Customer service is above and beyond anything you have ever experienced from a supply house. They ALL are wonderful to work with. They help you find what you need so quick. We go in to pick up equipment and it is ready to go before you even get the truck turned off. They are on top of it! If there were 10 stars - thats what they would get. You will be beyond amazed how they handle their customers. We are glad they are here in Denver.

Ordered a few Royal Rangers from Todd and Steven‘s equipment supply when they dropped them off we needed to disassemble three of the convection oven‘s to get into the building their team stood as long as it took to make sure the equipment would be inside of the building for us to install went over and beyond any customer service I’ve dealt with I definitely enjoy doing business with their company and their team hats off Fellas great job

I have been in the HVAC industry locally here in Denver for about 20 years. I have bought and developed relationships with every distributor in town. I can tell you this, I have never used a distributor that is anywhere close to offering the customer service to the level that I receive from Stevens. Honestly, if I can buy a part from Stevens, that Is where I will buy!

Great customer service, I have known Dave Stalheim for over 20 Years I met him when he was working at Pameco (G Larson) in Boulder.When he told me he would be working for Stevens equipment and carrying Daikin equipment it was a no brainer for me, I switch from Mitsubishi to Daikin as I knew I could rely on customer service.The Guys working for him are great as well
