Not friendly at all overpriced do not recommendThanks for responding but have been there 4 times and been the same each time. Yes you do have most of the parts but there is more to just having parts people need. Caring and being friendly will go slot further. We will not be back camping world has everything also and close to half price.Wish yall all the best.

I’ve found my Rv parts store! These guys were great. Super friendly and helpful. I was trying to fix my furnace and they called a mechanic up from the back. I explained the issue and he told me exactly what was wrong. It sounded crazy to me, but yup. There really was a bug in the gas line orifice. They had the parts I needed. I’ll be back for sure.

I have a 2004 four winds 5000 that needed new fabric for the canopy.I purchased the fabric on line and figured that maybe and a buddy could install it.I just about took off my thumb off attempting to retract the springs on the mechanism. Terri and Steve greeted me the first time i went in quickly, and professionally, and allowed me to supply the fabric since i already had purchased the fabric online. They gave me a fair price for the labor and did the job in a timely manner..Thanks Terri, Steve and also to Jim who is also helping me find some hard to find parts for a older Rv.

This company has repaired our RV a couple of times, and the workmanship has been great. Unfortunately, the day after the Governor’s repeal of the mask mandate, not a single employee was wearing a mask when we arrived to pick up our RV. If you are concerned about your risk of COVID, shop elsewhere.

Just wanted to send a huge shout out to Scott. He came out (very far I might add) quickly, diagnosed our a/c problem and repaired it immediately. It is SO hot in Texas in July and he was very professional and kind. I spoke with Steve when I placed the call (for help 😁) and he was very kind, quick and helpful too. I also spoke with Terry and she was wonderful as well. I have found who will get my business as long as I am an RV owner. Thank you Dues for being quick, fair and easy to work with. This is a small store and they are incredibly helpful! We knew we were looking for a few hard to find things that might need to be ordered. Terri was very helpful including letting us know that we may be able to order the fridge part directly due to it being a special order item.We need to pick up some led lights and well definitely get them here!

Dues Camping Center has a truly top notch mobile RV service. Scott was on-time, courteous and professional. He answered any questions I had and seemed a genuinely nice guy. He installed a new air conditioner for me and had to work in the rain both visits, when he was working to diagnose the problem, and then installing the AC. I know I will call Dues for any future RV needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Terrible service. Zero stars if possible!I Tried to get propane tanks filled (it must be a hassle). I had 5 tanks to fill, since its going to get cold soon, and as get to the counter, the tall grey haired feller that is always at the coustomer desk asked how many tanks I had, I told him, fiveand he looked like i was putting him out, and said FIVE! I said, yes sir, is tgere an issue with that? And he said....i will be out there shortly. So, by filling up so many tanks, I noticed his body language, his demeanor, that i was putting him out of sorts. His tone was very rude too.I unloaded all of my tanks and then the grey haired man asked me if they were all in date or expired. Well how the heck do Ii know? He proceeded to tell me that my tanks were out if date. He explained to me and showed me a date that read 10-07. Then told me some quadratic equation about the dates. It cannot be that difficult. I had no idea what that meant, but for that explanation, you can put 02/12/2021 and it would be out of date.Ok, so, first tank SURPRISE, SURPRISE!Its out of date!Ok, Fine lets do another tank.Low and behold, it is out of date too!!Etc... Mind you, I just got ALL OF THESE TANKS FROM HOME DEPOT LAST WEEK!. I would like to think that Home Depot would not use out of date bottles for propane, because of safety issues and liability issues.But alas, the grey haired man decided he did not want to help (without moaning about going outside in the cold.). I would have been out there right beside him the entire time.I just simply told him, thank you, but you obviously do not want my buisness, so i will just go back to home depot, and reloaded my five tanks into my truck.Guess where Im at now?So, if this man is the owner....I have a tip for you:Be friendlyBe courteousBe helpfulIts a stressful time for everyone, I totally understand, but If it is that bad, go take a vacation!If you are the Manager:You need to take a step back and get an attitude adjustment.Re-evaluate your position and be glad you have a job during this mess we are all having to deal with.You need to feel lucky and be happy you have a job right now.We are/were here to help you and support your small buisness/employment.I will never go back, too rude and much hassle for the tall grey haird man.

This was our first experience with RV living and propane! These guys were out of sight taking care if us filling our propane tanks during the apocalypse here in Dickinson. They were friendly and extremely helpful and as a terminal cancer patient that holds a lot of weight with our family. Thank You!!

