Stopped in to get my car battery replaced, right in and out thanks!

I went 3 days ago to change front tires bought them there,as soon as I left I heard a noise in the driver side tire I returned and told them they were checking again the tire just pushing somethings with a steel bar, telling me it was the weight tires using (I thought they were pros,I trusted them) left the shop I had to return again cuz the noise didnt go away (2nd time same day) I see the same 3guys working in one tire and none of them had idea Really? Today I went again same reason and finding out they messed up wit the Caliper and missing screw.,they check the video if one of them make something wrong,Guess what? None of them were responsible for it.. Beware

Workers look like theyre giving less than the bare minimum effort. The lady who attends inside Wal-Mart and seems to be the one in charge is awful to deal with. She acts like shes doing you a favor and youre wasting her time. There was one worker, a young African American lady who is probably the only one who treats people decently. Also what they tell you over the phone and what they tell you in person are two different things. Would not recommend this place for tires.

I can’t believe I just wasted 3 hours just to do a simple oil change. The slowest service I’ve ever seen.

I asked for an oil change, to replace a taillight...I had the bulb, said they would replace it and then didnt.....gave the excuse that my hatch wasnt working....pretty lame....they have also been very slow....not good customer service

Took my car here to get two new tires. After leaving I noticed my car said they were low on air, but they insisted the warning would go away as I left. The warning never went away so the next day I went to fill them up. The valve on one of the tires was defective and blowing out air at full force. They knew it was defective when I left, but they would rather of had me come back then resolving it that day. Only Walmart would let that customer service negligence take place. Pay the extra money and get it done at Tires Plus, Midas, dealership, etc.

Was fine. I think the employee was kind of overwhelmed. Easy enough for me to go and look up the battery I needed. But still had confirm that I had the right one.went in the parking lot and changed it myself. I think they need more than just one person at that time of day very busy. Not very Friendly but it is understandable........

So came to walmart tire and lube for a simple tire change (which i had the tire) so me thinking it wouldnt take long. Maybe half hour or so. Not many people before me so didnt think the wait would be long. WELL i sat for a good 2 hrs before it got done. I honestly think this is ridiculous amount of time to wait just to change the tire.WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN to change my tire! Horrible experience....

Great service by the current crew. When I took my car in for an oil change I knew there were some problems underneath the car. The Tech working below took pictures for me and explained to me what kind of leaks I was having and the possible areas they were coming from.When I brought in another car for tires they were very informative about exactly what kind of tires I would want to have for the type of driving I do. Overall I feel that every time I come here Im well respected as a person and my car is in safe hands. Its nice to see the managers getting hands on in the shop as well.Recommend going here over the other Walmarts to all my friends and family. Excellent customer service.

Took quite a long time for a simple brake light replacement. Almost a full hour. Otherwise satisfactory service.

After going to a different Walmart and having problems I called them up checked stock of the tire wanted to purchase. They pulled the tires and I showed up 10 minutes later and got right in . DOUG was very knowledgeable and started on installing my tires. They were done in about an hour and got a great deal .

Walmart auto care center at 14th st Des Moines. Is my second favorite place. The first its still the Beach Girls...

Im not sure what is going on with my car but, it started on my way home from getting an oil change at Walmart. On my way home my power steering went out twice and almost got me in a wreck, my car over heated and shot my antifreeze all over the hood of my car and the ground. I was not having any of these issues before the oil change. It only started on the way home right after the oil change and I live right down the street from the Walmart it takes me less then 10 mins to get home. WTF is wrong with my car NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!! I will pay the extra money to go across the street and get it done Right.

During an oil change they watered down my windshield washer fluid. I found out when my fluid froze; that the first time it’s ever happened. I definitely won’t be going back!

Ive gone to this Walmart for years for my oil changes, after today I will never return. They were a LITTLE busy, however I have been there when it is much worse and still didnt get treated like they did today. First, they had 1 car waiting for an oil change. Rather than pulling the car up so other cars could pull in they left it in the middle of the road. I parked and went inside only to stand there for 15 minutes. Everyone looked at me but never once said a thing to me! Not how can we help you or we will be right with you or The worker to do write ups will be right out NOTHING! I then went inside and told the man that I needed an oil change only for him to say oh they do write ups outside. So pretty much if its not their job dont expect them to even get the person whos job it is. Again we will never be back, Id rather spend more money on an oil change than to literally be ignored because no one wants to do their job. I could have understood 5 maybe 10 minutes with AT LEAST an acknowledgement from the employees!

Called ahead of time and they said to come on in.. 20 min wait. It took me 50 mins to just get checked in!! I was the 3rd person in line, they made us wait in the garage to check in. 3 people came up and asked if someone was helping us, I told them no not yet. They stated that someone would be over to help and walked away. All we needed done was tire changes. The girl that checked us in was very slow and did not seem to know what she was doing. The tire change only took about 30 min..... I don’t recommend coming here unless you have a few hours of time to waist!

Had a tire replaced and road hazard fees were mandatory. Got home from having a tire change and two lugnuts had came off my wheel within 17 miles. I know they need re torqued, but WTF.Reaching any staff member is impossible for counter assistance.I brought my vehicle (van) and was told Walmart doesnt service vans due to size? The Ankeny Walmart staff then volunteered to stay after close to make up for this walmarts failure.Kudos to them.Unless it is an emergency, go elsewhere or do it yourself.Two lug nuts. That could be your vehicle folks.

I took my car to fixed my tires and they took an hour and return my car tires with same problem but they took my money and I complain with manager regarding that not fixed but he told it is not possible to fix and he suggested he to buy new tires since I have all tires are months old ; in this point I agree with him and ask him to refund my tires fixing charges since they didn’t fix it. But the manager didn’t want to refund it since they did service on car .They took my money without any service done.Manager is not helpful to customers.

Got my oil changed and much more for a low price and decently fast for what I needed done.

Shopping around Walmart had the tires I wanted and a great price to boot and it took no time at all to have them installed

Holy cow was this place chaotic, employees bumping into each other, nobody really knew what the hell was going on. This was the only place on a Sunday morning that could get me new tires (the other place ordered wrong tires so at the last minute Im trying to get them before Monday) they got them on in 2.5 hours as promised and called me to let me know my car was ready as promised. Honestly, I did not have much faith that they would deliver. I would have given 5 stars but the chaos took it down a star.

Might have been slow part of day but they got my car done in reasonable time.

Went today for a oil change and the guy at the register after the oil.change was ready was really rude hes name is Larry and he didnt care to give us a good service... He even got mad he had to give us the service... I think you guys need to inprove on your Costumer Service a lot....

They made a mistake when they ordered my tires. They only had 3 out of the 4 tires, and they said they would have all four. Their solution to this problem was to have me drive 30 minutes to a different Walmart to pick up the tires and bring them back for them to assemble. I was surprised by their audacity to suggest that I make up for their mistake. I decided to go with a different brand of tires than I had ordered so that I could get them assembled at the time. The staff continued to be rude to me and short tempered. This is no way to treat a customer after making a mistake on their order. I do not recommend Wal-Mart for any kind of service after the way I was treated and their mistakes.

Bought tires on line show up on a ready pickup only to be told have to wait an hour for online pick up to open I needed tire at 7am not 8am.. staff work through a system that needs tweaked.....

Wal-Mart has a bunch of idiots working there. I would not recommend them.
