Oh yes, under 1.5 hours!

The folks here at discount tire are top notch. I got a screw in my tire, and called them to see if they could patch it. Not only did they, they did so in one hour at no cost. I hadnt even bought my tires from them, and they still just helped me out. Absolutely amazing to find just helpful service in a world where every company wants to get your money from you for every service they can. Cant recommend them enough.

I just walked in trying to get my tire patched and was greeted within a few steps of the doorway. Got checked in and was informed they patch tires for free!! I couldn’t believe it, I thought he was messing with me. Nope! got it fixed no charge. They just made a customer for life! Coming back for rims and tires in the spring!

Service, Service, Service!I have been buying my tires here for the last few years, and the service after the sale has been the best part of the experience. I have a 2006 vehicle with the original aluminum wheels, and when ever there is a large temperature swing, from hot to cold, I would loose about 8psi. So they have had to mount and remount the tires at least twice. Not once have I been changed for the remounting. Not to mention the free water. Remember buy local,

Used them years ago on my last car. And the Service was amazing. Cut to today and I needed my tires checked. They checked them all and repaired 2 of them for free. Mind you I didn’t get my current tires from them. They came on my vehicle. Needless to say gonna get new tires there on Saturday.

Showed up with no appointment. They didnt try to sell me the most expensive tire. I just needed new tires for a commuter vehicle I use to get to work when I cant ride my motorcycle. Didnt have the tires I had looked at online but they put me into what I believe is a better tire for the same price. Labor to mount and balance is extra but not horrible. I feel it was a fair price. Along with disposal. Everyone was very friendly. They were pretty busy and I was told it would take about an hour and a half to get me done. A half hour after I agreed to the work, they had me pull the car in. About 25 minutes later, I was on the road.

This store is fabulous! I came from Montana to spend time with my daughter, who is enduring unbelievable ALS health issues. While here, I had a slow leak in front tire. Drove to Discount. Assistant Manager, Colton had his team look at it. There was a screw in a spot, making it non repairable. Colton located the specific tire I needed. It would take 5 days to get. They put my spare on the car. Today they called. The tire came early. I drove to Discount and they had the new tire on my vehicle, and the spare put back where it belongs, in less than 10 minutes of arrival.The team at this store is phenomenal to watch. Every one of them never stop working. They enjoy each other, and double check each others work!! Absolutely the BEST tire store ever!!

I went in looking to price tires for my older, commute car. It was close to the end of the day but Colton was willing to help me and actually sold me a set of great tires for my car. They were able to get them on with just moments to spare. Great job.

Called for a quote on tires and was no where given an accurate cost of them installed. Typically when I call for tires I am given the total for all “fees” involved (usually there aren’t any additional). I was quoted $140 per tire on the phone, coming out to a little over $570. The final price was stated to me, or what I thought it was, hence me scheduling to get my tires done. I come in, get tires done thinking said price will be my total, I am told I owe $797. You can about imagine how shocking and frustrating that was. They charged me $20 per tire for installation on top of the tires, a fee to dispose of the old, and $20 per tire for a tire warranty.This is extremely deceptive sales. I spoke to the manager who did end up removing one fee, but still. Make sure the prices you are quoting are finalized prices. Over $220 difference between the cost you told me on the phone and the price after they are installed is wrong.

This was my first experience with Discount Tire. I had a low tire pressure light come on 2 weeks ago, got the tire filled up and the light went off. It came back on while I was driving and I stopped in without an appointment. There ended up being a nail in the tire. They got me in, patched it up, and I was back out in less than 1.5 hours. All employees were friendly and helpful, as I had my 1 year old son with me I really appreciated that.

Anyone who is willing to help me out in an emergency and at a low price I will recommend.

I got a flat repaired there last Winter. They unknowingly tore my tire a bit while fixing it (they usually do the patch job for free btw) and I didnt notice until I got home. I had to drive back quickly with an almost flat tire. The management makes it right, though--they comped me a brand new aaaaalmost same model tire and got me on my way. Trust these guys, but maybe doublecheck the work of their younger mechanics ;)

I have been to this shop a few times in the past any they where always great so when I needed 3 new tires I came back to them. Staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. But trying to sneak your extended warranty onto the price of the tires is a great way to make sure I wont be coming back. At almost 20% of the total coat of the tires Ill pass. The worse part is I wouldnt of known I had the warranty and would of never used it if I needed it.

I called to price a mount and balance on 4 tires. They told me it was $40 per tire unless I bought the tires from them and then it was only $80 for all 4. What a rip off. Eveyone else I have called its only $80 for all 4 wither I buy the tires there or not. Take your vehicle anywhere but here!!

I had a nail in the wall of my tire and barely made it to the shop. I was anxious as I had to get to work. I was immediately greeted and helped, and they were able to get my car in quickly. Due to the placement of the nail , it was irreparable, however, since I only had 1,000 miles on the tire, and even though I purchased it somewhere else, he called Michelin and advocated for me to get a discount from the purchase of a brand new tire. They didnt have the new tire in stock so they replaced my tire with a new tire until the other tire came in. I was able to go back and have the tire replaced with little wait time. I would highly recommend Discount Tire at this locations. I was very happy and felt well supported at a very stressful time. I will be a loyal customer and have already shared my positive experience with many. Thank you so much!

I was so happy with my experience at this Discount Tire! I was ready to spend money for four tires to make sure my college daughter had good tread to get her through the winter. Nick looked at the rear tires and told me they still had 80% good tread on them. This saved me a lot of money at a time when I need it. He then asked me what our needs are for tires and went over the selection and recommended a mid-range priced tire when I might have spent more to make sure we had something good. He convinced me this would be perfect for our needs, again saving me money. I had an appointment, and they got me in and out in less than an hour. I cant say how much I appreciated this service!

Ive been taking our 2 vehicles here for the last 6 months or so. Just put winter tires on our 2 vehicles and on my mother-in-laws car.I always do walk-in, which takes a little longer but thats to be expected over an appointment - but the manager Nick and his staff are all super nice and knowledgeable guys who get us taken care of.Ive even sold used winter tires off of a vehicle I no longer own and they offered to ship them to a different Discount Tire store at a super discounted rate so the new buyer can put them on.Thanks to my SE14th Discount Tire - you guys are awesome!

I stopped in on a whim to see if they would rotate my wheels. I expected to pay something, but nope, it was FREE. Not only that, but they checked the air pressure, reset the TPMS, and used a torque wrench on the wheels.This was all unexpected and GREAT! They have earned a first look when I need tires in the future.

I took my Honda Accord here due to the valve stem cap being seized on the stem. They were very friendly (greeted us in the parking lot) and ended up replacing the stem free of charge! I need tires later this year and will certainly be using this store/location. It is extremely clean and has plenty of room to wait! I also enjoyed the large windows to view the work being done. I only stopped in for a tire rotation. While rotating, they used a wire wheel to clean the surface of the inside of the wheel and rotor where they sit together. The technician finishes and returns my key, uh...and the bill? Nope, they dont charge for rotations. Even though I didnt buy my tires from them. Thats great service.

I cant give 5 stars because I havent driven my car away from the shop yet, however Discount Tire will get a pre-emptive 4 star rating for the following: 1. Insane shop motivation among employees(clearly great morale inspires great production) 2. Ive been waiting since 12:45 P.M.(I was told it would be a 3 hour wait, its been almost 4.5 hours since I arrived) Ive seen people come in that had been in here most likely recently to get work done on their tires and they must have been happy with the service because they came back in somewhat good moods, but for other tire issues. I guess, if I have to wait extra long, I hope I get the same service.
