty quick.

Decent little Pilot. Not much for health food options. Disappointed no PJ Fresh salads. Coffee was excellent employees were pleasant. Prices reasonable. The parking was insane. Resevered parking on app before noon and all were taken up by the time we got there around 2100. Attendants said to park wherever so we did.Drivers had actually blocked off fuel lanes with cones and parked behind them. Super smart. Might give that a try next time. 😉

They have fountain drinks and roller grill items. Pretty much everything youll ever need.

This place was nasty. Dirty floors. Dirty mens restroom. Even fuel pumps and parking lot was nasty.

We stopped for Wendy’s which wasn’t bad but slow…. But the music playing in the entire facility was so awful we didn’t want to stay to eat!!!!

As a sprinter van trucker, this was one of the worst gas stations Ive stayed at. There is no trucker lounge, the only place to sit down is in the Wendys which has solid wood seats meaning the only place you can sit on is literally you might as well sit on the ground because you have no choice or else youre going to be outside and over 100° weather. This was terrible and I will never stay at this gas station again I will try to find something else where I can actually sit down inside an ac. Without completely screwing up my back.

This place as nice clean and had friendly staff. Also had a Cinnabon and a Wendys.

Im occasionally here (especially at night), and this is a fantastic oasis on the strip in Dickson. They are usually in the top 3 (meaning lowest) for gas prices in the area. Always well-staffed with a great assortment of food--including healthy options. The BEST thing about this place, though, is the grind-and-brew on-demand coffee machines. FANTASTIC!!

The majority of their truck parking is paid parking. Just another drug stop extorting fives out of hard working truck drivers, no thank you. Ill park on the exit ramp before Ill give them $15.

When Trucking and traveling with family I use Pilot exclusively because its a one stop shop. Always fast, friendly and in/ out just like it should be! They are Covid-19 aware and sanitize all day preventing spread of the virus

They took out the counter and replaced it with self check. The people working stood at the pizza counter, I waited for her to walk to the only checkout register too check me out. I dont work for pilot and will not check myself out. WILL NOT BE BACK, LOVES truckstops from now on.

Great interstate stop! We love stopping here for Wendys (the only place at this busy exit open on Christmas Day, which we so much appreciated this year) and the pizza they make in the store. Theres also Cinnabon, clean restrooms, and pretty much everything you could want in a travel stop.

Spent over 700.00 to get fuel ,. No place to park unless its a reserved place. Really buy fuel and still have to pay to park the associate behind the counter had a attitude her quote its our policy to charge for parking my new policy isnt to use a rip off place. Sure cant wait till I get a canned message back no customer service from the corporate office.

Well you know I love their pizzas especially the breakfast ones but the problem is I come through at 7 in the morning and theres no hot food up. Theres two burritos and a muffin under the warmer and thats it. Its supposed to be a travel center open 24 hours a day but at 7 in the morning theres no hot food. I just know I cant stop there in my mornings now

Customer service was excellent in both the Pilot store and Wendys. The interiors were clean and well maintained. The exterior (parking lot, fuel area and grassy areas) were filthy. So much so, I was concerned about walking my dog in these areas.

When taking I-40 through TN, this is a regular stop for me. Quick & friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Well lit. Cinnamon, soup bar & the last time I was there they had a Wendys. Great truck stop/gas station. Usually fairly busy but the staff works hard to get you taken care of quickly.

Don’t bother stopping unless just a tank of gas and relieving yourself. They out of everything or out of order people walking around vacuuming when there is no drinks in the coolers

We always stop at this Pilots travel center they are always nice very busy and have reasonable prices on gas and all types of products. Weve been using this particular one for years. Good job.

Thus is the Wendys side. Pilot itself is great friendly and helpful staff.Wendys day crew seem to know what customer satisfaction is and professionalism is. But as for the night crew with customers in lobby there focus is on talking and joking with each other. I understand night has fewer customers but when customers come in they talk but Ill say this they are respectful when talking to customers

Went to buy a peice of pizza after they put a slice in the box i saw a fly had landed non two different pieces in the pizza warmer I told the guy a fly landed on the pizza. And he tried to shoo the fly away. I told him I didnt want to slice it just gave me thats a fly Ive been flying in the warmer or sometime and his reaction when I asked him if he was going to throw the two slices to fly it landed on away he said no. Which made me believe it would have sold it to the next guy that did not see it. Very disappointed with pilots sales rep its 8:44 p.m.. when I told him I didnt want to slice he just gave me he put it right back in the warmer with the fly that was still flying around I stated to him that it was nasty they should change the pizza he seemed to be okay with it . I got the money back and left hungry 😭

Pilot travel centers are always exquisite. Clean, friendly, comfortable.Gas, snacks, showers (if you want). Great place to stretch and take 5 on a long trip.

