Great service, nice and clean, friendly staff, but they took my favorite breakfast item totally off the menu (steak and egg wrap) without explanation to the staff on why. Starbucks has now lost 3 stars because of this.

Stabucks, in the most gorgeous building.

Perfect spot to sit and watch the city move. The cinnamon shortbread latte (pictured) is just lovely. Very peaceful area.

By far the worst location, the worst service will not be back. The location do not deserve a star but that is the only way I could comment on the service I received. Honestly this location can do better.

We visit this Starbucks occasionally, and always after the Free Press International Half-Marathon. The staff are UNBELIEVABLE - kind, professional, helpful and polite. The store is meticulously clean. Tammy and Chiffaun make incredible cappuccinos - you want dry? They give you DRY! Cant seem to get other Starbucks stores to do the foam as well as this one does - they are AMAZING!!

They have the best workers ever !! I adore this starbucks because the stuff are always in a good mood and smiling and they are happy to help you decide on a new drink and happy to give you new ideas for a new order. I literally go there every day . Love their location as well .

Clover brewing is available here, but generally on a reserve blend for a little extra cost. Really seems worth it for a great cup of coffee. Loved the Jamaican Blue blend.

Always a nice stopover while Im waiting for the Tunnel bus as its between two or three stops I can choose to hop to for my way home. The service is what you would expect from a Starbucks - know what you want before you come to the counter and you will have a wonderful experience. Im sure the friendly baristas are more than willing to suggest something for you, but so far Ive been unadventurous. Whether youre staying at the Westin or passing through, its a nice place to get out of the cold (or the heat, I imagine).

I like that this place is inside Westin Hotel & Resort, but Ill tell you: Therere no restrooms. I think you must search for them in the hotels lobby.Otherwise, this location is immaculate. There are only two long tables near the entrance; several sofas and a table near the southwest corner; and a triad of pairs of leather chairs and accompanying stands, nothing huge.And, you must enter and exit via the hotels doors. No problem for me.

I had the best pink drink and warmed chocolate croissant.

3 star only because I dont find anything special except the cup sleeves. The baristas all wear normal green aprons. Also lacking restrooms. Nothing wrong though but just nothing reserve as the name suggests.

Really its just ok...Bigbys is better. If only they had a Bigbys downtown. I would never go to starbucks again.
