I love this location so much! Its simple, filled with food, pharmacy stuff, and cleaning supplies. If you are looking for that? This is your store. I went to the pick up area after ordering on line. It was very quick, convenient and easy! I like not having to deal with all the people. Plus if you have larger items its nice to have them brought out to you!

Literally the worst walmart. Waited up to 10 min for someone to come help because I had alcohol. One lady showed up but she wasnt old enough to check my ID so I waited another 5 minutes. Still nobody showed up so I left the alcohol and purchased what I could. No help or customer service.

Was actually surprised that this Neighbor Walmart was better stocked than the Walmart stores. Dont know if I went at the right time.

This location locks up the majority of their drugstore items like all their cosmetics/ makeup, shampoos, soaps, eyedrops, razors, and then a lot of random other items are individually locked in plastic containers. This feels very excessive to make your customers have to find an employee to unlock a glass case to buy shampoo. Would definitely recommend going to any other drugstore or grocery store nearby to avoid feeling like a criminal.

One of THE most ghetto Walmarts out there. Enter at your own risk! Or go to the other Walmart @ Green Valley near I-70.your employee Robert lacks any sense of human decency. The worst customer service Ive been graced with... just because I asked him to point out where the toilet paper is located. Your employee proceeded to escalate the situation because I asked to see his name tag.

I dont have an issue with this place, because Im in and out easily. Plenty of self check out machines to find. Just figured out my first issue with them. The self check out machines. Give these people some jobs, and stop replacing them with machines.

Dont expect to get help at the service desk. They pawn you off to another associate that cant even help or to a kiosk that doesnt even work. Lazy!

Its always busy here. I would just suggest they open some registers at busy times, lines get a bit crowded at the self check out. Location is great, shopping center has other stores and restaurants you can benefit from.

Its typically busy, sometimes theyre low on inventory. Overall its a typical grocery store experience. The store is usually clean, the wait for a registration is not typically too long. Sometimes the pharmacy gets very bery busy, but the staff works consistently to get customers in and out.

Better than the one on Grant. Cleaner. No homeless. Felt safe inside and out. Safe people wise and virus wise. Had alot to choose from. Friendly people

Ive found out that the Walmart Neighborhood is just what communities need forjust going to a store to just pick up a few things which you need at the moment. But if you want more items than food you will have to make several stops...❤👍its nice to have a family store in your community...

I like Walmart which put a high priority on basic items, and only sell luxury goods if there is extra space. This is a small Walmart; so there is not enough space for everything. If Walmart sells item A, then the cost is that there no space on the shelf for item B. If Walmart sells item B, they the cost is that there is no space on the shelf for item A they cannot sell everything. In the future, when a high-ranking Walmart Employee decides what to sell, I hope that they will consider which items are more important to poor people. There are at least two or three aisles of nothing but shampoo.This Walmart as a huge selection (more 500 brands, of shampoo) Shampoo is nice to have, but poor people dont need every brand of shampoo. I feel like the big selection of shampoo means that there is less space for other basic items. Not everyone can afford to simply drive somewhere else if Walmart does not have it. Walmart neighborhood markets usually have no clothing. However, I really really wanted some clean socks and underwear one day, I went to this Walmart and they didnt have any socks or underwear. Neighborhood markets do not need fashionable clothes. I hope that they will reserve half of an aisle for underwear, socks, pillows towels, and basic clothing. This is not for fashion, this is more basic: hygiene and dignity. Given two items, I hope that management will ask themselves which of the two items a poor person would want more, relatively speaking. Prioritize the products based on helping the customer; not appealing to their vanity.

A little higher priced and not as friendly employees. I am still thankful that I can come by when needed.

Poor selections of healthy/natural food and good beer. I gave an extra star for convient location and friendly staff, though.

Purchased over 10k online this year. I go to buy a Mothers Day gift and day they cancelled my order for no reason. If they had real customer service they could of reached out, sent email, or had common sense to look at purchase history. Waiting 10 days for a refund.

I enjoy this walmart more than the others .. staff excellent, knowledgeable. Helped me when my wife had some me old burns I needed to tend to. Didnt just point me in the right direction. They took me over to it and continued to answer my questions willingly. Very rare at times in this day and age

Great place for those little extras. Excellent salad bar, bakery, and fresh meats! Plus the prices are so affordable! I am so happy that this supermarket is located near my place!

I only needed a very few grocery items so I stopped in the neighborhood store. Had what I needed and zero congestion!

The reason I’m giving them a one star is because whenever I go there during 8-9PM or later, their meat section is completely empty. I understand I went later but what I don’t understand is it’s Walmart, one of the largest corporations in America. It’s funny how a corporation as such can’t keep meat stocked on the shelves at all times.Extremely poor management.

Called this store to find out about 2nd Covid vaccinations. Couldnt get through so I went to the pharmacy. They gave me the wrong information which set me back for more than a week.

I went to this pharmacy since I was stuck here due to weather and ran out of my medications and the pharmacology team there was absolutely amazing. They helped me navigate difficult road blocks and did it with kindness and a smile behind their 😷. Great team

I usually dont have any trouble shopping here but tonight, Tuesday, 9/22/2020, I arrived at 8:20pm to get some much needed groceries. When I tried to enter the building both doors were LOCKED, employees could be seen stocking shelves inside, and the sign by the door with the store hours said open until 10PM. There was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed early, and no manager or employee outside to explain the situation either. When I called the store directly and pressed zero for an associate it just rang and rang. I sat in my car for a few minutes and watched 20 or 30 people show up to shop including a young mother with her baby who appeared to have walked from the surrounding neighborhood and all of these folks were just as confused as I was. Thanks Walmart Neighborhood Market for WASTING my time tonight and dont forget there is a SAVE-A-LOT right across the street from you that is happy to have my business.

