I worked with Broken Arrow Wear on an embroidered quarter zip, and they were very helpful and answered every question I had. They even worked with me to find a new clothing item after my original choice had gone out of stock. The 2-color embroidery turned out really well and everyone loved their quarter zips.CustomInk seems to a big choice for custom clothing nowadays, but I dont think Ill use them anymore; Broken Arrows quality really cant be beat for the price they offer.

They have an overwhelming amount of options, but a quiz and available staff to help make your choice. The designer/editor is easy to use and effective. I have to say I was most impressed by their attentiveness to my notes. They were able to make a tiny modification that I couldnt do myself in the editor and it only took one extra day to process. It was a very happy surprise, thank you!!

I had a family member artist create a mountain scene for a theme for a family reunion in Colorado. I started with Broken Arrow customer reps looking for the right hat - they assisted me in finding just what I wanted. Next came the shirts - that was easy, as BA had samples and wide selection of fabrics and colors. Then on a whim selected an insulated soft sided cooler bag for each family. Shirts were silk screened with the mountain scene, and the hats and bags were embroidered. Everything came out great, and the family members were thrilled with their goodie bags.

Love the products from Broken Arrow, they always come out top quality. I also love how well they work with my designs making whatever I think up possible to be printed or embroidered. They have great options and lots of items to choose from. Also, They have very reasonable minimums. I dont have to break the bank just to get a few garments.

This is the worst place to make an order. So many glitches on their website. First of all, it took me over 4 hrs to try and place the order but the website kept having problems entering my credit card info. Which should not ever be a problem. once I sought help from customer service, after an hour they tell me there is not size available for the product I wanted to purchase. Yet nowhere on the website did it indicate that there were no sizes available. Another reason why this whole process was a waste of my precious time. I didnt end up buying because Im furious with the amount of time I spent trying to input my card info only to find out there isnt some sizes. Worst company, worst customer service.

I chose them because they offer reflective screen-printing on our logos, which is something that is hard to find at times. I was looking to fulfill a large, rather complicated order. I was hesitant with online ordering, mainly fear of lack of communication. The online chat feature allowed Breanna to answer my questions and she went above and beyond taking her time to help me with my order. The service was fast and the shirts look great! Let me start by saying the first shirt we made with them was awesome. Sadly the second shirt turned out terrible and it seemed to me that it was a bunch of rookies working on our second project compared to the first. Their graphic design team failed to alert us that the job could not be completed to our high quality standards. This leads me to believe they did not have the right equipment to complete the job in the first place but still decided to take on the project anyway.After we alerted Kortni (I think the owner), she flat out did nothing to try and resolve the matter. Not even an offer to print the shirts over at cost, nothing. Too bad, so sad was basically her and her teams response. Buyer beware as they will appear knowledgeable and friendly, but in the end they still back stab you with a sub-par product and zero customer service if you happen to need (and you will need it).

I ordered a couple of shirts using a custom graphic to see how they would turn out a couple of weeks ago. Website worked great modifying the graphic and great communication of order status. I needed to order a couple of shirts with original artwork, and since I had problems with a well known online printer last year, I went looking for someone new. I found Broken Arrow Custom T Shirt Printing. I checked out their site, uploaded my original artwork, and was surprised by the number of times they contacted me to let me know every step of the process. That is what a quality printing company does. The shirts arrived, as expected, and I was blown away not only by the quality of the print, but also by the quality of the shirt. This was no cheapo T-shirt, this was pure quality. They are my go to printing company from now on. I print quite a few original artwork shirts every year, and Broken Arrow is going to be where I go to get it done. They are a Five Star company, without a doubt.

The website was a little difficult to design your own. Needs to be a little more user friendly. The product I ended up with was good. Just not the size I was expecting. They didnt offer a larger size mask in the color I wanted so I had to go elsewhere. Which was a bummer, as I really wanted to stay local. However I would not hesitate to buy from here again if the need arises. For the record , I did not ask for a refund as the mistake was mine.

The 2 shirts I ordered as Christmas gifts looked awesome! They were both digitally printed, which I was nervous about, but I could not have been more satisfied. The graphic printed beautifully on both the light t-shirt and the dark tshirt. (Different art on each, but I was concerned about the digital printing on a dark shirt). For a single custom shirt, printed both sides, the price was very fair. Also, the customer service was fantastic. My emailed questions were answered quickly, and during the proofing process they even checked in with me about a design element, just to confirm color. I will use Broken Arrow again for sure!

My hoodie came to me the first time with an issue regarding the stitching that threw off the prints location. I wasnt very happy because it was for an important event. I have actually used broken arrow wear a few times but the customer service Rachel provides is what made me decide to write a review. This last time she is the one who helped me and she really went above and beyond to make sure this was done quick and it was exactly what I needed.

Great customer service! I wanted to share my experience with your company and especially Bri Buseman. My daughter placed an order for two sweatshirts on your website, with an error I did not catch at the time so my daughter had received an email that her payment didnt go through from Bri. My daughter forwarded to me to figure out what happened and to try to fix this for her. I contacted Bri to correct this issue and she responded quickly, efficiently, professionally, and also with a sincere effort to help resolve the payment issue. She then went above and beyond a second time to clarify one of the images that my daughter had selected to use to ensure that there was complete satisfaction with the product.This is the second time my daughter has used Broken Arrow, and I have been so impressed with your company!
