Target carries the merchandise I like. Their stores are easy to shop. They have the tools to ensure my safety. Their employees are nice. Stores appear clean and the isles are wide enough for their carts inside the areas of the store.

My go to Target. Always clean and well organized. Their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The current remodel makes it even more unique and a fun place to shop.

I found two affordable and flattering bathing suits for my daughters. This year, Target has so many flattering and size inclusive bathing suits. Really awesome to have the convenience and affordability of shopping for modest and well constructed bathing suits at Target.

From the greeter, to the customer service person at the return desk to my cashier to the Starbucks cashier the ran (and I mean ran) to the customer service desk to get a partial refund for me when the price that rang up was incorrect-everyone was cheerful, polite, helpful and professional. Really every time I come into this store, I am always impressed with the employees!

Where Credit is owed were credit is due ! Best customer service I have received, UPS did not deliver my package, even thou they marked deliver in their site, call customer service they directed me to the store which they where wrong to do because online orders get handled online only or by phone, not knowing this I want to the store the tried their best to help me they couldn’t but because my time in trip they rewarded us a $25 gift card and I ended up canceling my order online and saving $25 more from the sale price.(Apple AirPods Pro $249 reg sale $199 my price $174 plus tax) I forgot the gentleman’s name but he was great and I appreciate the considerations he had. Thanks Target team members continue with the great customer service which in these time we need a lot more.

I love using mobile ordering and drive up pick up. They have special parking spots for drive up orders. The associate was at my car within one minute of parking. The associate was super friendly and polite.What I love most about online shopping is that I can find what I need, add it to my cart and select in store pick up or drive up pick up. Both help with the hassle of lines and impulse purchases.

The variety of available product makes it a one stop shop for me.

There are some people there who are just great at their job. Today i had excellent cusomer service. Giovanni Pacheo to be specific. He cheched out our groceries, in total adding up to $500. Even better, all in the tech center. He had so much patience while loading our groceries there, especially when the line started growing. I have to say, he provided us with some awesome customer service.

Target had what I needed. Opened early for seniors, like me! Always great employees! Outstanding!!!!!!!

I love the stores and the options, hate the confusing promotions and pricing. They confuse shoppers with the details of the promotions, especially those across brands and products. I wish they would make promotions much easier, especially for regular loyal Target shoppers.

I got the item I wanted and all I had to do was walk up to the front counter. The item was hard to find elsewhere, so it made my day to find Target had it in stock. I prefer talking to actual people and buying in person rather than ordering on-line. That way if there’s a problem I have piece of mind knowing Target will be there to make it right.

I ordered item online to be picked up in Diamond Bar location. I went on Monday 08/20, found out an item was cancelled never received notification from Target until yesterday 08/23. Mind you I already repurchased item. Bad service and communication. No reason to refer this service. I could of just went into target instead of using online service. I always have an issue every time. Bad service!!

General Target store experience. Sometimes it can be easy to get lost, but you have giant signs to guide you above your head. Placement of price checkers can be better, and employees are not always easy to find throughout the store when you need help. Self checkout is always faster than the regular checkouts, and even then there isnt always someone. Otherwise, good prices and good items.

ALWAYS do drive up. Great service at this location.

I dont frequent this particular Target, but in 1 week, I went in twice. Both times, experience wasnt great. Poor customer service! From frowning, miserable cashiers to team members behind the Customer Service desk who looked irritated when dealing with customers. Also, their promotional items do not ring up correctly. I picked up 2 Any Day tank tops which they clearly had a large sign stating its $8 each or 2 for $14. Didnt ring up correctly so had to go to customer service about it. Luckily, I took a picture of the sign. I had to show proof of what THEY were advertising for! Check your receipts before leaving this store. I will stick to the usual Target branches that I go to and avoid this one.

Mornings are the best times to shop here. The store is always clean and orderly. I go to this Target for the Starbucks inside because it never has a long line of customers.

Quick and easy to get a few things I needed. Starbucks was not properly staffed but when a staff member was found she apologized for the inconvenience and offered to remake my drink in case it wasnt to my liking. The coffee tasted fine and I appreciated her kindness.

Target has really improve their lanes of service and self check out. Good refund policy. They also have more selections for food too! Target is my number 1!

Ive tracked an item before, and the item said it was at the store a couple times, but my order was cancelled instead of given to me within the time frame listed, even after the time frame changed to reflect when the store thought they would actually receive my item. So, sometimes, the process is just frustrating.

Free wifi, inexpensive food court , clean restrooms, organized merchandise. Well refrigerated groceries. No old produce on selling floor. Organized grocery area and dry food area. Easy to find staff for help.Lots of self check out registers so you dont have to wait in line. Love the dollar merchandise area in front of store. Electronics dept is meh.

I used to enjoy this target, but now I hate it. Their customer service is so rude, and bad where it gets to the point where you just want to go to another Target. Plus, they won’t honor any prices as advertised.

I am a 24 year old Mexican woman and I was racially profiled at this location. One employee made a fuss about me buying a pricier item and another employee followed me around the store in suspicion that I was stealing. I guess they’re not used to young, successful, and non-white individuals buying nice things at this location.

This is my main Target store that I prefer to go to. Its much cleaner than Puente Hills.

Great local Target. Never really slammed busy. Clean and well run.

On the plus side, its always clean. Customer service is lacking here more than at most Target stores. Selection is hit or miss and checking out is almost like going to Walmart retail stores. Starbucks inside is a nice touch though.

This is a clean store with a helpful staff, for the most part.However, they have started to have self-serve check out only in the early morning hours on week days.I was a regular shopper at this store, because I could fill my cart and zip in and out in good time. But if you have a full cart of items, doing your own check-out can be troublesome and slow. Even with the staff helping, it isnt an easy process. As a result I havent shopped at this Target for over a month.If this bothers you too, please post your comments here on Google and hopefully the Target district managers will respond by putting a live checker or two at the registers.
