Hello Hearing Studios was unbelievable! The owner/audiologist was kind, thorough, patient, and extremely familiar with all the hearing devices available. She determined the best, appropriate size for me, considering I have a very small ear canal. She spent time helping me insert them. Since I wear a ponytail and my hair away from my ears from time to time, I was concerned about them showing. She showed me how to partially hide them. She welcomed me to call if I had any concerns and scheduled a two week follow up appointment. All in all, I would recommend Hello Hearing Studios over any other organization in Denver. I will not mention where I went first (recommended by my doctor). I will explain the difference to him and urge him to recommend Hello Hearing Studios above any others in Denver.

Very professional clinic that seems to be more economical and more accommodating than similar options in the area. Riley was very welcoming, knowledgable, and helpful. I had a very minor issue that was cleared up within 5 min, and I was not even charged! I would recommend Hello Hearing Studios to anyone that likes friendly, effective service.

Everyone at Hello Hearing is really nice and professional. I came in for an ear cleaning, but ended up not needing it after all. They talked me through the possible causes for the ear cracking noise and soothed my concerns. Would definitely go back here!

Riley Williams is a consummate professional. She worked with me to fine tune my hearing aides so I would get the most out of them. Hello Hearing Studios has changed my opinions towards hearing aids and I truly owe it all to Riley. From the moment I met Riley to each return visit she goes above and beyond to make sure I get all my questions answered and my hearing aids are working correctly. Riley took the time and care to evaluate & test my hearing, with no BS sales pressure. This young Lady genuinely cares about doing the best job she can for her client. Having purchased hearing aides in the past, I was ready for more hearing aides that I would pay for and never wear them after 2 or 3 weeks of disappointment, and no real support. Riley has followed up and made sure that the aides I have work for me as they should. I bought the units I have about 6 months ago and I wear them most everyday. Not often do I provide personal testimonials for a person or company as I am rarely impressed by customer service these days. However, in this case I cant say enough about Riley and her true commitment to provide the most thorough care and commitment to my satisfaction.In addition to myself, Riley also attended to my Mother-in-law and her hearing issues. We are both equally impressed by Riley and her personal service and care. Riley went out of her way to assure our satisfaction and has routinely followed up to check in on us and make adjustments as needed.As for the products, we each had unique needs and Riley engaged us with two unique products to fit our circumstances. Both have proved to be life changing improvements.My Mother-in-Law is on oxygen and struggles a bit with the O2 hose over her ears combined with the hearing aids but she is getting accustomed to the situation.I have inner ear cross-over aids, which are comfortable and ease my tinitus and improve clarity especially in crowded rooms or restaurants. My only issue is I forget to take them out at night before bed because they are that comfortable.I can go on about Riley and her old-school customer service style. I wish only other businesses could train their employees to follow suit.Kevin

Riley and Jessica are fantastic. I had been to three other hearing specialists and got different recommendations, none of which helped my situation. I had given up and lived with my hearing loss for over a year.I reached out to Riley who called me right away to talk about my situation. I was able to set an appointment just a few days out. Long story short, Riley explained why the previous recommendations couldn’t work for me and recommended a solution.My new hearing aids work great! I’m able to hear again in loud environments and carry on conversations. Riley was right, I quickly got over the vanity aspect of wearing hearing aids at such a young age. Riley is focused on the patient, my brother, in making sure he is able to hear well. This required several visits to make sure the hearing aids were calibrated correctly. One of the best experiences I have had. Riley helped my husband with new hearing aids. He had some older ones that he refused to wear because he couldnt hear out of them. Riley explained how to work the new hearing aids and has changed our lives. I actually have to lower my voice now or my husband thinks Im yelling at him.
