My friend was trying to surprise me at work and told me a delivery was coming on Tuesday 9/21 guaranteed by 5pm. I received a phone call on my way home around 6pm from the driver giving away the surprise and seeing if I was still in the office. I told her I won’t be back until the next day at 8am. She said ok and that it will be delivered first thing in the morning. Today I didn’t get it until 12:35pm and it was not a surprise. 🥺 extremely disappointed

Creative flavors with fresh ingredients. The chocolate is ethically sourced, which is great. The chocolate doesnt have preservatives, so dont let it sit around.

Will never shop here ever again. Poor customer service. WONT SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!! Rude, inadequate, when I didn’t get my order in stead of actually trying to solve the problem so you could keep your customer it was one excuse after the other where it was my fault why I didn’t get it. Waste of time and money. There’s a whole bunch of places that offer way better customer service.

Twyla is to be recognized for her excellent customer service. My 1st order I was a little upset about, but she was very polite and calm when speaking with me and compensated me for it. Then a 2nd order again just very polite, and patient. I would recommend ordering from this location, as I will continue to myself.

First time using Edible Arrangements today and I’m just so happy with how everything turned out. I surprised my husband today for his birthday. The delivery driver communicated with me and was friendly. I received an email notification when my items were delivered as well. My husband really enjoyed it.

Ordered a nice fruit basket for my daughter because I knew I was not going to be able to be with her for the New Year. They called and confirmed the order will be delivered by 5PM New Years Eve, order never came and when I tracked the order it said it was delivered. When I seen that I called Edible Arrangements and of course the voicemail was on stating they are closed! Did not even call me to say they wouldnt be able to deliver it over 100.00 dollars, thats straight up bull**** and unprofessional thats one reason people like dealing with businesses not located in the city!! Displeasing very.

My wedding was June 17, 2017, we had individual Edible Arrangements as party favors for our guests. Everyone loved them. The fruit was fresh and delicious. Twyla took my order, she is the best! She was helpful and patient from start to finish. Delivery was on time, they were a hit!! Thank you so much.

Nice place for items that create good effects on people if you gift them the stuff.I noticed that if you try to sell people those gifts they are not as happy. They are much happier when you gift them things.

They were very nice at this location! My mom had to be at work by a certain time, and i called to see if there was any way the delivery could be made beforehand to avoid having to reschedule. Luckily they were super nice and willing to work with me, they even called back to update me on how they could help! I was very appreciative and my mom loved her edible arrangement :)

I was able to order online an edible arrangement for my son with same day delivery. I wasn’t able to order first thing so I wasn’t sure if it would be too late in the day. I was called right after placing order to make sure he would still be there in time to get it. Certainly appreciate them caring that their fresh product is enjoyed immediately by the recipient and not just sitting there. To my surprise it was delivered within an hour and a half. Granted, his employer is close to the edible arrangement location but this was still much earlier then I was anticipating. My son and his coworkers said fruit was delicious and fresh and I got thanks from them all. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality gift item that wants to be sure they are getting what’s in the picture.

My experience was great. They were professional and quick. I ordered a same day delivery. They called to see how long the recipient would be there (work address). Once they got that, they made sure she received it in time. Awesome

Ive always had a great experience. I have made many purchases from Edible. Oh my, you have to go into the store atleast once like I did because I usually order online. The sweet aroma of all the fruit fills the the place with such delight. I just wanted to bottle up that scent and take it with me.

This is the best Edible Arrangement in the city. Hands down. Placed a same day order on line and it was delivered by 2pm! They even called to verify that delivery address and that I actually placed the order! Will only use this store from now on.

I submitted my order online at 4 a.m and it was delivered at 12:45 p.m the same day. I got to track the order and received an email when it was delivered. I ordered a small arrangement, but it was enough to share with an office and have some leftovers. Delicious and fresh fruit.

Delivered everything on time and as expected. Not sure why the orange bucket as oppose to red for valentines day, but that is minimal compared to the excellent service I got and the products that were delivered.
