I love this Walmart. It’s easily accessible for after the gym and I buy a lot of groceries here. All the produce and frozen goods are competitively priced. I often buy paper towels and paper goods here as well. It saves a lot of money as opposed to going to places like Vons or Albertsons. Just about everything here is of high quality like name brands alongside the just as good Great Value brand . I usually find myself spending about 1-3 dollars per item . I can spend 25$ here and stretch that for a week , just talking vegetables rice fruit and chicken . They also sell alcohol here which I really appreciate. Rudest employee ever! Propane exchange machine did not recognize my credit card, machine says to go inside to pay. Went inside and said the machine told me to come in and pay. Rude employee said no, it never says that. I told her I will show you, she did not respond and figured out how to ring it up. No apology, no nothing. Never experienced such horrible service before in my entire life!

This is the nearest grocery store to my house, so I’ll keep complaining about this issue till they get it fixed. Simply if you have an item which can’t be purchased through self checkout, youll have to go through their only open register, and if you were lucky like me and someone at the front has an issue, you can remain waiting in that line forever without them trying to fix the issue by opening another register.

Good store, better than Albertsons across the street.

From dead to a 4☆ with a new Manager! What a huge difference. Thought I would never go into that store again but a neighbor took me.Clean...orderly...better produce and better price than Smart-an-Final.Basically small Grocery Store.Huge turn-around. Im so glad...its close!

They have the stupidest lottery machine, it automatically choose for you! And they refuse to report it as false purchase then give your money back! They used to change it for you if a false purchase was made when purchase from the desk, because I’ve experience few times and they did it for me. I told them that, but they denied. Really disgusted me.

Me and my Mom always been to this location, cause so close and person works there nice and friendly. Today my mom try to go there exchange something, the manager Gabby told her no, as I know if you lost receipt, they still can use your DL to refund you store credit as all other store. Anyway, first time told us no, you not purchased here, until my mom show her the label. Then she say you can exchange something similar, ok fine. My mom got something and ready to pay the difference. Guess what, she say has to be exactly same thing and same price. I never heard that in my whole life. I ask when you guys changed policy, she told me beginning of this year. Thats terrible experience, the product only less than a dollar, not even a big deal!!!Can Walmart hire someone professional, knows what she doing, know how important customer service for the business. I have no idea why she do that, because my mom dont speak English? I will never come back to this location.

The manager at customer service gave me a free lecture today. I returned an online order with a return receipt that I marked the item and the order number with a red sharpie, the manager Tess looked at it and threw it back to me and asked “what is the order number?”, then she rudely asked what’s wrong with the item? After that was processed, we proceeded to return 2 $3 items. She again asked in a very rude tone for the receipt. I didn’t have it. Then Tess said we don’t take anything without a receipt. Then she lectured me about not having a receipt and she would do it one time but you got to have a receipt. I explained I had received store credits from other Walmart for no receipt. She then tossed the items to another person and told her to process it before she just walked away. This is probably the worst customer service I have encountered from Walmart customer service.

A fairly new Walmart Neighborhood Market that proves to be a strong competitor to the local Albertsons and Target. Its brightly lit and stocks a lot of products, creating a fulfilling grocery shopping experience.

Really easy to find a self check out and great prices and selection.

Found Easter eggs there on Easter! Every where else was sold out. Definitely recommend Diamond Bar Walmart as your go to store for your buying needs.

Basic Walmart Neighborhood store. Only difference with this location is the selection of Asian foods is wider. Vegetables such as nappa cabbage is sold here. Premium groceries are available such as Roa’s tomato sauce. San Marzano tomatoes. Pearl sized mozzarella balls were available as well. During the summer time heirloom tomatoes sometimes are sold. Decent selection of organic foods.

Employees need to follow their own rules for masks and social distancing. I do not feel safe here.

I have never been able to find items that their web site says are in stock. Not at this store, not at others.

I got to the store in heavy rain around 9:30am on Saturday November 7th. I went there to return a product of a 3rd party merchant. I have never done this before. The lady at customer service was extremely understanding and patient. I am never very handy with my cell phone but she told me to take it easy to find the information on my cell phone to complete the return. At the end she even helped me seal the package and put on the label with a sunny smile and comforting words. I dont normally write reviews, but I had to because she made my day!

Typical Walmart environment. Didnt explore the whole store, since they didnt have the vitamins I was looking for. Might go back, but I might be better off going to one of their Supercenters

This Walmart store needs some improvement. They have 2 self check out sections. Each section has its own line forming. They are not like the Bank of America in the same plaza. The bank has only one line which leads to several teller windows. If this Walmart store wanted to implement a one-line system, they should have a clear sign to avoid confusion. I shop at this store regularly. Having 2 separate lines for self check out is very clear to me for a long time. This morning, when I was approaching a register in the right side self check out line, one of their staffs stopped me and waved a woman who was waiting in the other self check out section. I was already at the register and I refused such direction. This staff said there was just one line. As I raised my voice for my objection, a team-lead came. I complained to this team-lead that if there was indeed one line, they should put up a sign. She agreed this could be an improvement. I have high expectation from a world class company such as Walmart. The business can be more profitable by not paying for someone who just stands there and harasses customers.

Really enjoyed the place. Very clean. Employees very helpful but one really stood out. His name was Henry Jaen. He knew I had trouble with what right seasoning to take home and he was correct .

