Good work, turnaround time quicker than promised. I think they could possibly go into more detail about what can and can’t be fixed just from blasting parts clean. I think a little sanding and polishing could of made these perfect but I’m still happy with the job.

I couldnt be happier with the frame work Alec completed on my Gen 3, Glock 23! Right away I was amazed with how it looked and felt in my hands. When I tested my new frame at the range, the aggressive stipple pattern with the double undercuts did not disappoint. I quickly noticed I had more control when firing the pistol and my trigger pull improved significantly. The lead time from beginning to end was about 4 weeks and was well worth the wait. If youre looking for someone that is attentive to the needs of their clients, come and talk to Alec. I cannot say enough about the quality of service these guys provide. I took a rifle stock in for some work. During the process they discovered a manufacturer’s flaw in the item. After the firearm company refused to warranty the item, they purchased me a new piece and completed the work. That’s service!

You wouldnt be able to tell of how good of quality this place has of firearms from the outside of the establishment. They do their own builds of different styles, and calibers. You can tell by the craftsmanship, quality, and pride they put into their work. And what amazed me was the price they were offering the firearm for. I had purchased a Glock 30 SF a few days earlier used for $550 from a different gun store. I really wish I would have waited and saved up for that piece I saw there at the Gun Factory. I would highly recommend this place to firearm owners, and I will definitely be back soon.

Best experience Ive had purchasing a firearm. I bought from out of state and Alec was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. The entirety of the process was completed in a timely manner. He went above and beyond handling the transfer and calling the shop in Florida that was recieving the firearm to make sure it went without any hiccups. Alec and the team were awesome. The were cheaper than everyone else, faster than everyone else, and the results are as good as everyone else. Phenomenal craftsmanship and customer service. I previously had a request for grip stippling, undercut, barrel fitting, and trigger installation. My gun shoots like a dream. Additionally, the lines on the stipple job, were clean and even. They are very user-friendly, please do contact them, they will not disappoint.

I highly recommend The Gun Factory! Alec the owner has done 3 cerakote jobs for me, stippled the frame of my glock 17, polished my M1A trigger, and a few other things too - all his work is fantastic. I contacted The Gun Factory with a build that I had in mind. I didn’t want to break the bank but I wanted something that was also going to be reliable. I know a lot of times those two factors are hard to bring together, however, he worked with me on both. Not only did he work with me on both but he knocked it out of the park! We started talking about the build on June 1st and I had my 300 blackout AR pistol in my hands by July 1st. Everything was worked out over the phone as we are in different states almost across the Counrty and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Keep in mind this is all going on during a world wide pandemic. 10/10 I would recommend The Gun Factory for any gun build. Very knowledgeable staff that you can tell loves what they do. I plan on sending it back for a cerakote job after I’m done adding a couple of my own touches.

Cerakote work from The Gun Factory is expertly applied and artistically rendered.From simple single color work to unique camoflage and wild colors, ive loved everything Ive seen.As an industry professional its important to know there is a firearms finisher I can send my customers to knowing they will be not only satisfied, but delighted. There is no higher praise I can give then to say that they make my customers happy. But perhaps, if there is, its that Alec has done finish work on my personal guns. And ill definitely have him do more. There are plenty of spray applicators out there, but few firearms finishing professionals. Alec is the latter. The Gun Factory will continue to get both my own and my customers business.
