I go to this CVS once a week to get laundry care products and other items. The store is always clean and the employees are always very friendly and willing to help if i cannot find what I’m looking for. I normally have coupons with me and the cashiers are very patient and willing to work with me. Love this cvs!

Great experience with CVS pharmacy. Vinh, the pharmacist, was very helpful! And…my husband thinks he’s cute! I was able to get my medication in a reasonable time. Hands down great customer service! Good job, Vinh! I am one happy customer

Thanks so much for going above and beyond to assist me on New Years Day morning around 10am 2021 in filling my grandsons prescription. The insurance card would not process for some unknown reason. With it being a holiday, I couldnt get issue resolved with insurance company. You were awesome in finding an alternative to paying full price for meds, thus saving us $75.00. I didnt get the pharmacist name but the clerks name was Mykala (spelling might be wrong). Many thanks to both of you!!

I’ve never had a problem with CVS. I compare them to other pharmacies that I’ve used. My current pharmacy has longer wait times, fewer staff, and more errors. But CVS seems adequately staffed, and the pharmacy group is actively working on customers instead of chit-chatting or running around aimlessly.

Ive switched from a nearby pharmacy to this CVS for all of my prescriptions. Much much quicker, my medicine has never been out of stock here, and the staff has always gone above and beyond to help with insurance, finding coupons for one (especially expensive) medicine we need, etc.

This review is for the store and not the pharmacy as Ive never used a CVS pharmacy.Ive been shopping at CVS for about 4 years and love this store. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, and any time Ive ever had an issue, the manager has rectified it immediately. Ive stopped at other CVS stores in and around Nashville but still always prefer the one in Dickson.

This pharmacy will give you the most expensive prescription without even attempting to get a cheaper out of pocket option for you. News flash, even if a doctor prescribes a certain medication, they CAN & SHOULD call and see if there is a cheaper option for you. That’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE & caring for your customers and this CVS does not have that.

Terrible. My dad’s doctor send a prescription (insulin) the day of appointment and they did not have it in stock was told the would get truck the following day that they should have it. Called the day after to see it it’s finally ready I was told they will have it Tuesday. That’s 4 days my dad without insulin. I asked the lady if their was anything she can do to help me get his medicine all she said was “i mean if you want to wait 1 hr so I can call ALL pharmacy (with attitude) or you can call” . She definitely showed NO concern about a person staying with out insulin. Very disappointed. I understand if they didn’t have the medicine but at least show alittle concern about a person that can’t live without this type of medication.I called another pharmacy and the lady was very helpful and contacted CVS pharmacy to get the prescription. It took less than an hour for My dad to get his medicine.

The staff is slow no customer service no knowledge of government-funded programs unwilling to help will be reported to the tennessee state board of insurance commissioner. This is unacceptable do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Nonsense. Every single month I have to call in my sons prescription the morning I want it filled even though the script is sent from the doctor because thats the CVS policy. Thanks, but Ill go back to Walgreens. I shouldnt have to call and tell them to fill a prescription the doctor sends over. Obviously it needs filling.

I showed up right at 6 (their closing time) and was originally told to come back tomorrow, but a very nice person by the name of Donna shamed the other technician into helping me. (Thanks Donna, sick kid at home and you may have saved a life)..

Literally every single time I go for a prescription they dont have it ready. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We went in and the app said that it was ready and the pharmacist laughed in my face and said I dont use the app so thats not whats back here. I called the doctor and they didnt respond within a timely manner, so we have no meds for you. Oh well. When I asked why the app would tell me differently, since thats all i have to go on, she cut me off and said Hah I just told you that I dont use the app. We dont have the meds. They didnt answer, thats just how it is. Not my problem. Out of my hands. So whatever. So you speak to a customer like that? Cool. You have the worst customer service. Ive had better customer service at the Dickson McDonalds at 10 at night.

I have to say that this CVS is actually the worst one I have ever been too... They not only treated me like crap but also laughed at me over the phone and wanted to make up lies saying I cussed them out which was not true all I said was I was tired of going round abouts with them, but also they take forever to get your medication ready I waited almost four hours till they actually decided to get my medication filled. By far the worst place I have ever gone too.. And also answer me this how does a pharmacist slame her finger in a safe and cute it off in all honesty the people working in the pharmacie shouldnt even have a job cause they dont know what they are doing and how to treat people. Plain and simple

I have been filling several maintenance meds at this cvs store for 4 years now and have small glitches here and there but today has been enough to make me shop elsewhere! Prescription was sent in 2 weeks early as regular, I went to pick them up and they didn’t have it no answer, no excuse, nothing. I waited two days and when I was completely out of my medicine I went back to CVS to ask for an emergency does tell my prescription got took care of, come to find out they had none of my drug in the store was not going to tell me and they said they wouldn’t be in till next week. I’m not a businessman but there are enough CVS stores around that they should’ve sent me to another one or got another one to bring my meds!WORSE PHARMACY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CVS suxs

I would give a better rating for today when I returned. But as for yesterday September 17th the woman working the counter, blonde hair and glasses.. yes I am a biker and yes I have different color hair. But what you Dont know is I Run My OWN business and work with people who could own your company. But the Attitude and the Rude Demeanor you treated me with was uncalled for. Now you Not only told me you were so backed up that you werent taking anymore scripts and didnt have my meds. Then standing in an aisle getting other things I hear a woman drop off and you tell her 20 minutes. And the Blonde pharmacist you were speaking too. Dont judge a book by its cover. And when I called and came back the very next day to find out you did have them. And the look on your face was PRICELESS. But thats fine the other young lady and Pharmacist were nothing but Polite and Very nice. So next time dont look down on people especially when I probably make more than you, but I would never be the way you treated me. Thank you

Yesterday, Dec. 14, 2016, my mom...age 94 went to pick up a prescription . Unaware that Tricare isnt working with CVS, we were told Tricare wouldnt pay. The check out clerk said they would send it over to Walgreens...and it would take 30-45 minutes. In the meantime, my mom decided she wanted it to go to RiteAid. I went back and the first clerk was busy. One of the lady pharmacist in the back asked if she could help....never came down to speak in private. I explained and she said we had to ask the new pharmacy to call them. I tried to explain what the first clerk said and she repeated LOUDLY what she said. How about...Im sorry that was misinformation etc....but instead she was rude. Sorry CVS that you lost Tricare, but now you have lost a CVS customer....my mom loved the floor workers and counted them friends. The lady pharmacist was unnecessarily rude and we will not be back.

Only gave one star because there is no zero star. They suck so bad. Four major screw ups in a row and when trying to get the problem straightened out the employees are so crude and hateful. Its no surprise that they have the worst reputation in town. Dont waste your time or money with them.
