This is how they paint the car scratch. I doubt if they tried to tone the color or just use a white paint because it so obviously doesn’t match at all. I know it’s just a $100 business, not a big deal. So I guess they didn’t take it seriously. I should have bought a touch up paint and diy

I went to R Jones Collision 1 after I hit a raccoon with my 2020 Honda Civc 3 weeks ago ($1000.00 in damages). I went in on Wednesday September 9th for an estimate and I was scheduled the following Tuesday September 15th for repairs. Gabe was extremely courteous and professional! He worked directly with my insurance company and took care of everything for me!!! Drop off and pick up was a breeze, and they did FANTASTIC work!!! I picked it up on Friday September 18th, and you cant even tell the front bumper was replaced! The paint matched perfectly! As a bonus, they had my Civic detailed and extra clean due to the COVID-19 pandemic (I did not request this)!!! They even worked with my insurance for me to come back and have my Paint Protection Film re-applied! I highly recommend R Jones Collision 1 for any work you need done. They have a FANTASTIC team! Thank you to Gabe and John for getting my 2020 Honda Civic back to new condition!!!

Had a little fender bender that needed a cosmetic fix. Drove in first thing in the morning & explained the car was heading out of town by noon. They said it wouldn’t be a problem and within 2.5 hours they called back and all was done! That’s service! Thank you Christy & Crew!

The place wouldnt even wanna work with me without an estimate of my insurance. Why should that matter? I was told to get a few estimate and the insurance will deal with it but he wouldnt do anything without an estimate from the insurance. This is one of the weirdest excuses I have heard in a long time. I wouldny recommend it

Friendly staff. Courteous and always keep you updated. Very detailed oriented and will make sure that they cover every little thing that’s damaged. They found additional damage to the car after the initial inspection and was told that it would take a couple of extra days to fix. But sure enough, it was completed a lot sooner than expected. Glad that the insurance is paying for the total.