I recently hit a low hanging limb in my subdivision and it tore the rubber roof. I called Dues to see if they had any patch kits that I could fix it with because I needed my RV quick. They said they had some repair kits but recommended I bring it in and let them look at it. I took it in after reading the reviews for Joe the service man at Dues and how quick he got the work done and how he handled everything with the insurance company. I dropped the RV off with Joe he contacted my Insurance Company Farm Bureaus and within a few hours my claims rep contacted me saying it had been approved. Joe and his crew went right to work. The insurance check arrived the evening before the work was complete. I picked up my camper the next day. The work was excellent and they even washed my camper before I picked it up. It is a 43’ fifth wheel with three roof airs. I have replaced the rubber roofs on three other campers but none this big so I know what to look for in a roof replacement and Joe and his crew did an excellent job. A big thank you to Joe and his crew and Farm Bureaus insurance for getting my RV back on the road so fast.

Helpful but small in store selection

My RV a/c went out while parked at a RV park with no way to pull my RV to a service center, I submitted a service request online, they contacted me within a couple of hours. The mobile tech arrived, took care of the warranty claim and replaced the unit all in the same day within a few hours of my initial contact. This is fabulous as I had spoken with another company the previous day and they just disappeared on me! Hooray for Dues Camping Center!

We were out of town for vacation and needed the roof on our fifth wheel replaced quickly. Joe managed to get the insurance taken care of and all the work done quickly and with great quality. The whole team was wonderful to work with and did exactly what they said they would. I would highly recommend them and Steven did a great job on the roof, we couldn’t be happier with everything. I search high and low all over Houston, could not find the part and service was very poor. At Dues, I was able to locate the part, and staff was very friendly and professional. They have an array of selection.

I woke up to the smell of a beeping sound and electrical smell. I fried my inverter. This happened the day before Thanksgiving and their repairman was fully booked. I then set an appointment for the following Monday as I left town for the holidays.Scott Willis, Dues mobile repairman showed as planned, determined the problem and set up to replace the fried inverter. Once installed, the inverter kept tripping. Scott began to diligently and logically started the trial by elimination to determine what was tripping the device. It took a while but his persistence paid off and found a heavily burned wired junction box. He successfully made the repairs..Scott is incredibly skilled and was very impressive with his process and ultimate success. I can’t thank Scott enough and would recommend to anyone.

The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you problem solve with options. They provide individualized service in a relaxed setting. For service...bring in your RV or Schedule a house call at reasonable rates.

This is a great place to have your RV serviced. The people are helpful and the work is excellent. But do not work for them ... I supplied my own tools to work here about $30,000 worth and bought about another $10,000 while there just for RV service. Then Harvey hits and us residing @3512 cedar drive in Dickinson had to evacuate... Well that was ground for being fired... Also grounds for not getting paid for the last two weeks of work I performed for them.... Also all my tools was kept I guess... Upon asking for them was told they didnt know where they were... But insurance had already paid them for the damages and lost to the shop and store? I guess its the everyday working man that gets the raw end of the deal when it comes to $$ ... But I guess thats why I was working there to start with.... Cause they needed more 💰... Its not like we have bills, rent, need food, or anything like that. My tools was how I made my living and provided for my family... Now what am I supposed to do?

We highly recommend Dues Camping Center for all RV needs. The employees at the counter and those in the service department are highly professional and render service as promptly as possible. Appointments for service are kept and service is completed in a timely manner.

The first time I called I got great customer service, the best I have found, but that was short lived. I called back and was shuffled from one person to the next each telling me I need to speak with the first person that transferred me, until I was put on hold. After hold for what seemed like 10 minutes someone came online and said they would call me back, needless to say Im still waiting on that call. So in short if you need help with your RV, dont call Dues.. this should be your logo. Dont Call Dues

We are Canadians spending the winter in the warmer climates living in our A Class and just after New Years we had an unknown electrical problem that filled our unit with smoke. We suspected the hot water tank but werent sure. This was our first time in Texas and had no idea where to call to get it checked and fixed. Dues was recommended to us by a couple of people at the RV Park we were staying at and after reading the Google reviews we decided to call them about our unit. We are so glad we did! Instead of calling we decided to take our car up and get a first impression. We were greeted by one of the mechanics who was very friendly and professional and then guided us to Joe who would get us set up with an appointment. They could take our unit in the next day! They said they would do their best to get it diagnosed and fixed as soon as possible as they knew we would have to stay in a hotel while they had our home. They had it sorted out and repaired within a couple of days with the biggest delay being the wait for a part they had to have ordered in so no fault of theirs. Joe kept us informed through the entire process which we were very thankful for. Once the part arrived they had the unit repaired and us back in our home in a timely fashion. All the staff were professional, polite and informative; the mechanics gave knowledgeable and timely work and the overall cost was very reasonable. We have been living back in our unit now for the past 3 weeks without any more issues. We are extremely grateful for Dues and their great service. Thanks Joe and Staff!

