We feel in love with the Sliding Door Company after visiting them in the Design Center and wanted a modern door that wouldnt take up much space. Laura, Eric and Geronimo (and another installer) were amazing. All professional and very helpful. The doors have finished off our modern master bathroom complete with full length mirror on other side and our laundry room to the kitchen is now very quiet and separate. Would highly recommend using the Sliding Door Company for all your home and office spaces.

I had a sliding door installed between my dining area and an enclosed balcony to keep cold air out of the dining area. The door looks great, but there is a gap between the door and the wall most of the length of the door. I was told this gap is due to my walls being uneven, Eric Redman from Corporate did provide me with a window sealer to place on the doors to close the gap which helped quite a bit. Everyone at the Sliding Door Company, especially Brie Higginson in Denver has been very accommodating to make sure I am a satisfied customer.

As part of a large basement renovation I wanted to include a statement piece for my office. While I was keen to include something unique it also needed to be functional. This is where Sliding Door Company came in to help. I had a massive opening that needed to both close for noise but also be transparent to allow light into the space opposite the door. Best Customer Service EVER! We purchased our closet sliding doors back in 2016. We use them, however, as the main door to the kitchen from the laundry room from which the Garage enters. So they are heavy use doors, but look awesome! We have my husband and I and 4 teenagers living here so those doors are used a lot! Recently one of the doors started wobbling, only sometimes, when opened or closed. I looked closely and noticed one of the wheels had cracked so it wasnt staying tight on the track. I emailed the customer service of The Sliding Door company with a brief inquiry about if they sold spare parts. I got an email back a few hours later from Eric Redman, the customer service rep with a short reply saying he would ship me a new wheel assembly! Simple as that! No forms required. No Ticket numbers. Just prompt problem resolved!

We have purchased doors from The Sliding Door Company on two separate occasions. We have been extremely pleased with our experience both times. We were very pleased with the help we received in the store from Kristen. She spent a great deal of time with us, helping us figure out the best product for our needs. The local installer (Geronimo) on our most-recent purchase was excellent. He came to our home to verify and double-check all our measurements and then returned again to complete the install once our order arrived. He was very professional and made sure to clean up after the door was installed. He left everything as he found it. We’ve had many workers at the house over the years, and this has been one of our best experiences. Our customer care representative (Eric) kept us informed of our order status along the way, and reached out to ensure that everything went well and that we were satisfied after our installation was complete. We will use The Sliding Door Company again soon.

Great experience! We purchased a glass window panel and sliding door for the bedroom partition wall in our loft. Because of the distances involved, most of the coordination was done over the phone and by email. Kristen Celmer did a fantastic job working through the details, including helping us with some unexpected changes due to variances in construction of the wall. And the installation team was awesome--arrived on time, and the quality of the work was at the highest level. The project turned out just the way we envisioned it. We highly recommend this company.

Our business needed some technical adjustments to our sliding glass door systems. The support team and customer service department were very commutative and attentive in scheduling time for a technician to come make some minor repairs. I would recommend this company to any one who is so tired of looking at those ugly, boring wood sliding doors with the gold circle for closets or anything else. We did an entire home remodel, which I wouldnt recommend, and when I went looking for something better, prettier than those ugly white sliding doors, I came across The Sliding Door Company. Just looking at there website and seeing how beautiful they looked in all of the different rooms they showed on that website, there was no going back for me. The only thing I was nervous about was the cost. Usually things that are that beautiful are not cheap. So I made that dreaded phone call, knowing now that I just had to have them, thinking they looked like they would cost around $20,000. I ended up speaking to the most wonderful young women who I feel like I am friends with her now, because we have talked so much, and when she told me how inexpensive the glass doors were, I said Laura, thats just mean to play with my emotions like that, but we had spent so much time on the phone together, I felt like we could joke around like that, and we were always talking about doors. he told me she wasnt kidding about the price, and then she helped me pick out the perfect doors for my closet. They were just put in about 3 days ago and they were more stunning than I ever imagined. Then today I had an issue, not with the doors, but I had chosen doors that had the strip across the doors, and somehow they were shipped separately. So they mailed us the strips, no problem, but my contractor who had never seen these gorgeous doors, did not want to put on the strips, because he had never done that before and he did not want to be the one to put a scratch on those doors. I called customer service for the company and again the nicest person answered the phone, Lily Andrade, and I explained my my problem, and besides her sincerity and kindness, I honestly could tell that she really wanted to help me. That is such a rarity anymore, at least were I live. She jumped right in and even though it was late in the afternoon on a Friday and most companies wont even answer their phones, Lily jumped in to action and emailed me a form and handled my situation, like I was somebody very important, which Im not. Lily had to do quite a bit of work to make sure this happened, but she was so kind and so dedicated to her job, by the time I hung up, she had me scheduled with someone from their company to come out next week and take care of my problem. She was amazing. Everyone that I have talked to or dealt with have been so helpful and so kind, that once we get the strips on, I think I am going to try to talk one of them in to coming to work for my husband. Good, helpful people like the people that work for The Sliding Door Company are just about impossible to find anymore, sadly to say. My contractor was so impressed with the doors and he heard me on the phone with them, he is going to go down to the showroom and take a look around. Thank you all who helped me on my incredible doors. Those sliding doors and my granite countertops are my two favorite things in our complete home remodel.

The doors look nice and the sales staff was friendly. We did have some issues related to the delay between the date of order and date of delivery.Nonetheless, we are really pleased with the finished product.

Do not even consider purchasing anything from this place. Walk away now, trust me. 8 months later and we still have problems. What you are shown is not what they install. The quality is not the same. The showroom materials in Colorado are not the production materials that come from California. The installation process is a huge pain. They are beyond sloppy and use a roving installation group. Their people showed up and within 10 seconds I could tell that they had no idea what the job even was, and they honestly just did not care. The first installation (3 months after purchase) brought severely damaged door frames with scratches and streaks all over the glass. The first installation guy said, and I quote I would not pay for this either and they have no control over getting anything fixed, so now you have to work with the sales people in California, not Colorado. The second installation (3 months later) with a new set of people and we still the same issues -scratches all over the glass with large areas where the glass coating was poorly applied along the edges and the doors are uneven so they slide open with the slightest touch. These doors will not last 2-3 years before we’ll need to replace them. They already look like crap and we just spent over $2,500. Do not put yourself through this, you’ll waste money and feel like sucker. And once they get your credit card they will charge you no matter what you may have agreed upon later over the phone. Walk away now, trust me.
