Ok soooooo......great presentation. the flavor is awesome and tasty. However, when making these kind of dishes I would say make my grilled chicken fresh the shrimp was good/the best. The chicken fried rice leads me back to cook my chicken fresh. The cashier lady was great. It was very clean and the menu was big enough for more than one person can see. Well written. Price was between $20-$45 bucks. The cook ticket tells what we got. They also had one flavor kool aid-red. I think cherry... Needs a lil more sugar. But hey I am full. Night night.

This was my 1st time visiting the pasta bowl. The food was absolutely Delicious. This place most definitely gets thumbs up.Oh yeah, dont forget to try the strawberry cheesecake. You will not regret it.

Four stars because the service is/was always exceptional. Very clean and fast service… the food is good as well, just need some extra seasoning when you make it home. My last Alfredo dish tasted like garlic and oil, idk maybe a new recipe

The food was very good, I will return and you get a lot. I got Garlic Fried Rice, shrimp, chicken, Crab meat, and Broccoli. Very good. I wish the crab meat was real crab meat and not imitation. Other than that very Good Food.

Me and my fiancé love this place! Everyone here is polite and friendly. My fiancé always gets the Meechies classic (lamb chops) and won’t get anything else because he likes it so much. I was really disappointed, all the hype about this place on social media did not live up to expectations.. Although the picture looks flavorful, it was not. The Pasta noodles itself lacked flavor & the sauce was so average, the salmon was okay, but I dont think I want to waste $13 on this again so next time Ill just make my own 🤷🏽

The food is good I never have a problem but today was weird to say the least, I placed my order for steak fried rice over the phone, my order was repeated back to me & I was told 25mins. I went to pick up my food & was asked for a name, I told them I didn’t give one (I wasn’t asked for any type of information to verify me & my order upon arrival) the lady looked through the orders while another woman looked for my order & told me they didn’t have a steak fried rice order....then I gave my name I was told they had something completely different prepared (chicken Alfredo with steak & chicken) instead of trying to understand what could’ve went wrong I was asked “are you sure you didn’t order that?” as if I forgot my own order. No apologies for the misunderstanding just an attempt to reassure me that that’s what I ordered. I placed the order again but the energy from staff was already off to me. I still placed my order & received food after they made it fresh which was great I just feel like this wasn’t handled well. I understand no ones wants to be wasting food but I felt like staff needed to held accountable.

Terribly not satisfied. I requested my money back and they would not grant my request they only offered another meal. I tried another meal still wasnt satisfied. The first one was lamb chops and pasta the second one lamb chops and rice. The first lamb chops were so tough I couldnt bite into it even after putting it in the oven for an hour and a half on low heat. Second lamb chops I was able to bite it but it was so chewy I didnt want to digested or swallow it. Both dinners had small bone chips as if not cleaned well. I absolutely was not satisfied. I will not be returning.

When I tell you this is the most under rated black owned restaurant in the D, its an understatement. My favorite is the Evelyn with no much rooms which is pepper steak and garlic rice that taste like bennihanas rice. If a career robber was to rob this place, he wouldnt want the money. He would want the food. Its a shame that this place doesnt stay full like it deserves but I feel years from now, the little Italy of the hood would he a stable in Detroit

First time eating here, although Ive been wanting to try it for a while. The location was easy to find and my food didnt take long at all. I ordered the Lobster Alfredo then added shrimp and broccoli. It was so delicious, seasoned to perfection! Everything was fresh and hot. The dinner roll that came with the meal was pretty good too. It was also enough to eat for more than one meal so that was a plus. The staff was friendly and polite. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I came here based on a recommendation from a friend that eats here a lot. The food was simply wholesome. It tastes like something mom would make at home. The food was good and filling and even came with a free dinner roll which was to die for. Really my only complaint would be that the noodles were a tad under seasoned for my liking but its nothing a pinch of salt wouldnt fix. Nonetheless I will be coming back to eat in the future

Pasta Bowl just catered our work event. The chicken Alfredo was possibly the best Alfredo I have ever had. The salad was fresh and crisp. The order came on time, everything was amazing! I will definitely be checking it out to try the lobster Alfredo on my own time. Highly Recommend!