I purchased a box trailer to use for work. I needed an A/C installed and I needed back pretty fast. I called and spoke with Joe Centeno and explained to him what I needed and how fast. Recently our air conditioner in the bedroom stopped working. We called and scheduled someone to come out and look at the unit. We figured out the problem later that day and didnt need anyone after all. The lady that booked the service was completely understanding and issued a refund for the service call since we canceled before they showed up. I would definitely recommend Dues. Very each to work with.

I locked myself outside my camper this morning and I called and Mr Todd Walker came and unlocked my camper. He was my Angel! My daughter just had surgery and I was fixing to get ready to go to the hospital in Clear Lake. I will be using them in the future! I can’t thank him enough I’m typing this in tears. Dues Camping Center in Dickenson, TX will be our go to RV store and repair facility from now on. After having an issue with having our awning assembly replaced at the “large facility” on the west side of town. Between taking forever to get parts ordered and not available to talk to us when we’d call for updates we decided to “take our business elsewhere “. Dues showed up in a GOOGLE search and recommended by a dealer nearby. Jim Mayberry had our parts ordered and they arrived within less than a week. Once we took our unit in for the installation Joe Centeno the service manager kept us constantly updated on their progress and had us in and out within an acceptable time and a very reasonable price. My wife spent time “wandering” the retail area and picked up things off her wish list again at a reasonable cost. We are very pleased with our experience at Dues and will definitely be back for any possible repairs or more stuff on the wish list. Thank you for a great experience.

Shopped here 4 times while in the area. Male employees were so RUDE and prices were WAY over priced. I would rather drive and waste my gas on to Katy, TX to Camping World staff there would go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and find what they needed.DUES should change their name to RUDES!!!!! Will NEVER shop there again for anything!!!

It is difficult when traveling to find competent, fair and reasonable work done on an RV. Youre living in the unit at the time, and youre unfamiliar with area businesses. Our fifth wheel is 19 months old. The Dometic refrigerator had quit for the the second time in that short period. The unit was still under warranty, but the local dealer would not provide service for two months. Its the best thing that could have happened, when they referred us to Dues!Dues Camping Center was able to promptly help us. The technician found that it had not been vented properly during the RVs construction, causing the unit to overheat. He found and corrected the problem in about an hour. We were amazed! It is now running properly for the first time since we owned it. I cannot say enough good things about Joe who took care of us, and about the capable technician who analyzed the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend this business, and I will surely tell others about our positive experience. Its the first time in 19 months we have been able to keep ice cream! Thank you, Dues!Gail Perna

About two weeks before we were to leave on vacation, I ran the air cond in our RV to find that it was not cooling. I called Dues and they said their shop was booked full but they could send out a mobile technician to take a look at it. They came the next morning (Friday), he was professional, clean and courteous and quickly determined that it needed to be replaced. He took the model and serial numbers and quickly found out that it was still under warranty and would be replaced at no charge. The new air cond was in stock and ready for installation the following Monday. He came out and did the replacement in less than one hour. Wow... great service all around from the technician and the lady at Dues who was doing the scheduling. When we have a need, well definitely be coming back to Dues!

Had written a particularly nasty review from viewpoint of previous employee. Realized the place is under new ownership and decided to retract and give middle of road rating. Until you have had personal experience otherwise, give the current owners benefit of doubt and dont hold experiences and antics with previous staff against them.

Was a client from 2011,.. Spent Thousands of dollars, on 4 winds 22 ft TV, Dean was the best, just found out hes gone,...... All of a sudden they dont service my rV anymore. Oooops, wheres Dean, he was the best, now Im looking for a reputable TV dealer that will take care of me like Dean did.Boooi. To dues, Im gone. Read the reviews and make your own decisions, its just your money... $.$$$

We were visiting the area for a week and had a problem with one of our slides on a 5th Wheel. Called them for mobile service, they showed up the same day and had it fixed with in 30 minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
