My boyfriend and I visited tonight and were expecting to get some decent ice cream and be on our way. We got what we came for but also had great service. The young red headed cashier was energetic and charming. He made us laugh, made a great blizzard and made our night. We didn’t catch his name but wanted to make sure he got the praise he deserves!

Was very happy with the service, next time Ill call ahead to special order a ice-cream cake.

I’ve been to quite a few DQ and this one wasn’t great. Parking was horrible and the drive-thru was hard to get to. So, I walked inside. The attendant behind the counter looked me in the eye when I walked up, but didn’t even acknowledge me. Instead, he turned away to fill the ice cream machine. It wouldn’t have been hard to say, “Welcome in, I’ll be right with you”. The food was as expected but everything else was a disappointment. Had it been my first DQ experience, I wouldn’t be going back.

Today is the Sunday the 11th of June. We arrived at 4 pm, 4 adults, 2 children. The seating area was blocked off and its 90 degrees outside. There was 1 small table in the front of the store that was occupied by a single individual. Our orders were done correctly (except one that was strawberries instead of cherries as we had requested) but had to be repeated many, many times.We stood in the corner of the parking lot because we were not allowed to be inside other than to order. No masks required, but why then no indoor seating?

Two young Mexican American women were chatting and laughing very loudly and not paying attention to what they were doing and messed up my order twice. As I was walking out, after asking nicely for my simple order to be made correctly, they were mocking me behind my back and laughing loudly about it. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong but I figured Id give them another chance today and maybe go inside to make sure they clearly hear what Im asking for. Dont bother with this place if you notice these two are working. They have no respect for customers.

The new 2 for $4 menu is really good, chili dog and a sundae for 4 bucks was a great deal.

Im a locksmith and I happen to be working there they have amazing ice cream and Jennifer who works there shes just the sweetest!I highly recommend this place!

To the manager, please think of the safety of your staff and your customers safety and wear a facial covering. No excuses! You are the manager and you were not wearing a mask when you were at the drive thru register. I was concerned for your staff and for my own safety after visiting your business this evening. Please do the right thing.

My husband and I go here about once a week. Friendly, fast service. Plenty of parking, too. Great for parking while eating your frozen treat.

Although very friendly staff and environment,this location is a good place for just a quick treat/dessert stop.. Over all it was descent experience.. If around the neighborhood I wouldnt mind coming back.. Recommended 😊

I visited this Dairy Queen a while ago and was greeted with rude and snarky employees who seemed to hate their jobs and wanted to get out of there. After a while I gave this place another shot because I was in the mood for a Blizzard. Boy was I wrong. Once again, I was greeted with rude employees who seemed to be mad at everything in the world, then one younger lady gave me my blizzard without turning it upside down, because it was already half melted! She knew that too, and she also gave me NO napkins either. While she handed me my blizzard, she just said Here you go and turned around and did something else. I didnt realize it was already half melted until I was driving away, ice cream got everywhere in my car without a way to quickly clean it up. Thanks. Wish I could give zero stars.

Drive thru took forever had to remind employees about my order. When I received my blizzard they neglected to give me a lid or any napkins.

Drive thru line was long and slow moving. Ice cream was good as always.

This is a very nice Dairy Queen. The 2 gentlemen and young lady were very nice and the service is quick even while dealing with a drive through! Very tasty treat!!

Its normal or possibly slightly fast service and expected food. The parking and drive-thru are extremely cramped. The interior is medium to small in size, but with enough seats given the traffic.

The Oreo Cookie Jar Blizzard is my new favorite. Mini size is just enough to treat myself without feeling bad about it.

I feel like the staff has been rude or acts like Im a bother everytime I visit this location. I also feel that if youre out of something... put a sticker over it or something on the drive-thru. That way it makes it easier on both the customer and the worker. Ice cream is good otherwise.

Good blizzard got sad when they said they dont serve fries or burgers

Its rare that I complain about a place but it really bothered me.Other than the desserts, there are about 5 items on the food list. I chose a grilled chicken sandwich and asked for a meal and paid about 3 more dollars for a bag of Doritos and a soda that was mostly ice and super watery. The sandwich was put together very poorly and cold. Im bummed I spent that much to be diappointed. The dessert was good at least.side note, they have a sign in their window for a 5 dollar lunch thats more food than what I ordered......I paid 13.

I dont know who made that young fat kid a manager , Kid needs an attitude adjustment and to learn some customer service skills. Also they skimp you on toppings for everything especially blizzards.

I wanted a classic orange julius 🍊. What I got was something far sweeter and more expensive (> $6) than Ive ever had from one of these places before (been a few years). For that price, I couldve gone to some craft dessert place that was clean, not under staffed, and featured flavors beyond sweet.

This place is the worst. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while multiple employees walked by and never greeted us. When we were finally acknowledged the cashier had no clue what he was doing, Im not sure if there was any kind of Supervisor or manager since Not one of the employees seemed to know what they were doing. We recieved half our order then stood there for another 5 minutes before I finally asked for the rest of the order which they then made. Wont be back, dont recommend anyone goes here.

