Thorough and extremely patient. Took the time to explain everything about what is happening to my ears. Identified a slightly accelerated loss in my hearing at 4k Hz. Quickly provided a test report via email shortly after I arrived home.

Doctor was very thorough with his examination of my ears and gave multiple options to help me with my earwax buildup

Its been humbling to loose my hearing. Like so many things that happen, I didnt think this would happen to me. Yet accepting this reality and working closely with Annette Berg and other staff members at the CC Hearing Rehab Center has been a very positive experience. Annette has been superb: she administered the audio tests and helped me to understand the nature of my disability; acquainted me with optional hearing aid instruments and explained her recommendations based on my particular needs; assisted me responsively as I selected hearing aid technology; programmed my hearing aid carefully through conversation re: my needs, lifestyle and experience; and continues to work with me as I adapt to the technology and learn how to optimize its value for my life. Annettes years of experience as an audiologist, her knowledge, candor, attentive listening, respect and good spirit have made this significant transition and experience so much more effective and pleasant for me. It is significant that Annettes admin assistant, scheduler and receptionist, Lizzie, is an incredibly alert, thoughtful, competent and cheerful partner in the office. The two make office mechanics a seamless breeze for patients. I could not be more pleased. Annette and Lizzie are the best!

I want to give my highest praise to Dr. Nicole Miller, for restoring my hearing and making a huge improvement in my life! I am a 64 year oldmale who has had high frequency hearing loss for some years, but ithad become pronounced in the last two years. It was starting to interferewith me hearing clients, family and friends. Now, I no longer have to keepasking people to repeat themselves and I can hear the birds sing again!Also, the hearing aids she fitting me with are so inconspicuous, most people do not know I am even wearing aids! Maybe there are other providers of hearing health care as good as HRC in the metro-Denver area. But I cannot imagine how there could be any better provider! Dr Miller and everyone in her office whom I have encountered are professional, responsive, alert and thoughtful, committed to service and excellent healthcare, helpful, informed and clear in communication tasks. I am receiving the best treatment and healthcare possible, and it makes a huge difference in my daily life.

At first I thought Annette was knowledgeable and professional and did a good job with my initial hearing tests. After getting the hearing aids she was unable to program them as she claimed. Her note taking in my chart was weak as I had to repeat myself regarding various hearing related items and finally she did not properly install some initial settings. Since then I have gone go a new audiologist who was more professional and more able.

This place isnt friendly and the audiologist doesnt listen at all (pun intended).I came in needing a new earmold and the audiologist pushed a certain kind of earmold on me. Ive been wearing hearing aids my entire life and I know what works for me and what doesnt. She basically told me that the kind of earmold I wanted (and had been wearing for the last 5+ years) wouldnt work for me. I eventually gave in and went with the earmold she wanted me to wear. During that appointment, she reprogrammed my hearing aid and messed it up badly. She made a somewhat snide and judgemental comment about how old my hearing aid is (its only 6 years old. Not everyone can afford to drop 2-3 grand on a new hearing aid every few years).The new earmold came in. Didnt fit well. I told her and she basically shooed me out of her office, implying that I -- a lifelong hearing aid wearer -- didnt know what I was talking about and I should give it a week or so.The earmold was so ill-fitting that I couldnt even wear it. I did what the audiologist said and waited another week before scheduling an appointment to have another earmold made.I was 10 minutes late to that appointment (due to bad traffic and me living 30 minutes away). When I walked in, the receptionist gave me an attitude and told me that the audiologist had left the building because she thought I wasnt coming in. (I had called in an hour beforehand to confirm that I was coming in, so that excuse was BS). I was upset -- she scolded me in such a way that I felt like I was back in grade school and I had wasted an hour of my time driving there and back home for nothing.I emailed a complaint to the director of this center and, while he was friendly, he sided with the audiologist. He said the office was busy (not true -- there wasnt a single person in the waiting room) and the audiologist had to move on to the next patient because I was late (also not true. I was explicitly told that she had gone home.)They obviously have no regard for their patients and because of that, I will not be coming back.If youre looking for a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable audiologist, you will not find one here.