Im saving my 4 stars for consistency of my next visit. Great, although the name drunken Chicken gave the impression of beer drunken Chicken. Their version was great the Alfredo Sauce was awesome, Marinara sauce cool.Overall a great bowl of pasta. Check back for the lamb chop review. Nice

I like the rice bowls the best! Ive been here twice now and both times the service was great and the food is delicious. I like to see the guys making the food and the order takers are personable. They make jokes but my order is always correct. Got a lasting customer here... ☺

Ive been coming here since they opened and have never really been disappointed. Ive ordered several items from the menu but my favorite go to dish is the June the jerks shrimp scampi. Always on point and the shrimp is so flavorful! They have a nice variety of things to choose from on the menu. On my next trip I am going to try the lasagna. The desserts are absolutely to die for as well. Another plus is the staff. Always friendly and accommodating!

The Pasta Bowl catered my Christmas dinner. The food was absolutely delicious. The owner and her crew are all very professional and they pay special attention to detail. We had lamb, seafood pasta, shrimp scampi, pasta salad and rolls. The cost was very reasonable. My family is still talking about how good the food was and how nice it was to have something totally different from the traditional Christmas feast. However, it was still a feast enjoyed by everyone. Thank you Pasta Bowl for a memorable Christmas dinner 2015.

Love the food! My favorites are the seafood lasagna and the bbq chicken Mac and cheese. I’ve eaten here 4-5 times and my order is always correct, made on time, and delicious. The staff is polite and helpful. My sister is a vegetarian and this is a great go-to spot where we both can eat.

Just ordered from there it was my first time. I got the chicken Alfredo , add steak and broccoli ... Honestly, I should’ve listened to the reviews. Pasta us unbelievabley bland, chicken and steak seasoned damn good though, but it’s strange how the sauce on the noodles taste like nothing. Haven’t got to the roll yet , not expecting a lot from it. Will I go back? No

This has been my favorit place to eat the young men there was so beyond nice. The food is a little pricey but so worth it. They only had one of the lemonades in the location I was at so one of the guys called the other location and went and got it for me thus was the best example of great customer service...great people over all.

First and last time trying the pasta bowl... I ordered “The wood”... I was highly disappointed the one star I gave is for the effort. The noodles were advertised as Angel hair pasta but it was clearly normal ole spaghetti noodles over cooked and stuck together... the sauce was awful no taste thick and oily, shrimp were ok still had the tail on tho... scallops were TINY and mushy and the Crab meat was fake...The roll tasted like the freezer... 😭😭😭

I looove their food! A co-worker recommended this restaurant and I really appreciated it. The food is well seasoned, super tasty, a little expensive, but worth every cent!!! Every friend and family member who has tried their shrimp has been impressed and become regular customers. Must have a meal at least 2 or 3 times a month.

Ive been twice and both times I ordered the veggie rice. First experience was the food was too salty, second experience the food was good but had chunks of chicken in it. Now Im concerned that the food isnt truly vegetarian or may be cooked alongside meat or meat products.

I ordered lamb chops, chicken with broccoli, shrimp Alfredo, and the drunken chicken noodles with shrimp yesterday. All of the food was disgusting, I spent 63 dollars and all the noodles were over cooked, the food was unseasoned and the lamb chops were gamey and hard. The lamb chop sauce was too sweet and each meal literally was slop. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend this place.

I had the Lamb Chop and Fried Rice dinner and for $17.50 I feel like I should’ve got 4 actual Lamb Chops, instead I received all fat Lamb Chops I honestly don’t think you should sell a product if you know it’s not right that’s bad for business I tried calling before making this review but no one answered the phone so I decided to leave a review. Hopefully you guys take care of the concerns ppl are having. Also my daughter got chicken and salmon and she said it was to sweet. She couldn’t even eat it. I never heard of sugar on chicken or salmon but I assume it must’ve been a mistake of some kind. Or maybe a glaze because I don’t understand how or why would you season chicken or salmon with sugar. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Visited 10/29Food was good, and it was enough for two people. I just wished for a better welcome and customer service. My first time going, I didnt know what to expect so like everything I research. Greet the customers better, make them feel warm and inviting. Talk about the specials, i.e., Lunch Specials from 12-3PM which I didnt even know about until I looked online for more information.Customer service is everything, you can have the best food in the world but not being polite and kind as a new business can lead one to go elsewhere.

Other than the rush rush feeling when I called my order in for pickup, when I got there the service was great. I even got a free strawberry cheesecake. Didnt like the lambchops

This place was awesome at first, I guess that was to lure ppl in . Their prices changed and so did the food . It just didnt taste the same as when they first opened. I stop going along time ago plus all that butter & oil is to much on the heart if you eat here alot.

Ordered the pasta with shrimp and spinach.Too salty, no spinach,, thick sauce like from a can. Very disappointed
