Our rep Matt is amazing. Not only does he answer the phone whenever I call, he is like superman in that he shows up lighting fast. He is always working with me and the team on ways to be efficient. He personally takes the time to train us and show us how to get things done correctly. We sure do appreciate all that he does for us as he takes his job very seriously and this matters to us! When he is in the building you can count on a very comprehensive inspection of both the dish-machine and the glass tender. He checks all the functioning parts and ensures they are 100%. We recently switched to Auto-Chlor and are very happy with the products and especially the service. Anthony really does a thorough once over on all our systems during his visits. We even had a situation where we didnt know exactly how to use something (Quick Release valve on the mop sink) and Anthony came out and showed us how it works. Super nice and patient.
