Worst junkyard ever. Bunch of crooks who sell bad parts to customers and then say no returns.

Apparently this place likes to sell total loss cars from other states as clean michigan titles. I would not recommend buying cars from this place.

I’m a year late posting this review, but I had a friend who needed her passenger door replaced on her Corolla from an accident. My friend met me there and Hussein (the associate that I worked with) replaced it at reasonable rate in just a few hours! Great work!One caveat though, when I was walking in to get my initial quote one of the workers on the lot tried to talk me into paying him directly. I could see how someone could be unknowingly taken advantage of. If it weren’t for this minor incident I almost gave 4 stars, but the entire rest of the experience was great! Bring someone knowledgeable about cars with you if you are not familiar yourself, and you you’ll be fine!

They aucctuly have the best service they are nice people you have to be nice with them

Worst car I ever bought in my life from them. My vehicle was making a noise and I to go to the dealership and they told me this car should not be allowed in the road because it was cut into half and welded and they told me at the time of the purchase and it had a minor damage. Be aware of the scammers.

Nice people wonderful service

I am very happy with the service here. I had to drop off my car to get a new door put on. At first they said it would take a few hours so I planned to catch a cab to go downtown. Unfortunately the cab did not show but Saad Auto said they would be done in 40 mins. Sure enough they finished quickly and did a good job at a good price.

Very dry and not helpful at all. Made me wait 30min to tell me if he had a rim for a very common car and the tire guy is wondering out somewhere and not at the shop. The owner said he has no control over his employee and kept telling me he’s coming. After 40 min I left without a rim! Waste of time... I heard zero apologies

Called to verify part is available, told that its ready to be picked up. Showed up there and the part is not even ready and after they pulled it, it was the wrong color.

RUD,DISRESPECTFUL ,RIP-OFF ARABS THAT RAJE ADVANTAGE OF SINGLE WOMEN.I PAID 35 DOLLARS FOR A HUB CAP THAT WAS DAMAGED AND LOOKED WORSE TGEN THE ONES I HAD ON MY CAR ALREADY, I TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET WHILE HE WAS PUTTING THE HUB CAP ON AS IM TELLING HIM TGAT THE PRICE WAS TOO MUCH,HE TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY HAND AND RAN AWAY,,,I WENT TO THE DPD AND FILED A COMPLAINT.

These guys are absolute crooks. They solde a junk transmission that they said was warrantied for 30 days and when i brought it back well within that time they didnt want to take it back. When they finally did take it back they charged me a 100 dollar restocking fee and said the following I knew something was fishy when you bought the part i could just tell. Like i wanted to buy a junk transmission and return it. I drove 85 miles one way to get the transmission and paid in cash. I will never deal with these people again and i recommend you dont either.

Im an ASE certified master auto technician , and electrical specialist , bought a engine computer for a 2007 Chevy , the computer turned out to be defective , . i went back just to exchange it fro one that works . He said i have to pay for it since you open it up and tried to find out what was wrong with it . I felt insulted gave him his computer , went and bought one fron some other used parts place , and lo and behold it worked .. What a looser , scammer , cold person , would not even give me the benefit of doubt!!

Poor service , deliver the wrong part , I tried to return it to get my money back he refused. be aware do not buy from them.

I BOUGHT AN A/C COMPRESSOR, WHEN I INSTALLED IT ON THE CAR I FOUND OUT IT WAS DEFECTIVE, I CALLED THEM THEY SAID BRING IT BACK WHEN I DID THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY WITH NO PROBLEM
