I bought a beautiful Estonia 5’6” Hidden Beauty piano from Classic Piano Store in Denver. Don West was the salesman and he is also a beautiful pianist which meant that I could hear the piano being played as well as having the experience of plenty of time for me to play it. I was so pleased and happy with the tremendous variety of pianos that they had in the store. I had talked to Don on the phone before coming to the store and he figured out what pianos to show me before I even arrived. I fell in love very quickly with the Estonia. I had already been to seven piano stores and tried out almost 50 pianos but the Estonia was the one for me!I was so pleased with the service. We purchased a brand new grand piano from Classic Pianos in July. It took us a year and about a dozen trips to the store to eventually find the piano we fell in love with. What made Classic Pianos stand out is that we never felt any pressure from any of the staff members we talked to. Bob, Chris and Don were all very friendly and patient. They seemed to be simply enjoying sharing their vast knowledge of pianos with us.But what really made Classic Pianos shine is its service. Our new grand piano had a tough few weeks of breaking-in in our new environment -- nothing structurally wrong with the piano. With so many parts, it simply needed time to adjust to its new home. During this period, Don and Bob were very responsive and addressed all our inquiries and requests efficiently.To purchase a grand piano is not a decision we make every day. The process is extremely rewarding, to be sure. But it could be a source of anxiety as well. We were looking for a piano for our kid to learn and the store staff seemed very experienced. In fact, our receptionist Bob is a pianist himself who has published albums before. He carefully analysed/demonstrated the differences between the digital piano and the conventional analog pianos. The difference was significant even to an untrained ear. We ended up buying an upright analog Baldwin piano that sounded the richest and natural within our budget. The piano was made of wood with a cabinet that could be opened to see the metallic strings. It was a beautiful experience to see/feel the vibrations on the strings for every key stroke. It was as if a series of standing waves running back and forth by themselves inside the cabinet with a variety of different speeds (resonance frequencies).Before we left the store, we were even allowed to play a grand piano that was >$20k and learned some history about it. That was educational.

We visited the store to browse for a piano that our family was hoping would be in our future. We were excited to come across the Yamaha Hybrid Nu1, which has all the features that are perfect for our family. This is my first piano purchase. I was referred to Bob Baker of Classic Piano by my daughters piano teacher. I do not know much about pianos and what to purchase even though my daughter has been learning piano for 4 years. I found the piano of my dreams at Classic Pianos earlier this summer. I had been told by my piano tuner that my old spinet would be too expensive to repair and that it was time for an upgrade. So I did my research and had an idea of what I wanted when my husband and I walked in the door of this beautiful store. Mr. Bob Baker kindly listened to my thoughts and answered my questions and directed me to the pianos that met my requirements. Then he left me alone to play for probably half an hour so I could truly get a feel for the differences between the pianos. Next, he answered more questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Ive now had the piano for 3 months ( had it tuned twice and some voicing done). It is a Wilhelm Schimmel 45.5 upright and it is absolutely wonderful! My piano tuner says I am already a better piano player just because of the quality of the piano. Whether he is right or not, my enjoyment has increased immensely due to the beautiful tone of my new piano.

We purchased a used Sohmer 34K piano from Classic Pianos recently. We appreciated the helpful staff at Classic Pianos at the time of purchase. There were several staff there that were interested in helping us answer questions and find the piano to suit our needs. The piano was delivered and we have enjoyed the improvement in sound quality compared to our old piano. However, we have been disappointed by the customer service now that the piano is in our home. We were reassured that the piano had a matching bench that came with the piano. Once delivered, we realized the piano bench was a substitute. Also, I was assured that the wood finish would be touched up and the piano was delivered with dust on the finish and not touched up in places. I am still waiting to hear from Classic Pianos to clear up these concerns. Thank you.

Well, I would say that I had a very good experience when selecting a grand piano at this place. I can say that I am a picky customer with particular (extended) requirements, and people at this store where very patient and accommodating. It took me at least an hour to find a piano that satisfies my needs, and I am happy with my choice. No need to say that people in the store are very knowledgeable and experienced. You will not regret if you just stop by that store to take a pick what is inside.

We purchased a Yamaha P22 with the help of Bob Baker in Fall 2015. We did not know what we were looking for. Bob was very knowledgeable and courteous and educated us on various models and brands. We had been looking for a piano for our kids and our piano teacher told us to go to Classic Piano to take a look to see if wed find one that fits our budget. I needed a new piano since my 45 year old Kimball could no longer be tuned. I saw the ad for used performance pianos and was pleasantly surprised to find a nice selection of pianos in good condition. I listened while several people played various pianos and, with the help of a knowledgeable salesman, who is also a concert pianist, I bought a new Yamaha, which was on sale. Its wonderful being able to play a piano that is in tune again.

I moved to Denver from Atlanta, and having visited a Yamaha showroom in Atlanta, I can say that I got a better deal at Classic Pianos than I would have in Atlanta, and that I felt much less pressured to buy at Classic. Went in to the sale with the sole intention of looking to see how close they were to something I could afford. Left that day with a new Hailun that I absolutely love. Very happy with the free tuning that comes with the piano as well as the free albums that were given when we finished with the deal. The free piano lessons were a plus as well.

We had great experience buying Clavinova last weekend. We were looking for piano for our10 years old daughter. We were undecided between acoustic or digital piano but store offers very nice trade in policy, which helped us make good decision.
