Dayton and his guys in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Was in the state working in the oilfield and truck developed issues. Charbonneau had an opening in their service schedule which was more than a week earlier than the next dealership. When my vehicle was towed in they actually looked at it straight away 3 days before the scheduled appointment and called to update me on the issue.They continually updated me on all the progress, from parts ordering and repair all the way to the completion of service which literally landed on the day of the initial service appointment. These guys are top notch and now I know why they have customers not only in southern North Dakota but coming from as far as South Dakota and Montana as well!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Charbonneau’s. After inquiring on a couple vehicles online I got a speedy response from Jamey. He answered all my questions and texted me pictures right away of the vehicles. I got to test drive my car for a day and let my own mechanic look at it. With only minor fixes needed on the used car, they were sure to give it a full work up and found even more things that they corrected for me free of charge before buying. They did an excellent job detailing it and making it as new as possible for me. Jamey has been super accommodating and a great communicator. We have had nothing but problems with the service department. Between oil dripping post fluid changes from poor cleanliness, greasy fingerprints left, parts found in the skid plate because they were too lazy to take a few extra minutes to locate the part they dropped, to disrespect from a technician when I asked if anything was wrong being we found said part in the car and being told they don’t have the time to locate it. We will not be a returning customer. We will drive an hour and half for better quality service!

Bought a car recently from this dealership. Had below average customer care from the car dealer working at the time when I came from rapid city sd to bring my business to ND. Had problems with paperwork and also Ended up finding out the hard way 2 days after buying that there were some bad underlying issues with the car concerning start up. So I contacted the GM Jayme. Since then customer care and contact was excellent and Jayme set the wrong to right. Had to take the car to 2 separate mechanics to find the problem in which 2 big mechanical bills cost me, BUT without hesitation Jayme paid both bills to set the wrong right and was always making sure I was being taken care of from there on out. Highly suggest Jayme and the customer care he and the dealership provides. One bad car salesman doesnt make a dealership the leadership does and Jayme turned my opinion around. He also stated if I had any future problems to get ahold of him. Highly recommend. Thanks again

As a full time traveler, it is a challenge to get scheduled service. I seek out GMC dealers enroute and hope for the best.Driving Thru Dickinson, i noticed the express lane signs here and stopped in.The service person seemed only interested in letting me know how busy they were.Also, the type that doesnt provide info unless you ask the right question.No help in guiding me thru the possibilities, other than i could come back the next day and hope for a cancellation.Seemed happy with the business she had, and not any more than that.

Adrian was exceptionally helpful - helping me buy a SUV. I live in Fargo and found a last minute ride across the state. When I got there he had everything ready to go. A couple signatures later and I was back on the road. The whole experience took about 15 minutes and he had the car gassed up, oil changed, and running so I didn’t have to get in a cold car. Best service Ive ever recieved. Saved my roadtrip and got me back on the road quickly.

They delivered car and all seemed fine and when i went to start it next morning it sounded like a mad typewriter ticking and clicking . Of coarse it was fine when it showed up it had been driven 5 hrs so it was nice and warm and oil flowing, i called and yes they offered to let me bring it back so they could look at it but seeing how it made it through their expert certified mechanics and not one of them notice the more than obvious noise when started( so they say ) cold nor did they notice the cupped tires showing that an alignment was in need ,well i sure wasnt taking it back to them seeing how all he can say is that there was no warning lights , thank goodness it had power train warranty , turns out that its a seal in the oil pick up and or pump that got damaged during assemble , the noise was more than obvious and so loud a warning light wasnt even needed , all Kass could say was there were no lights on the dash and its some how all my fault . Dont go here cause the lights are off ! Its a cold start issue and yes there is even a recall .

Twice I tried dealing with this company. I would never try with this company again. Several times they said they would get back to me and I myself had to contact Allen Holcomb. Maybe a different sales guy would have been better, but I was unlucky and got the same guy twice.

Large Crowd Monday am. Lance approached and asked if I needed help, and I told him about my slow leak in my front tire, He got me rolling again. Literally too. Quickly. All the staff were very professional. They worked together. Patched my tire, then swapped rims with my full size spare tire, Free oil change I had coming from Chrysler. 4 service updates, and in less than two hours I was back on the road to finish my trip around North Dakota. $42 was the cost. No sales pitch about new tires, or that type of monkey business. Just plain good service. Lance could have gone out and drank some coffee and shot the bull about his weekend, but he was proactive, and got right to work Monday a.m. Many thanks!