Not the cleanest or most organized pilot ever. But, people were very friendly. Just super duper busy. And, workers can only do so much cleaning or organizing when they are super busy. Would have loved to have seen some more fresh fruit and healthy fresh options.

Nice employees. Was extremely busy do to military maneuvers. Grateful to see our armed forces. Clean store and restroom. Wish it wasnt breakfast cause I would have liked to have soup or chili. The salads are really good and well worth the money.

Rude, smart mouthed & insulting cashier. The pumps would not function properly. I told the cashier the issue and asked him how I could fill up my car. He said take the nozzle and put it in the tank.

I stop here almost every time I make the trip between Chattanooga and Memphis. Its always clean and the people are super friendly. With as much traffic as Im sure they get through here, you wouldnt think youd get as much personal service as you do. Itll definitely continue to be a frequent stop for me.

Not bad for a Pilot fuel islands are large not a hole lot of parking available. The inside was nice and clean. The folks working were nice and polite.

It is a nice gas station and convince store where is can stop to fill your car and your stomach. Take a snack, a drink or anything you may need for your trip. Its a popular stop. Prices are not that expensive buy not the cheapest in the are, take this as a consideration. And watch out, rail train in front!!

Stopped in for ice, water, restrooms and lunch. The fuel islands and truck parking lot are set up well. Store was clean and well organized. Restrooms clean. They have a Wendys, which we had for lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Like most large travel centers they seem understaffed. Clean store and clean restrooms. Very good selections of snacks, drinks and quick food. Traveler supplies are quite numerous and varied by manufacturers. Prices are reasonable.

Stop here to put air in my tires on the diesel side none of the air hoses work all of them are brokenand at the same time you have to maintenance men changing out the trash cans as if it really takes two people to change the trash but no ones taking the time out to fix the air hoses!! Super clean and very friendly staff. Showers are well maintained with good pressure and super clean. Young Man that is the Manager on duty when I stopped by on Sunday was super polite and friendly. Hes definitely an asset to the company!

If youre a trucker and want to spend the night make sure you dont park in there unmarked no signs paid parking area , if not you will get rudely kicked out , doesnt matter if you have the hours or not . Definitely never coming back to this location !

Pilots store was great, fast friendly. Coffee is the best. The restaurant called Wendys was closed but didnt have no sign or anything to let you know Plus the service is horrible. The stores should get a five but because of the restaurant I gave it at 3

Management needs to properly train their staff to be knowledgeable of the area they are working. I encountered a very rude staff member that was working the Cinnabon station. She had no idea of the names of the products, or the prices of the products.I had to repeat my order several times and she still continued to box the wrong items!Then when I asked questions she had no answers. Finally I got frustrated, picked up my order went to the main cashier and checked out. The manager came to the register and when I said he needed to have someone who was trained working the area his answer was I know. That was it! And on top of everything the pastries were stale! The kids would not even eat them! This was in the early morning. No reason for this.

Restroom dirty before 7am when nobody is even in it which is the perfect time to clean it even though attendant was present. Illegal parking so bad that maneuvering to fuel pump was not easy . Lit dirty. Bags of trash between pumps. Pump handles broken. Customer service at counter was a plus but location definitely needs a pep talk

The Daves single I ordered was cold. The junior cheeseburger I order was cold. I ordered the frys with no salt, but they had salt. The young girl with Dark hair that took my order was very fast, and nice. My drink was made correctly.There was not a long line to order, but there was about 10 people waiting for their food.Most of the dining room tables were not cleaned off.

Two part review.No greeting upon entering as both cashiers werent evendoing anything - Pilot side.Wendys - only the cashier was wearing a hat and his service was up to par. The person making our food wore no gloves, hat or hair net and had a hair length past his ear lobes. We will not return to this location as food safety is huge for me and this event was a hygiene nightmare.

Great gas station, I always stop here when I head out of town or to Nashville! As soon as you enter the building, you smell delicious Cinnabon. This morning I ordered a cinnamon churro, it was okay but the cinnamon rolls are the best. The gas prices are very reasonable! The restrooms are large & clean. The Wendys connected to the store is very fast and always fresh.

Only getting 3 stars because womens bathroom wasnt bad. No creamer for coffee out, coffe island was a sticky mess and 3 people swaying behind the counter as if they were distributing their weight to stay level. Waited almost 10min. For someone to realize they were out of creamer even though I told them the little creamer containers and pump was empty.

Clean, friendly understanding staff. The area is rough, hookers and panhandlers, I was hitchhiking with my dog, needed shade and to sit, they were very nice to me n my dog, they knew I was not gonna panhandle and didnt look at me like the other problem people they most likely have to deal with, a lot of places judge my dog n I as this type of people, but not here. Very kind and helpful. We hung out all day and eventually got the ride I needed. So thank you very much.