Went in with my wife, daughter in law, and grandkids. No one was at the counter for a couple minutes and when he came, it seemed like we were a bother. Place smelled bad and when we saw price for small sandwich, chips and drink, we left! Wouldnt trust them to make anything for my family! Close the doors on this place and do Dairy Queen name a favor!

The staff changes so constantly you cant get anything consistent. They do not know how to make classics like Frozen Hot Chocolate. Always a painful experience.

The lettuce was gross and brown, vegetables heated with the sandwich. The guy at the counter was unhappy that my sandwich sucked and offered me a refund, nice guy so he earned the only star on the review. Go to a different place for food.

Staff is consistently rude. Manager is consistently rude and has yelled at staff in front of customers before. Often nobody is at the counter for long periods of time.

Horrible service and all I ordered was a medium ice cream in a dish with rainbow sprinkles and when they gave to me it had barely any sprinkles on it so I asked if they could fix it and they charged me again for sprinkles. So I paid double for what I would of gotten at any other location. The restaurant was filthy and staff was rude. Maybe someone should tell the employees personniel hygiene is important when working in the food industry!!!

First time i went through drive through got a watery runny blizzard. the staff was verry rude when i asked them to remake it. then the guy at drive through threw a pissy fit about paying with a credit card telling us oh this is gonna take a lot of time to process, then storms off. returns 5 minuts later with another blizzard which he immediately tries to put a lid on to which i say to him blizzards are suppose to be served with a spoon upside down to prove they are not runny. he looked at me like he wanted to kill me and yet again hands me another runny blizzard at which point i am fed up i just grab the blizzard and dont even eat it as its more of a cup of runny slime that im not even sure jerk in the drive through didnt spit in. so i wasted money ultimately and threw the thing away as was so appalled by the staff and service and product. Flash forward a year my fiance says she wants dairy queen. she was there the first time also and saw the previous mess. so i reluctantly take her to dairy queen once again in the drive through this time so upset about last time i order nothing. she places her order and low and behold a full year later we get to the window and its the same jerkoff from the first visit. once again very rude about us paying with credit card and then proceeds to take about 10 minutes to make her shake. then returns to the window with soaking wet hands and proceeds to hand me back my credit card soaking wet and dirty with unknown stuff all over dripping water all over my hands and arms. then shoves the shake in my face and slams the drive through window shut without saying anything else. im so glad this particular time i hadnt ordered anything. Seriously how in the F$%%k is this ass clown still working there. how is he not fired yet . worst service in history iv ever received and thats saying a lot because iv had a lot of bad service but this place tops them all. Just wow. feel like having a nice cold blizzard made just right with friendly service? well you will get non of that here.

The Reeses tasted like roasted peanuts and the Oreos tasted like nothing and were crispy... Im pretty sure they are using generic brands... also, their bathrooms are filthy.

The Drive Thru and Parking lot area is a bit small and can get congested easily but on a hot day..a banana split and a Strawberry Julius really hits the spot

I arrived long before they closed and was greeted with a “were closed” even though the person before me was served. Don’t claim you’re open until 10 and close in front of a customer.

What a really sad place!!! The store clearly says it closes at 10:00pm and it the closed the doors at 9:23! What the Heck!!! Theyre only open thru drive thru, then this guy is yelling at me Yeah but I need to know what you want!! Didnt you learn your manners? Then I got my mocha moolatte and they didnt even do it well! What a very poor place.

I waited at the drive thru and no one came. When I drove up I saw staff chatting together inside. I guess no one felt like working today.

Had to ask for the pecan turtle blizzard to be remade. Employee tried to hide it by putting a lid on it. Employee did not give me a receipt and wasnt happy when I asked for the blizzard to be remade. Blizzard was still runny. Employee walked off when the blizzard was being remade... could have been spit in.

Been here a few times, no problems, fast service, typical expected product.

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 blizzards, 1 cup of ice cream, and one peanut buster parfait. I had to repeat the order four times, and then they didnt put any caps on the cups or put the order in a tray. The car wasnt full of people to hold all the stuff. They should have been prepared to put everything in a tray at least. This is the first DQ that Ive been to that was this sloppy.

Failed the upside down test, didnt put the right toppings in. The kids kinda fail at being a DQ if they cant do those things, yeah?

Have to agree with the other reviewer, the orange infused water felt like i was in heaven, then died in heaven, and ended up in heavens heaven. a must try for any true foodie

They got the Julius I ordered wrong then tried to argue that it was the right one... (I ordered the tripleberry and they gave me a strawberry banana one.) They also over cooked the snack melt that I ordered as well.

So brought myself and 4 kids through the drive-thru...the woman taking my order said omg when I ordered 6 double cheeseburgers...we have been in the drive thru now for almost 30 mins...currently, just pulled up to the window. Worst location ever!

These people have no concept of the term “polite.” I mean, they can at least say thank you if you’re buying a blizzard for $6.50.
