Says open but its not. Nothing on the door saying when it will be open. Bummer.

Went to a Pistons V Hawks game few weeks back at LCA, I had full intentions of buying a jersey, when I got to the arena for the game (arrived around 630 game starts at 710) I was surprised to see the team store closed. Checking the hours I see the store closes at six but still during the game I thought thered be one concession that I could get a jersey from, I was wrong, not one open vendor selling jersey in the entire arena, when I asked a worker about this they told me to just order one off the site which sucks because now ill have to pay shipping for it if I even choose to get it now something I thought I could of just gotten it while I was there and saved the hassle of shipping fees and walk out wearing my jersey... Extend the hours into game time on game days.

A brother of mine in New Mexico is a Huge Red Wings fan, so I came to the team store to purchase some stuff to send him, since they dont have much of a selection back there. We found some stuff but there wasnt much. More Piston stuff than anything. Went to checkout and come to find out, they put Hockey stuff up when theres Basketball games to accommodate the Piston Fans. The associate said they had way more Red Wings stuff but it was in back. I told her it wasnt for me and we made the trip from outta town to buy hockey stuff...so she offered to pull.a few things in the size we needed. She went in back and found the CLEARANCE rack, brought us some items in the size we asked for.....SCORE!! Thank you SOOOO much Ms Wilma, I believe that was her name! Talk about beyond the call of duty! A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE, that one! Keep up the FANtastic Job!!

Got there at 4:30. They’re supposed to be open until 6. Employees were just chilling in there. Now I’m out $8 for parking and I didn’t even get what I wanted to buy. Save your time and buy it off of eBay.

We came early before a Redwings game and there is nothing to do. We found this store and it said open til 6. At 430 doors were locked and multiple fans had stopped to try the doors. Lots of lost business. There was a man inside the door that just watched multiple people attempt to come in a store that has their hours marked on the door that they should be open on Saturday til 6. Not a good way to run a business. Very disappointing

Good place to get authentic game used equipment without having to drive out to troy for it

Went to our first wings game at the new rink on December 22nd 2018. We went into the team store and there was multiple things we wanted to get but didnt want to carry the whole night. Decided to go at the end of the game store wasnt suppose to close till 6pm. Found out the rink basically shuts down after the game. Tried to get back into the team store at 5:15pm. Doors were locked. Went to dinner walked past the store again at 5:50pm there was also another person standing there saying you are suppose to be open till 6 the worker just ignored him and walked away. My opinion new arena need the money. How do you close early right before Christmas. People are trying to spend money. Bad management and bad customer service. Thats why places shut down. Very upset not a good first experience at the new arena. 😕

Doesnt answer the phone or will put you on hold for long periods at a time and will never come back.
