Sergae and his team were able to come out in a day to install a new granite island! They even took it to there shop after placing it to make a couple alterations to the shape and did it all in a day! Antoine and Veba ( not sure of their spellings) were terrific! The young woman in the office was very pleasant to work with as well!Highly recommend!

Prime Granite Works made custom granite counter tops for us. Their work is amazing, and their price much better than others we considered. Plus they added beveled edges, a windowsill, and decorative under supports for no extra charge.They are happy to do all the aspects of the job, so we didnt have to hire subs. That made it possible to do the entire job in ten days.We were amazed at their skill, quality of workmanship, and speed of delivery. They cut the entire kitchen, including eating bar and L-shaped counter and small side counter, from a single granite panel. Seems like they used every inch of that panel, except the dust.Prime Granite is the best! Best price, best quality, beauty of workmanship, fastest, and most professional workmen. Excellent. You will be delighted to discover them.

This guys provided an amazing service! Not only thet gave the best price for material and labor, but also went above and beyond to install the kitchen countertops in a shorter amount of time than they estimated. They did their best to make sure we had our countertop before Christmas, when it was scheduled sometimes after New Year. And a huge bonus for us was SEAMLESS countertop! Thank you guys!!!

Absolutely Poor Customer and Installation Services at its best!!!!If you want to save your nervous system, money, time and dignity, NEVER, EVER go with this company!!!!They came to my condo last summer to do the measurements and seemed very nice people. Its a young couple, Sergey and Irina, who are the owners of this little local company. First, what I didnt like was their communication manner. When they needed a check for the job they hadnt even started, they were calling me 5 times a day to get the money but when it came to the due date for the work that was supposed to be completed I couldnt get a hold of anyone.Thats how this story began.Then came the worst part!!! The actual LABOR and INSTALATION !!No,no, I should word it right, so people will not feel dumb and frustrated as I do. This is not INSTALATION...this is pathetic unprofessional crappy trial to install the kitchen, they MESSED UP all cabinets you spend at least $13k on... I dont know even what to start with...Fisrt, ALL cabinets doors were hung not meeting with each other in the center where they are supposed to, plus, with the wrong screws that of course, messed up the wood. They made tens and hundreds of holes in the wood inside the cabinets for no reason for it. The outside wood panel siding on my island looked like tens of cowboys were practising with their guns on that piece of wood...all holed with nails. They have no idea how to do that installation at all!! But they charge you arm and leg for the services they have no idea of. I had to ask them to come back 3 times to re-do those doors...Second, they didnt meausure right..I was so frustrated when Home Depot delivered my appliances for my new kitchen and they didnt fit, cause..no one even bothered to ask me what type of fridge I am buying.I called Sergey and said that his guys need to come back and lift up the doors that were hung wrong. He didnt appologize,instead he sent me a guy who had no idea and time what to do with those cabinets at all and constantly was asking my boyfriend if he knows how to do them, which was RIDICULOUS!!!!! During instalation of the granite, they broke it during transportation so now I have a lovely inside cracks of the quartz side granite, one of the most expensive ones...even the re-polishing didnt help to fix those scracthes, because the granite was tranported in a neglecting manner, I guess.. like everything coming out from this company. After installation no one even bothered to clean the area they have been working on. They were cutting, putting up the cabinets together, sawing the wood on the stairs case that is PUBLIC and you will not believe it, but they left all the wood chips, dust, trash there, in a public area of my building, so I was the one who was sweeping the cement, cause my neighbours were giving me mad looksand thats all for the money I paid for it UPFRONT!! When they came with instalation of the granite, the final phase of the kitchen, I had a guy who just redid my hard wood floors and covered it ALL with the big sheets of paper, so it stays clean and scratch-free.. yeap, right!!! These guys were wearing their sneakers I guess with the rocks on their soles, cause after they were gone I discovered a lot of ripped paper on the floor and of course, scratches on my brand new hard wood floors.. Another proof how much they care..The bottom line is ...after a couple of months one of the doors of the cabinet came off completely because of the lousy screws they put them in. I called Sergey telling whats going on, he said he will send someone to fix without mentioning when its going to happen.And thats it! No one ever bothered to call me back the next day, even after I left a voicemail on Irinas phone. No suprise after all the nightmare I had with this crappy company!Very sad and pathetic experience, thats all I can tell.ATTENTION ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS - Do NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHIG!I wish they had a single review last year, it would save me my money and frustration.
