If I didnt have to give one star I wouldnt the worst customer service ever and Ive been a customer of BRANDON the owner since BIG DADDYS PAWN . And Ive purchased numerous of items and weapons and today his employees tried to low ball me. I went to EZ-PAWN and they treated me with respect and dignity I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE

Walked in to get a loan on some diamond earrings. After 10 minutes and making a phone call, the person behind the counter said he wouldnt be able to offer me a loan because the thing is theyre more of a gold buyer??? They literally had 1 gold Figaro chain in the entire store! 🤣 The diamond tester he tried to use was dead, and said his diamond guy wouldnt be there until the following Monday. Someone needs to teach this kid the basics of being a decent pawnbroker. Luckily for me, I walked right across the street and found much better service & got the loan I needed within minutes.

I love this pawn shop, the gentlemen who own and run this job is amazing, friendly, and knows their product. If they like your karma they will remember you every time you come in to purchase or pawn something. I truly like that the guns is straight out the box and dont have to worry it might of been used illegally.

BEWARE! This shop lied, misled, and deliberately witheld pertant information for their own gain. It was not accidental and there was no miscommunication. I came here to buy a Rockford Fosgate amplifier. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help with finding anything. I found the employees to be nice and polite and that’s not the norm in most pawn shops... The amplifier was in great shape and got it for a great deal! By far our favorite pawn shop! 9times out of 10 they will ve able to take your items and give you the best price! Chuck and Ray understand the struggles life throws at you and are always fun and inviting! My husband and I have seen ups and downs over and over and these guys are always helpful. Even if they cant take your items they usually have some kind of advise or at least a good laugh! I love this this place I came in really needing some help they did more then what I expected and when it came to coming to get my game back I was late I call in hopes that they understand they did I told them I would be back the next day and showed up 3days later. I was expecting to basically have to buy back my switch witch would have been only fair but didn’t they only added a extra 20 buck and let me be on my way. Every one in here was very nice would come back again no second thought.

Guy tried to literally fight me over the phone. Then calls me from another line to continue arguing. Absolutely ridiculous. When someone steals your property and your checking around pawn shops, maybe not try to start an argument. Or try to threaten someone who swings a sledgehammer and packs iron for a living. And this isnt some illogical, emotional based rant. I was polite and offered to pay for YOUR loss to recover my stolen items. How many other patrons do that? You seem to have some high reviews, so thats great! I didnt.. I had a guy try to fight me over the phone. Ridiculous. Your response was to deflect, not apologize. Doesnt look good. Originally found these guys through a Craigslist ad for tools. Made the 1hr drive to check out a couple in person and was very pleasantly surprised by the tool selection! Lots of power tools, cordless battery sets (Good stuff and not junk: Milwaukee, Makita, DeWault, etc.), and even some air tools.Tried to trade in some used jewelry and Monty was pretty up front and clear why he wasnt interested, I appreciated his explanation and it seemed very fair and honest. Finally decided to purchase a contractor type saw and after haggling for a few minutes came to a price we both agreed on. After the transaction, my two girls walked out with suckers and they even loaded up the saw in my vehicle! Pawn shops get a bad rap sometimes by stereotype, but these guys were great to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tools new or used. Also had a good selection of tablets, iPads, TVs, etc.
