If I could rate it less than one star I would. I ordered an entire set of kitchen appliances from Appliance factory on zuni on 06/14/2020. On this date I paid for everything in full. I had custom cabinets built for the specific appliances ordered, after this date. I would not be ready for my appliances until August.I was promised delivery at that time.I paid a total of $15,500, including $2000.00 in warranties.When I called to inquire about delivery. I was told there would a brief delay due to Covid.Over the next year, there have been multiple attempts on my part to get my appliances. In December, my cooktop, hood and dishwasher were all delivered, finally. Twice over all of this time, a delivery of my refrigerator and oven/microwave were attempted. When the boxes were opened on delivery, one time the oven door was damaged and the other time a refrigerator was delivered that had extensive damage.Both were returned with the truck that day.Since these times, I have been promised multiple times, delivery of my appliances, and have yet to see them. Many of the promises were made by Kory, the store manager. At one time, I was promised (by a sales person)a 1500.00 refund to make up for the trouble I have been caused.Now, Kory will not return my calls, and is obviously avoiding me..I am at a loss as to where to go next with this, besides pursuing legal action.

All I have to say is that Gabe M. At the Zuni location really help us out buying our next appliance. His experience and customer service skills are phenomenal. I’m definitely coming back and I definitely recommend Gabe as your sales associate.

I have now purchased 2 items from this store and had a similar poor experience to suggest there is a trend. I purchased a washer and dryer set in October 2020 that I was told would be in stock in 30-45 days. Later (after making the purchase and paying the full purchase price) that date was changed and delayed several times. Ultimately, I ended up asking for my money back and once I did, the washer and dryer magically just came in stock and was ready for delivery. It was 75 days from purchase to delivery. I ended up buying a dishwasher from this same company in January 2021 as it was out of stock in many locations. I was told the dishwasher would be in-stock in May. I called mid-April to check on the status as I had heard no updates for about 3 months. Again, the dishwasher was already in stock, but no one had reached out to me to schedule delivery. There appears to be a trend of taking the cash for the full purchase price, but deliberately being slow to deliver the item. My guess is they are making sales to customers not willing/able to wait ahead of the customers who already paid for their appliance. I will not be purchasing any items from this company again.

Our sales person acknowledged when he saw us wondering because he was assisting another customer. This kind of courtesy is refreshing! He also put together a set for our kitchen that was budget friendly and suited our tastes. The crews that delivered to our house both called the day before and the time slot choices were slightly conflicting with the other crew. They made this work very well. However, we paid upfront for installation of a fridge, dishwasher, and range. The dishwasher could have extra charges but it was $189.00 extra to install on top on the price we already paid. The electric range was a slide in which we could accommodate for but it doesnt reach the back and there is a giant gap (2 inches). I have heard of gas ranges fitting that way but looks like the depth dimension is wrong. When I asked the installer he offered to put a playe for 50 dollars after I had trusted the dimensions I gave the sales person would fit. The refrigerator also came with some dents in the front which was not what we were hoping for.

Buyer Beware * Bait & SwitchJune 13, 2021 Had agreed to the purchase of appliance units on the grounds that they must be in stock & be delivered the same week. The date of delivery was to be June 16th, 2021, on June 16th no delivery, contacted local & regional personnel was told delivery was not until next week & that the units were not in stock. Additionally, the four-year warranty was only purchased on the grounds that service would be provided locally & directly though the local store, it appears that is also not true, was informed by employee that the warranty is provided through Brand Source.Have not received any response from upper management Matt Coudayre VP of Retail Sales.Additionally, Sales Transaction Receipt is 6.13.2021, Invoice was forward dated to 6.23.2021.After speaking with sales rep. they will only deliver the units this week “if we pay more than the agreed upon paid price on the receipt” in 3 words “Bait & Switch”.

Nice guy, but overworked, and tried to tell me I had found the cheapest fridge, but aparrently it got sold after I had already paid, and somehow he found a cheaper fridge after.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted. Tom helped me right away to help me measure the refrigerator I wanted, and he answered my questions about similar models to help me make a decision. The buying process couldnt have been easier. I felt like I was in and out quickly (which is what I wanted), but I wasnt rushed.

Purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator on 6/14/2020. Shopping experience was good. Prices were good. Had items set for delivery on 6/24/2020. Had to take the day off to make this happen. Called the store around noon and was told that the paperwork was never turned in for the shipping and that I would have to wait until 7/2/2020 before there was another opening. Items arrived on 7/2/2020 and are installed. 7/14/2020 the pump on the dishwasher went out. Contacted Mattress Kingdom and was given the number for whirlpool because I hadn’t purchased the in store coverage. I pointed out that an appliance should work for more than 2 weeks before needing to call on the factory to fix it and asked if I could bring it back for an I store credit. I was told that someone would get back with me. Called a couple days later and was told that this was definitely a problem and someone would get back with me. After a couple hours on hold with whirlpool, they sent a repairman out (Not mattress Kingdom) on July 31st to let us know that they didn’t have the part to fix it and they didn’t know when it would be in. Called the Mattress Kingdom again to let them know what was going on and they said they’d get back to me. It is now August 23rd with no return calland we are still washing dishes by hand. A $600 (including hook-up) paperweight was not the bargain I was looking for at the “Mattress Kingdom”.

I am so happy to have found this place! I needed a dishwasher and a refresher for pick up ASAP since Home Depot delayed my order then cancelled it without warning. I was able to drop in to the Zuni location and Allison helped me out immediately. She secured both the sizes and styles I needed and had them ready for pick up from the warehouse that day. I will never buy from Home Depot if I need alliances !Allison was professional friendly and listened to me about exactly what I needed .

Everyone I worked with at Appliance Factory was very nice and tried their best to be helpful but Im extremely disappointed with my service overall & definitely DO NOT recommend purchasing any type of extended warranty plan from them. I did and wish I didnt based on this experience..I ordered a washer/dryer from them and told them I would be installing it in the opposite side of the closet as the hookups so I would need longer hoses and wiring. I was told they had everything we would need but when they came to install it, they didnt have a long enough dryer cable. I would have ordered it ahead of time if I had known this so they left with the install unfinished and said they would come back when I receive the new cable. I ordered it and called them back to come finish the installation. They no-showed 3 times and then scheduled on a Saturday that I told them I would be hiking. I fought for about 3-4 weeks trying to get them to come out to finish the install. As of now, my boyfriend managed to finish it himself and I havent been followed up with since.Just make sure to cover all your bases and make sure they can finish installation in one swoop and you should be good! Everything past that for me was a nightmare.

I purchased 3 appliances from Fine Lines and their organizations used store and nothing I bought has worked for more than 1 use. The new item dryer did not tumble after the first use (it was only delivered Wednesday) I thought that I would give them an opportunity to redeem themselves after I bought a washer and dishwasher from the used division. The first washer when the connected it leaked and they took it right back, the second washer seemed to have feet and walked whenever on the spin cycle :( the dishwashers door would not shut anymore and I used it less than 2 weeks. So I purchased all new ones (washer, dryer and dishwasher) from Fine Lines and within 3 days the dryer does not tumble nor have I been refunded the original purchases. Buyer Beware!!

I stopped in after viewing some models online that interested me. They have a smaller selection than the other location but they can order in and view inventory of the warehouse and other locations. I prefer the less trafficked area with the big box stores being flooded. Everyone is wearing masks and being cognizant of distancing.Eddie Clous helped me review fridges and really helped me understand the differences between brands/models/lines. I didnt feel at all pressured to make a purchase and he was super knowledgeable and helped me understand their difference offerings such as new in box, out of box, and items that have had some minor imperfections.My fridge was installed today and the delivery went smoothly. They took away my old fridge and carried in the new.Id highly recommend checking them out!