Getting really sick of rude people and poor service. You would think in todays world, people would appreciate even having a job. Minimum wage is even high. Perhaps these companies should do better at screening applicants to enhance their business instead of making people decide to go elsewhere.

Great Customer Service and Friendly staff. The store layout in the bakery and deli has changed since my last visit. The options are good and the wait times vary at checkout. I have had quick checkout experiences.

They have a good variety of products from meats, veges, fruits, health and beauty products. Store is smaller in size.

I was pleasantly surprised that there was someone at the door mandating everyone that entered had to have on a mask. This Walmart is doing it right. I wish others would follow suit.

If I could give no stars I would! Every time I come here is a bad experience!! I finally got fed up with it and called cooperate to file a complaint! The workers dont help, are rude, or dont even speak english well enough to understand you. Now all the self checkouts are cards only which I understand why because of the change shortage. However they only have 1 cashier working that accepts cash. This creates a long line and they dont open another lane for cash paying customers. If you go in for a few things you will be standing in line for a good 30 mins are more. I much rather drive to another city to go to a better walmart.

Accommodate pretty much everything but is always usually low on meat selection

I was just at the n neighborhood Walmart on Chambers in Montbello and they was trying to tell me that I need to put my mask over my noise and their was at least six people that didnt even have on a mack or covering their noise and the associates/manager saw them and didnt say anything to them at least I had my mask on my face. Every time I go into the Walmart there is no associates around when need help or they always have attitude when someone ask for help. They need to get their customer service skills together.

Sometimes I wonder if my standards are too high or if I am Karen who would like to speak to your manager. Either way, here is a typical example of the only grocery store in Montbello.The shelves usually look like this. Its okay though, if you move a bunch of stuff around, perhaps to their dedicated home, you might find what you are looking for. Not cucumbers though. Not today.Following the order of the store, beef! How about just a simple sirloin steak for dinner? Lol, jokes on you, there is only one, it is brown, and also labeled top sirloin/tri tip? Pass.Also, a word of advice. Check your expiration dates. There were several loaves of Italian bread on the shelf. Great! They all expired Sunday. Ask if perhaps they baked today. Get sighs and eye rolls for the inconvenience. Get told no they didnt. Ask them to check the back. There are Italian loaves but not Italian bread. (Really. Honest to god. She didnt know it was a loaf...of bread.)Next up, tissues! They were exactly where they are supposed to be. Thank god for small miracles.And finally, chocolate syrup. The good ol look all around a 5 ft radius of the item and you might find it. And so I did.Hooray.I hate this place.

This place is in montebello,used to be ghetto, now its mixed up with black, white, hispanic, and its a little bit classier than I thought,clean, convenient and while smaller than the regular walmart, and more security concerned, it still has what I needed for good prices and attractive female store personnel and customers, nice change from back in the day.

I was blessed to meet a store manager named Mr Joe while delivery dry grocery today.Mr Joe is a true leader and his professional attitude set the atmosphere to brighten the rest of my day.

The service to me at Walmart Neighborhood was great the service was quick and my cahier very heplful and friendly.

They do not accept WIC at the self checkout with the belts, but they do at normal self checkout. This is kind of a headache when the lines are long and checkers communicate that WIC is accepted now at self checkout.

Self checkouts have improved considerably, card payments only without a cashier

I’ve never had an issue. I always stop by early in the morning. Most staff is nice. Stores clean.

This location has done a great job of keeping the customer count under control at the entrances and exits during the pandemic. I feel safe shopping here while wearing a mask.

This store is convenient especially if you just have a few things you need to tell from the store. However the only reason I dont give a full 5 star rating is because of the wait time in lines. There is hardly any cashiers but long lines of customers so hopefully this problem is resolved.. but other than that I like swinging by this store!

So granted the store is In a good location due to where I reside at, but they have poor customer service skills, I think they are racist, they will humiliate you in front of the hole store behind they thinking you are steeling and when they are proven wrong they wont apologize they will tell just get out there store, I have never experienced no mess like this and I hope and pray nobody has to go through what I went through at this location or any location for that matter. In my opinion King Soopers is a better place to shop, and there customer service is way better.

This is not the grocery store closest to my home. I drive past two others because the customer service is so much better. Chris, the store manager is very attentive & quick to address the needs of his customers. Keep up the great job!👍

First time out there, very nice.

Sat in line was forced to use a debit only machine and literally was refused change for a ten dollar bill without standing in line behind thirty people. Terrble to refuse simple basic customer service Im not gonna supporting Walmart if I cant get change to use a vending machine without standing in line twice and purchasing candy I dont need sad. The employees who are cashiers are helpful and cool but literally I am here every day and the only people I see doing anything are the ladies stocking the men or young boys you have stocking are ALWAYS standing around in my way doing nothing like watching me while the women are doing all the work. Fire those lazy ass creeps and keep your hardworking ladies

Its our neighborhood location. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great, we know them by name and they know our family, very helpful. They usually have everything we need. Currently they are under renovations but will have some new departments, a new ( deli/ bakery) and few other upgrades. We cant wait! Good job you guys!

The best place for produce on this side of town. The young lady that works in the produce section really cares how it looks and keeps it up. So much better than both the King Soopers or Super Wal-Mart on Tower Rd.
