I had a non-working hearing aid and took it in to be repaired a week ago. Today, Kate, my Audiologist adjusted the new aid to my Phonak App to my phone. She is so nice, professional and comfortable to be with. I would recommend to anyone who is concerned about hearing loss to make an appointment at Connect Hearing

Always a good visit with the doctors. Supplies I needed were available and reasonable.

Me and my dog Lily, visited connect hearing in Denver. We were warmly welcomed and had a few laughs with the very nice person greeting us as we started the new patient paperwork. It was only a few minutes before Jennifer Kim came and greeted us. She made Lily feel very welcomed as well as me. I never did finish the paperwork as we went to her office. After giving Lily a bowl of water and allowing me to put food down for Lily she explained the process one goes through to get hearing aid. She really did a good job and was quick. After a quick glance in my ears, with that lighted scope they use, she said “Perfect.” Then I was allowed to unleash Lily. Leaving the food and water right there we went to another room. I sat in the sound booth with Lily laying beside me she conducted some test. They were fun actually. After testing she told me I had normal or better than “normal” hearing. She printed the evaluation report and in her office explained it. I asked questions and she clearly answered them. It may be five years for me but I’m going back to Jennifer.I remember thinking to myself that she did exactly as what was posted on the wall behind her. She connected so well. She engaged so well. I can’t recall the third term. But as I looked at the wall I felt it was all followed beautifully. Thank you Connect Hearing, and Jennifer Kim.

Connect Hearing is a reputable hearing aid provider. My Mom has gone to them for many years.Stephanie has been the audiologist that has worked with my 95 year old mother. She has been fantastic! My mom is REALLY hard of hearing. My mother has also had difficulty getting molds to fit in her ear properly because of the shape of her ear. Stephanie is so patient, understanding, and caring with my Mom. She has gone above and beyond making my Mom comfortable and trying to meet her hearing aid needs. Stephanie is smart in her craft and knows what she is doing. We recently moved from Denver to Idaho. My Mom and I really miss Stephanie a lot! We wish we could clone her and bring her to Idaho! Connect Hearing at the 950 Harvard address was absolutely wonderful. No one could seem to get my new Phonak Audeo Marvel hearing aids to pair with my new smartphone. Enter Katie, who had it all connected in less than 30 minutes. I used to come to this office before I moved out to Wheat Ridge. It remains the best in my book. I certainly hope they do not close down the Wheat Ridge office. There are no other offices for patients who live out in the suburbs.

We were lured in with the understanding of a 2 week trial, and the website states that you walk out with a 2 week trial. I got only 30 minutes to try them, then came the sales pitch. The emphasis was all about closing the deal, not so much about the people who came to their office.They seemed nice enough, especially the receptionist.We purchased hearing aids, on the basis of their satisfaction guarantee. Will it be any more reliable than their claim that you walk out with a 2 week free trial? If they didnt deliver on the trial, would their guarantee be any more likely?I felt pressured to make a deal on the spot that bothered me.So, we entered into a deal lacking confidence overall. 30 minutes trial is not what we were told on the phone, nor is it what is promised on their website.

My Husband has been involved with Connect Hearing as a patient since it was established at this location. He has had very good relations with many of the people at both Aspen Hearing (previous establishment) and Connect Hearing.When it came time for me to get hearing aids, I too went to Connect Hearing and have been most satisfied with their expertise, fittings and service. I was concerned about one hearing aid that no longer was taking a charge or keeping a charge. Afraid I would need to have it replaced, it turned out that the charger itself was not working. A new one was given and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I went to Connect Hearing today expecting I would need new hearing aids. Rather than attempting to sell me an expensive replacement, Jennifer spent a great deal of time working to fix my existing hearing aids. And it worked. I am hearing better now than I ever have with these hearing aids.

With hearing loss primarily in my right ear, Ive been getting my hearing aids from connect hearing for over 6 years and have had a great experience with them so far. At my last hearing check, some hearing loss was showing up in my left ear. I was still planning on getting just one hearing aid until Dr. Pearl went out on a limb and suggested that getting a pair of aids was a better decision and explained why clinically that was a good idea. I was scared at first, thinking irrationally that having something in both ears would obstruct sound. But Dr. Pearl really worked with me to create a set of hearing aids that were essentially custom designed for my needs. And theyre metallic pink. I can honestly say that it was one of the greatest decisions of my life! Ive gone from living in a frustrating and often lonely partially sounded world to being a full participant in a conversation, to feeling like a legitimate person with full hearing rights. Its been very empowering and I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Pearl for addressing my needs AND my insecurities with grace, compassion, and rock-solid clinical expertise.I recommend Connect Hearing and Dr. Pearl to anyone who needs to get hooked up with the sounded world!

I had an issue with my heath insurance regarding what they would pay for hearing aids. Stephanie W. was willing to call insurance company regarding payment and she kept good notes on that conversation. Bottom line the insurance company had given her wrong information and at a later date gave me the same wrong information. Insurance company had denied the claim but after talking with Connect Hearing agreed to pay part owed by insurance company.

My wife had been outfitted with hearing aids by Dr. Pearl and finally talked me into going to see her to get my hearing tested. She said I kept asking “what” in conversations for clarification. I didn’t think much of it but it was obvious to people around me. I relented and went to get tested by Dr. Pearl. She found I definitely had hearing loss in the middle range and explained why getting hearing aids now at age 65 would be far more beneficial than waiting 10 yrs when it might be more difficult for me to adjust to the hearing aids to approximate more normal hearing. Dr. Pearl spent the time needed for me to understand how the hearing aids would really help, putting to rest any skepticism I may have had. I highly recommend Dr. Pearl for her expertise in the field of hearing loss and her dedication to helping her patients. Now I don’t drive my wife crazy with “what” any more.

Connect Hearing (950 E Harvard in Denver, CO) has been fantastic in helping us explore options to help our Mom hear her TV better (ZVox Sound Bar for hearing impaired), hear us better when were together (blue-tooth microphones that connects to her hearing aids) and to hear us better over the phone (via a phone that connects to her hearing aids and a separate CaptionCall phone). Stephanie has been great in making us aware of all of these options and helping us set-up and test them. Im especially grateful as one of the areas where my Mom has lost her hearing is in the frequency where my voice resides. Through Stephanies work with us, we now have tools to help my Mom hear me much better both in person and over the phone. Thanks Stephanie. I went to Connect Hearing for a free trial using the Lyrics an inside the ear model. After the trial ended I purchased them but within weeks I knew I had made a mistake. I went back to Connect Hearing and wanted out of them. I had purchased them and they could have said no but they offered me other models that might be more appropriate. I tried two other models that where outside of the ear and finally found what worked for me. Dr. Kathleen and the owner did not have to go the extra mile to make me happy but they did and worked with me on the pricing. I am very happy and could not say enough about their concern to make me a satisfied customer. Dr. Kathleen is a professional and never treated me like I was unreasonable. I wear Lyric hearing aides, which have to be replaced on a monthly basis. When I moved to Denver, I shopped around for the best place that would be flexible in fitting me every month, as well as knowledgeable in all things hearing aid related. Stephanie at Connect Hearing is just that!
