Great customer service start to finish and in between. The sales rep (Mark W.) was timely and extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy or over zealous in trying to up-sell us. He was available to make any changes.The install team of Stewart and Jose were extremely down-to-earth and efficient doing their job. They spent more time answering our questions then the entire installation process took. Great service and high quality product.

We were very disappointed with the service and communications with Liberty. They are proficient at invoices but no-showed for the installation appointment (though we did receive the confirmation email), failed to inform us of choices on our product, and did not communicate the proper details for electrical needs for our motorized shades. The gentleman who came out for measurements showed up early while we had another meeting. My husband stepped aside to meet with him, and was given incorrect information on electrical needs. He was asked about colors and replied “white”. The guy went on his way. The salesperson emailed to ask our color choice and then informed us that white is not an option. The installers came and that’s when the lack of communication in the company was really apparent. Several weeks later, new install date comes and they had failed to get us on the schedule. No apologies, just the facts. The good news - final product looks great. My advice: don’t pay the deposit until someone has come to your home and fully communicated the details of the project.

Stewart & Jose came out to replace a rusted end cap. They were wonderful and went above & beyond for me by removing painters tape the house painters left that was too high up for us to reach. I was impressed with their kindness and how well they look after their customers.

A Liberty security door was one of the first things we invested in when we bought this house six years ago. Its beautiful, sturdy, and totally well made. My granddaughter loved it so much that she invested in two for her front and back doors.Now we have another issue. A front yard tree is failing (its coming down next week), and with our house direct west facing we knew that taking it down would compromise our interior shades as well as heat us up inside with no more shade provided. I contacted Liberty about an exterior awning, but the sales rep advised me that an exterior solar shade would work more efficiently for us. Nice!! A product that would save us money (how often do you see THAT? Not a push to up sell, but a more cost effective product that will work better for our needs) as well as help tremendously with the deflection of exterior heat.Manuel and Jason just installed my exterior solar shade and I feel like my front window is wearing a super hero cape now! Both men were professional, very courteous, installed my shade quickly, cleaned up the mess, and gave me tips on operating it.You cant go wrong with a Liberty Home Product. We are completely on board with supporting a long standing local company who has stellar products and employees.

We have been doing business with Liberty Home Products for more than 20 years.We ordered a new awning for our enlarged deck several weeks ago. During a recent wind storm, the awning began to sag on one side. We called Liberty for help. They sent an installation team of Stewart and Zeb to adjust the awning. They arrived at the scheduled time, and made the adjustment in about 15 minutes. They were very professional in doing their work and the adjustment was free. From scheduling the estimate to installation, the process of adding a solar shade to our deck was easy. Mark, the sales specialist, was informative and provided suggestions for the application to function optimally. Rob and Zeb were efficient installing the shade. They provided a lesson on use and tips for a long life for the product. I would highly recommend Liberty Home Products.

Stewart and Ruben were great. They came and repaired a motor that was not installed properly by other techs earlier in the summer. Unfortunately, they had to come back to fix others’ poor work that took another six weeks to get them here to do, after waiting over a month for the original repair. Timeliness of service was poor to say the least and we were disappointed that the original techs couldn’t install the motor properly. Stewart also noted a tear in the awning from the bungee cords that the original guys used. Stewart took pictures and said that they will now take care of the tear. I am waiting to hear from him in the hopes that we can finally have our summer shade back and fully repaired. Time will tell!! The Stewart/Ruben team were kind and courteous. I would give them 5 stars so far! I will post further when the repairs are “complete”!

We just had our second and third blind installed on our back patio. Our first LHPINC blind is great, reliable and sturdy, so we stayed with LHPINC to stay with good quality. Ive seen online blinds and, although you can get wider single-pane fabric, the quality is seriously lacking (wrinkles, etc). Our installers, Jason and Jose, made quick work of the install and they look great. Cant wait to close them all down on a cold winter day, crank up the heaters, and enjoy our outdoor living space!

Tyler and Zeb did an amazing job hauling our new awning up the outside of our three story home. I just received my awning and it is wonderful I dont know why I waited so long to get one. Everyone was very responsive from my first phone call to Karen to the guy who came to measure the roof who even told me I could get a bigger one and suggested a better color choice. Stewart and Ruben came to install were polite and on time. They took the time to show me how to work everything. I am going to order another one for the other side of the deck.

We had a patio awning installed by Liberty about 8 years ago. It is a simple, robust design that works superbly well. We like that they are made locally and that the service folks are from the factory, not a third-party company.Last week, we wanted an adjustment to the awning, and the folks who arrived could not have done better: they were on time, courteous and knew their stuff. Stewart and Robert set things right and were off.A few years ago a tree fell on our house, crashing the patio wall and wrecking the awning. The Liberty design is so sound that all the key components went back into use, while the arms had to be replaced. A good design with good field support. Highly recommended.

Stewart and Rubin were very knowledgeable about what needed done to my awning to make in workable. They then went a step further and tested my retraction monitor and lubed the moveable parts of my awning. Stewart was very patient with my questions about birds making their homes in my awning and how to discourage their moving in! Thanks so much!

Called twice to set an appointment to have rubber threshold replaced and clips that hold the glass to the door frame. They canceled the first appointment rescheduled for the next business date. Between 8. and 10. I called at 10:15 no one had showed up. They said they would call be back. At 11 I called them someone would be there within the hour. At 11:30 the guy show up but has no clips! So frustrating!

This company continues to be the best ever! The first door I purchased was in 1987, 34 years and several moves later, I just purchased my 3rd door. The entire experience has been fantastic! The sales call was impeccable, phone calls to the office to set appointments were pleasant and easy, installation was on time and enjoyable. This time there was a small hiccup with the door handles and my call for assistance was met with a next day inspection. They set a repair appointment and called me to ask if the time scheduled was acceptable to me. They did it without my asking or demanding! That handle fix just occurred (prompt and professional with an apology for the trouble) so I called to thank them and follow up with any remaining charges. Surprise! No charge! They made it right and were happy to do so!This is the 7th door purchased by me and mine and every experience has been wonderful. To my knowledge, every door is still functioning and in use today. They are expensive, yes, but WOW what a fantastic product and company!!!

They never tried to oversell. They have been very honest with timelines - we were expecting to have to wait until August for a fabric that was backordered. We were pleasantly surprised when Sunbrella was able to ship the fabric sooner than expected, and Liberty sewed the awning and met our original installation date!
