These folks are, in a word, outstanding. We recently made some updates at home and found Elite Cabinetry & Granite in an online search. Brian, Erin, and everyone there are super helpful and professional, and very willing and able to help us stay on track and on budget--and were able to help us work around a last-minute hiccup that none of us expected. They can easily do a whole space, or whatever parts you need. The quality and look of what we now have is amazing and, thanks to Elite, has transformed our home!

Brian and his team are great to work with .there main concern is your satisfaction over there profits. they honored there quotes. even thou there had been a unleavable market increase . they went on a search and destroy mission to secure the stone we loved at the best price they also spent a lot of time and effort into cabinet design and rendering that we didnt have done and it didnt effect there concerns for our overall satisfaction .we Just love them .we will use them for all our future needs .this is our third set of counter tops from all from different companys the other 2 where from the biggest names in town. They helped us work through designs and were patient with our endless refinements as we worked toward perfecting the perfect kitchen. The process turned into a lot of fun and Elite was an integral part of that. They were quite reasonable on pricing, worked with us when needed, and honored agreements without issue. A pleasure to work with.

Gary and Ken were fantastic. The installers were everything you want when you hire a crew. The granite we purchased had tremendous flow. The installer and Elite cut the stone in such a way that the backsplash flow continued from the flow of the counter top. I am in construction by trade and can attest that Elite does what they promise, on time, and on budget. Would definitely hire them again or recommend for anyone looking for a professional granite company.

We purchased a granite table top for our patio from Elite Cabinetry & Granite. Their price was very competitive. The table top was completed and installed in a timely manner. The installers were very professional, courteous and answered all our questions. We could not be happier with the product and service we received.

Elite did a great job with our granite kitchen. The team was.able to get our granite cut (natural edges and radius curves) and installed including a very big island piece before the Holidays. The quality and timeliness of the install gets my recommendation and if we decide on a basement kitchen I would go with them again.

Elite replaced my entire kitchen countertops with a beautiful quartz that mimics the look of marble, and I couldnt be happier with the final installed product and service. Elite happened to be my first stop when I embarked on my project to update my kitchen. I knew I wanted quartz, but I didnt have any idea about how the various manufactured stones would impact my budget. I met Gary and he walked me through the many options and wrote down lots of showrooms where I could actually go and see large slabs of many types of quartz materials. I spent the time and did my homework and provided a detailed and accurate sketch from which Gary could write up a quote. He followed up with me regularly as my design progressed and we were able to find a material that would fit within my budget. The fabrication and schedule went very well as I kept in contact with Baldo, who clarified tiny details about the exact specifications I wanted. The two craftsmen that installed the counters (which included a huge 4x9 island) did a fabulous job, working with me to adjust for the current state of my plumbing and to get perfect locations on my sink and faucet hardware. To get a terrific outcome on projects like these takes clear, concise communication with both the Project Sales Consultant and the Fabricator. I would definitely do my next project with Elite Cabinetry and Granite and recommend them to others.

I would not use this company. The two men that run the place both cannot hear- there were some other reviews about them needing to retire and I agree. We had issues with our installation and we had to drive over to talk to them in the middle of our work day because they cannot hear on the phone. Furthermore, they contract out the work to people that are inexperienced and incompetent and then perform no quality control! The installers did not actually do any work to shim the countertops and did not mount the dishwasher back to the counter. They also behaved like thugs. Also do not use their plumber!! He was horrible! The first time he came by he left after installing everything incorrectly! He had to come back 3 more times to correctly install the sink plungers!! If I remember correctly his name was George. Go with people that can hear, perform quality control and do not work with idiots.

Our experience with Gary, Ken, George, Paul, and Randy was excellent our new kitchen looks beautiful. Their experience and knowledge help us get the kitchen of our dreams.The granite is the most beautiful we have ever owned and Ken got us a great deal on it! We chose some very special options and Elite designed and installed them perfectly. From our custom Rachiele copper sink and Waterstone faucet to the custom cabinetry lighting George designed and installed they have truly made our remodeled kitchen a show place.We moved to CO two years ago and it has been my experience that finding high quality craftsmen can be a hit or miss but when you find one you have to wait a little longer as they are in high demand. With Elite as with other high quality craftsmen we have found it is well worth the wait.

We were uncertain how to go about purchasing granite to replace what we had in our kitchen. We had driven by Elite while driving down Sante Fe, so that was our first stop. Gary was very knowledgable and helpful and lead us through the process. The showroom is nice with multiple of products to chose from, be it granite, ceramic or other products. The whole process went very quickly and was completed as scheduled. We used his subcontractors to do the plumbing, Jorge was thorough and did the job right.The person we were most impressed with was Baldo, who is his subcontractor. He came out and measured and assessed the project, then when he and his crew came, they worked so hard. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done right! His work with fabricating, demolishing, and install was so great. This was really a hard job and he did wonderful work. The crew cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all of the debris.Thank you!!

Ordered granite from Gary. I have been very impressed with the service given. The template of granite was done right away and granite installed a few days later. The granite looks great and the service was exceptional.