No easy in/out for trailers. Pump 9 leaks gas directly from the nozzle onto the ground. Reported it; no one ever even showed up to supposedly look at it. Had to go in and prepay with a credit card to get the rewards discount.

I can always count on them to have coffee, snacks, soft drinks and clean restrooms.

One of my favorite truck stops. Good coffee. It was slammed and the sink at the serve yourself area was dirty, but very friendly and helpful staff.

The employees are eating in the back while people are waiting to order there food ,,no hot potatoes because no one put them in the oven the loud hourse play in the back ,,like they could care less if you were waiting to order,, just rude unprofessional. Won’t ever come here again.5 people working and Finley someone decides to take your order. Truck drivers don’t have time for this .

I had a Tornado, which is a tamale-like thing full of cheese. The restrooms are clean, and the drinks are cheap. My grandfather has never found a bad Pilot in all his 30 years driving a semi.

We were there just a couple of hours ago. First, ate at Wendys. That was fine. Then stop in the mini mart to pick up a SINGLE Cinnabon and a bottle of Dr pepper. The prices for both were clearly marked near the items. We were overcharged for BOTH and when I pointed this out to the young man behind the counter, his response was um. I dont know. I just ring them up. Literally. That was it. Unreal. Make SURE you check what they charge you... For everything!

I get my gas there whenever I go to Dickson, TN. Their gas is usually cheaper than anyone else. Bathroom is always clean. Workers are always nice. Close to I40. It is a busy place. Has a Wendys inside to eat in.

Theyve got lots of stuff that a traveler might want, like gas, soft drinks, snacks, ball caps, aspirin, and other nouns. Which is all well and good, but the reason I cant in good conscience give them that coveted 5th Star is because they dont often live up to their name: I waited there for HOURS before a pilot was there, and even then he insisted that he wasnt available to fly my plane for me. In other words, of they would just change their name to something less misleading, I would have no problems with the place.

Pilot is my favorite place for gas, they accept my digital coupons for cigarettes, I have a rewards card so I get all promotions ..The folks who work there At the Pilot in Dickson, TN are the best I like them all!! Andrew the night mgr..is great he works very hard to make sure everyone is treated with respect and all their needs have been met..All the people who work there are great people.. Pretty nice place, plenty of items to choose from for your vehicle to keep it going. Fluids not parts.part convenience store all kinds of drinks and quick hand held foods to choose from. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Paper on the floor, etc... I know it came from inconsiderate people just throwing there napkins on the floor but they were all over the floor. Friendly people working there, for the ones I met anyways.

Giving a 3 star rating due to the store construction that Im assuming is for remodeling purposes but regardless is not only an eyesore but also a closterphobic effect that makes you think, Am I gonna make it out alive? There were large circus like tarps creating an eery tunnel in front of the doors with trash cans on either side like one would do with pretty plants to decorate their homes but this was definitely not decorative; rather, it was overflowing garbage aggressively fondling the hairs of your nostrils which fail you as they keep breathing in the entire tunnel of this carnival like House of Horrors appearance. Im hoping that the It gets worse before it can get better lame saying is true in this case because Im not sure that Id go back for fear of all the clowns that tend to gather when tents go up ya know!! If its not safe looking or feeling especially to females, eh, youre going to lose business so I recommend a speedy recovery for the remodeling process

***Dont Gas Up At Pilot*** Stopped in Dickson, TN for the night and topped off my gas tank at Pilot. Used my credit card at the pump with around 9 Gallon of premium for $27. Checked my credit card later that day to find Pilot had charged my card the $27 + $151!??? Called the manager to see what the heck they had done and was told Pilot policy was to preauthorize my credit card for $151 and offered me the corporate 800 number to call about it. Forget that, will NEVER gas up my car EVER AGAIN at Pilot...should be called Pirates!

Wasnt impressed with the place but it will do i guess. Restrooms were not as clean as they could be. Bought some corn dogs that were pretty good. Store looked too cluttered and did not feel inclined to shop.

Over priced, drivers are screwed again on points and they have jacked up the price of food no longer worth going to.. Well the showers are always good.. Atleast the hot water is constant but expect poo in the toilet and trash in the garbage can in your shower

It takes forever so make sure you have lots of time. Forget eating at the Wendys (the only food besides pizza) inside. They are rude, wring up your order wrong and refuse to fix the problem they created, unless you pay them more money. Their attitude is passage agrees Ive while smiling at you and saying Merry Christmas. I would n I t recommend this stop at all which is a shame bc this is one of the easiest Pilots to get a semi in and out of.