Lost items today at the store spent 93.00 and they didnt ever care.

Senior hour no touch pick up between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. changes can be made to your order up until the night before. Theres usually a few items that are out of stock but they notify you that. They loaded the groceries in the trunk and youre on your way home. Ive used it twice each time there was one error either the wrong item or a missing item called and it was immediately adjusted to my credit card. Feel like the very safe way during these times of covid 19 to get groceries safely.

Well its WALMART whats not to love.. its a neighborhood Walmart with a lot of the same items a grocery store and a regular walmart has.. This is a clean environment, well organized and just all around good customer service.. Drop in and spend some money or just go and youll still spend some money anyway... i guarantee it...

Never enough customer service for the amount of customers they are serving. Cashiers can be friendly but this causes too much talking between them and the customers holding up the line at the busiest times. Need to focus on getting customers out while still providing that friendly vibe.

Clean store without clutter. Prices are usually pretty good. They are usually as low as most other stores, if not lower. Their produce can be better. Went to get some cabbage, and they were small and didnt look that good.

There was out of stock but when I check item on the web site was in stock. Wasted of time.

I like this store as they are close to home and their staff is friendly. They are trying to comply with the covus guidelines with distancing in the store and one way lanes.The only thing Id advise is to have their own employees always wear their masks whenever they are near the public and also follow the 6 rule themselves with the public in the store. that means when they stock shelves, etc stay 6 sway from their customers. They could enforce the one way lanes better but I believe that will come in time but the mask rule for employees should be STRICKLY enforced and that means worn over their whole face and nose like it is supposed to be worn.Its likely a hard thing to get used to but its for everyones safety.

The prices here are not that great. But the real reason why I am giving them the low rating is the poor quality of the fresh foods. Almost all of the fresh food was extremely close to its expiration date - almost everything I was looking for was only available with expiration dates within about a week away. I found milk that had an expiration date of only 2 days from now!Unless you are buying food you are planning on consuming that day, I would avoid this place.

A fresh produce market with walmart price. Pretty much getting everything i need there without going to the regular Walmart store.

Its a nice grocery Walmart parking lot a little small but ok. The building is smaller so there selections are limited. It is clean and check out wait time is average.I use it for online pick up.

This is a supermarket not a normal Walmart establishment. It is much more advanced than normal supermarkets. It covers the same range of food products as other supermarkets.

This is a community friendly establishment, characteristic of many Walmarts... Clean, orderly, and well-supplied.

Pretty slow, I went to the self check out and I needed help with my purchase. I waited 20mins to check out and leave. I asked for help multiple times and was ignored for a while. Another patron helped me get an employees attention. They have a lot of people working, but the person watching over the self checkout left as I got there.

I come here often since it’s nearby and I know not to expect everything a typical Walmart carries while also they carry certain food items bigger Walmart’s either don’t or run out of . Biggest beef,they let the lines get outta control long (even self checkout!?) The staff at the registers which are rarely open,maybe 2 at the most are slow . They have many self checkouts and those go ok as long as the next customer isn’t breathing down your neck to speed you along . Overall some of the staff lack customer service but if you use self checkout you’ll barely notice them anyway

This is in a great location. The store is open late and the staff is always helpful. Store is always clean and they always have everything I’m looking for.

Great prices

Filthy and the checkouts are terrible since they now take welfare checks so on the average check out for a welfare person is 40 minutes and Walmart is alienating paying customers in favor of the bottom line in taking literally welfare checks. Inventory is always low and the store is a dirty health hazard. Aldi is clean and much cheaper and faster.

I just shopped in this Walmart, and their mask requirement rule has zero enforcement. Two guys were walking around the store with no mask on ( not even around the neck) and they had passed by numerous store associates but no one said anything. Even one of their own young workers had his mask just cover his chin but not his mouth or nose. No where to found the door front associate who enforce the rule. disappeared. Shoppers were coming in from both entrances. So why bother to have the requirement in place and have an associate at the entrance. Albertsons and Heart are doing a way better job to protect their customers in this pandemic.

This is the worst Walmart, employee, and customer service I’ve seen in my whole life. No one knows what their job is in this store. When you ask for something no one knows what todo and they say they will get someone but no one comes over. This Walmart has so many problems. First,1. I found expired (for a while) juice in the shelves. A while ago Itold an employee to look back at them but they still have the expired ones.2. It’s always crowded while waiting in line. There’s so many registers but only 1 or 2 is open.3. I went to this Walmart and the cashier charged me twice for baby wipes as they were talking and not paying attention. I had to go back and ask them to get rid of it. Furthermore, when I went back to customer service to ask them to get rid of it, they said it’s closed. This is the first time I’ve been denied help and told there’s no customer service.All these happened but I decided to let it slide and not write a review. However, today I decided to write one. I went to buy chicken and there was no chicken so I asked a nearby employee to help me but they said this isn’t their department. She said I’m going to ask somebody to come and help you. I waited for 25 minutes and no one came to help me. So I went and knocked on the Staff Only door and asked someone to help me find the chicken but she said there is no more. I wasted that time waiting for someone to help me like they said they would when they didn’t even have the item I was looking for. I gave this Walmart 1 star just because there’s no 0 stars. Worst customer service ever.