Horrible customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get one of the two guys working the counter to answer ANY question. Once I was finally told to walk the yard myself I picked out a piece of granite for a shower seat. When ringing me up, he took the liberty to round up on every measurement. Then charged the 35.00/sq ft (which according to their huge sign in front says is the granite WITH install cost). I was installing this myself. I was told it would take 10 days but most likely less. On day 12 I called to find out the status of my order. The guy on the other end said, well, Ill have to call Chris because I dont know. I didnt hear back from him for 6 hours when I called again. I was told Chris is on an install in the mountains. I left a message but it will be late when he calls back. At 6:00 that night I received a VM from this place saying Chris says your order was misplaced and hell start working on it next week. Any questions, Ill be here Monday. I called Monday to see what the problem was and was given attitude with the guy saying I told you the order was misplaced and hed work on it this week.Apparently this place sells the granite, but then outsources the production of the pieces. Chris eventually called late Monday apologizing. I reminded him I was quoted 10 days, but was also told it would be more than likely less. I informed Chris the job was being held up because of this. Chris called me on Wednesday saying I could pick up the granite directly from his shop on Zuni at Noon. I arrived and the (seemingly) only guy in the shop was very nice. Saying he was almost done with it. When finished, he loaded it in the car for me and everything. The granite was exactly to the template I supplied. Chris seems legitimate. Elite Cabinetry & Granite will never see me again. Especially with our ~4k granite order coming up for our kitchen remodel.

Similar comments to other reviewers. Good selection of granite, especially for smaller pieces. But the old guy that owns the place would make more money if he stayed home and let someone else run the place, or at least deal with customers. I literally ended up in an argument with him all but one time of the 5 times I called/stopped in. I didnt want to do business with him, but he had the right piece of granite for our bathroom. Sigh...I honestly think he may have the early stages of dementia (or is at least very forgetful). We had an agreement about cutting it, which he later forgot about and admitted he didnt remember who I was, but was certain he remembered our agreement... HUH??!! He also flat out admitted he bumped my job for larger projects. He also argued with me about the piece of granite that my wife and I selected, which hadnt moved from the exact place we found it in his yard. Anyways, expect confrontation and get EVERY DETAIL in writing - he does keep his paperwork (literally in a pile). I must admit that he did eventually deliver the correct piece of granite, cut perfectly and at the price he quoted us - but what a giant hassle it was.

I am a 72year old woman that ordered granite from this company. I have a one floor condo, however, you come up 15 steps to my condo and although they are inside theyre steep. Baldo and his asistent carried huge pieces of granite up the steps and went right to work on installing the granite. I was very impressed with how they went about the installatioln. When they were finished I had beautiful counter tops couldnt see any seams any where. Not only that, but the way did the clean up no one could tell they had done any work, the place was spotless when they left. I would highly recommend this company and their installers to any one at any time. Good job guys very impressive!!!!

We recently had new granite counters installed by Elite Cabinetry and Granite. Not only were Ken and Gary, informative, friendly and true professionals in their business but their fabricaror, Baldo, was phenomenal. He worked with a high end slab with less then 10% margin for error with OG edging. Baldos work is top knotch. If youre looking for a group of professionals to install granite especially high-end granite, I would highly recommend Elite kitchen and Granite!

Well I guess I should have read the horrible reviews already written here before I decided to go with this company! I am shocked and appalled by the incompetency of this company! Yes, I agree they need to retire as they do not know what is going on or who is doing what. I recently hired them to install granitevtops in two bathrooms. The granite installation went fairly smoothly until it came time for the plumbing. It took them five days to install two sinks. Five days! Two sinks . They claim that It was my fault because I called it vessel sink! I thought sinks that set above the counter were called vessel sinks... arent they? Ok so the first day because its not what they had expected ,they couldnt do the work. What was their excuse the next four days? I sat home five days waiting for them to get it right...there was always some excuse. To top it off they would tell me a time they were coming and always be late... Im talking hours ! Ok round up -top mounted sinks... large squares cut for plumbing? Ok so finally I think we are finally finished and yes, I have a leak! After a week! At this point Im happy to have paid only 60% due to lack of competency and expecting some sort of compensation as any company would do for its customer when I get a call for final payment. No compensation was given as I had talked to both Ken and Gary the owner previously about this. None! I would have been happy with $200 but instead the owner said if I didnt want to pay he would put a lien on my home! After all the mistakes and trouble they put me through! I never said I wouldnt pay... I simply said I should be compensated. They replied with putting a lien! I have never had such a disfunctional company do work for me and not own up to it. So Im writing this review as I told them I would.. I agree with another review that says they need to retire because obviously they are not capable of running this company. I am retired, 62 and money is precious to me. When I feel Ive been scammed I will stand up for myself. As far as the plumber George.. I actually wonder if he is licensed. Im going to find out though. I have contacted BBB and will work through this with them. George was always friendly and polite but often late and his personal hygiene was atrocious! Both Gary and Ken need to retire and enjoy life instead of making others miserable! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy... on second thought, maybe I would. That says it all. I have never in my 62 years dealt wth such incompetency and downright stupidity! At the end of our conversation today Gary seems to think my sinks are square. They are round.I guess on a five point scale I would under duress give them a 1 for showing up ( and not on time mind you) and a 1 for thinking they can runa company! Give it up guys ... we all need to throw in the towel at some point! 2.8 never ...more like 1.8!Ok the the saga continues. They finally compensated me $200. A week later all sinks were leaking and they had to return to fix them... twice!! No compensation ! Going to BBB. By the way Gary hasnt even read his own reviews after speaking with him today. I think its time he did! Gary your business etiquette stinks and so does your plumbers competency!