Update: Reducing to one star because the brand new dryer they installed was also damaged. Also, the warranty they told us about when we bought the washer and dryer doesnt even exist, but Im actually not the slightest bit surprised by that.Really long story short, our experience in the showroom was fine. It was the delivery and after where things got screwed up, and they refuse to do anything about it. Theyve been throwing the word liability around like its some type of legal cop-out, but what happened here is COMMON SENSE!While they were delivering and installing a washer and dryer to our house, the kitchen water was sputtering. We figured this was normal, so we didnt say anything. After they left though, the water heater (which is right next to the washer and dryer) stopped working!So like, I figured this is like when you get an oil change and leave with your Check Engine light on. You go back and they FIX IT!Nope. I called the next day to get someone out to look at it, and they told me they cant do that for liability reasons. But after some persuading, they called corporate and agreed to send someone out. I was told by 3 PEOPLE that this was the plan. So I rearranged my day to be home to let the person in, but once the repair person got here, he said he couldnt even look at the water heater... for liability reasons. So I called the store and had them talk to the repair person. No dice.I spent hours on the phone with them the rest of that day. Nothing came of it besides a measly $80 refund to get someone out to take a look at it. The fuq!? We also found out by similar reviews that THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME theyve done this!!Again, this is common sense. If you mess something up, youre liable to fix it.

Went to this place & bought a mattress & I was told that it was going to be a week till it got to me? That didnt happen & instead of calling me to let me know they make me have to call them to which they tell me that someone gave my mattress to someone else & that I would have to wait a bit longer. After that time was up again I have to CALL THEM to once again find out that it still hasnt arrived so I just went & got a refund. 1st & last time that I will go to this place.

Ill start by saying that everyone I have spoken to at Appliance Factory was professional and the repair guy is great, but the service/extended warranty is a borderline scam. I have had over 15 visits from the repair guy in the past 3 years for my fridge. Simply put, I have had a fridge that sporadically doesnt refrigerate and they still refuse to replace the unit. They have been stringing me along with promises for over a year and now I believe it just so they can wait long enough that the unit will be out of warranty.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from this Denver location and was pleased with the customer service. The day of, however after install the dishwasher quit working after only 5 days!! 5 days! I called appliance factory for some kind-of support and was told “nothing” we will do. You should call manufacturer.I have 0 problem with how warranties work, but 5 days and 0 support from the manager or sales department to right the wrong of a product that was over $500! It’s laughable and why people shop at HD, Lowe’s, etc. A product that is a year old or 5 years, I get I’m sorry we can’t help now, 5 days old!! Lol, DO NOT SHOP HERE or anywhere that don’t stand by there products after 5 days!!!DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I thought they were in the business of selling appliances but turns out Nik just wants people to wait or sell you something you dont really want.

This company is the most poorly organized and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher on June 30th. We took the refrigerator home that evening, but the stove and dishwasher were to be delivered on July 9th. The items were never delivered. When I called the store, I was told that the appliances were showing up in the system as already having been delivered but they suspected an accounting error and I was assured that the appliances were still in the warehouse, they just had to be located. I agreed to wait until the items were located. Two days later (Saturday) the appliances were still not located. It seems that this company does not value good customer service. It should not take so long to locate a stove and dishwasher. Additionally, the store associates have communicated that they do not have a direct line to the warehouse and the person in charge of locating my items. Calls to the presidents line have gone unanswered and nobody within this business seems to have any power to fix any mistakes. This is poor business practice. I cancelled my order and will no longer consider this company for my future appliance or mattress needs. Its disappointing because I invested hours buying the appliances. We were also supposed to get our old appliances hauled away, including the old refrigerator that we replaced. Now I have to find a method to get that refrigerator taken, in addition to investing more time into finding the needed appliances. The associates at the store were nice, but ultimately no help. There is no way to reach the corporate office or higher management. The only way to get anything is by going through the store associates and they cant even seem to get through to anybody. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The stove has great control, the low height microwave has opened up so much room over the stove and the dishwasher gets all of the dishes very clean, in fact squeaky clean:). These guys went above and beyond in customer service. I live 4 hours from Denver in a remote location. There are closer places to buy appliances - but none better in my experience. They handled getting the stove converted to propane which has to be done, no other store I know of will assist with that, your on your own to find a tech. They also worked with carriers to get it delivered (not easy). The manager Adam, and the warehouse tech Alexander, stayed in touch and kept me updated in the process. And - I love my new Whirlpool slide in range too!
