Lion Stone Works is top notch! They did a perfect job cutting and installing all new granite countertops for me and they even completed the job early! Excellent attention to detail, customer service and communication throughout. I am thrilled with the service and the installed stone.

Lion Stone did my fab and install and were very professional. They competed the work ahead of schedule and called ahead to arrange agreeable date & time to do the install. They worked quick but were very detailed during the install. The place was cleaned up prior to leaving and other than new granite you would be hard pressed to know an install even occurred. Will use them again for any future counter top fab needs.

Jorge and his team installed beautiful granite countertops in our newly remodeled kitchen and laundry room that have received many compliments even from people in the industry. Although there was some miscommunication with timing of fabrication and install of certain phases of our project, the quality of their work and the end product is fantastic!

Well work with him again. We added quartz and a new sink to our property in Summit County and Jorge was very accommodating to our location and project.

George and the rest of the team are great! We found a beautiful quartz remnant that worked for my kitchen and bathroom countertops for a good price. It was fabricated and installed in less than two weeks. They look amazing!! Totally transformed the rooms. They showed up when promised and cleaned up everything when done. I will go back to Lion the next time I need countertops. I highly recommend this company!

We manage and renovate properties and Jorge was able to get us a quartz countertop for a good deal. The process was easy and the countertop looks great. They were even able to squeeze me in a bit earlier than planned, showed up on time, and had good communication through the whole process. There was a little confusion about the backsplash on our order but Jorge came up with a resolution that worked and we are very happy with the results. Thanks!

Working with the team at Lion Stoneworks for a window sill, we crossed wires on delivery details. Jorge called to discuss, took time to understand, and made it right! I was very impressed with his willingness to work with me on such a small project, especially when theyre as busy with much more significant work. Next project, will give them a call again.

Lion Stoneworks was willing to do things other large shops wouldnt. Namely grind the stone on the bottom to accommodate a Rohl farm sink that stuck up above the cabinets. When we bought the stone from a large granite store they told us no problem but once they had are non refundable money we were told oh no that cant be done. Thats when I called Lion and they said no problem. They picked up the stone and took care of everything. Jorge and his sidekick who answers the phone were great to deal with and took away all the mysteries the larger fabricators throw at you.9/22/21 Just had our master bath redone and as usual Jorge and his people did an excellent job. Did the shower in marble sheets which they had recommended. Very cool, even the glass people commented how nice it was. My wife loves it

Unfortunately, we had a great first experience and very poor second experience that has prompted my sharing. Jorge did our kitchen and it turned out great, but when it came to our wet bar in the basement, we ended up with the wrong material and no resolution. Our basement bar is small, so I spent time looking at remnants and other companies, but my goal was to match the same material as upstairs to keep a consistent design in the house. Not having luck finding a remnant, I got a quote from LSW for a full slab since I figured if anyone could get me an exact match, it would be the company that installed the kitchen. Their quote was hundreds more than other local companies but Mike assured me it was due to quality. Our project was pushed a couple times without communication, I had to continually reach out to get updates. Once it finally went in, I immediately realized it wasnt the same pattern. Mike called me after the fact and let me know that they are a 3 person operation that doesnt keep track of materials used in previous installs and despite what I had made clear during the templating about matching, they took the name I referenced (which was in their original invoice for the kitchen!!) and didnt check that it was correct. That i should have paid for a design consultation if i wanted it to match and wasnt sure about the name (Again, referenced their original invoice). Absolutely no accountability, all excuses for why this was my fault and not theirs and then a threat that if I didnt pay, theyd put a lien on my house. Im so disappointed in the customer service and issue resolution, especially because Jorge does do good work and the fabrication is truly good. I feel like i got every excuse in the book and really poor options to resolve my dissatisfaction including having to pay for tear out, hope the slab got sold for a fraction, and then pay them again for a new install. I hope this causes them to evaluate their record keeping, confirm materials with clients before install (pictures!), work on project communication, and issue resolution. Letting these issues trickle down to client experience isnt fair to customers.

I highly recommend Lion Stone Works. From the moment I spoke with Mike I knew that this was the company I wanted to use for my project. Not only was their bid competitive but their service and quality is top notch. Everything came out perfect and I couldnt be more pleased with their work. They were very patient and understanding with my diy kitchen remodel and really took care of me even though it took me close to 4 months to get to the point I was ready for install. I cant recommend their company enough. Great job!

We had a great experience with the entire team at Lion Stone Works from the initial meeting and granite selection with Michael to the installation process with Jorge and his team. Very competitive prices, great communication, very helpful and very professional. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen island and will definitely return to work with Michael and Jorge again!

Everything was great until the installation. Upon review I noticed one of the counters had a crack behind and in front of the sink. It was filled and the gentleman advised it was a fissure. It was cracked straight through with a filling that didn’t match so it’s noticeable. They also disposed of my faucet and left me with no working sink. They never advised they didn’t hook the sink back up. That cost me an additional $900. They promised to refund me $180 which never happened. The saving grace is they had access to beautiful granite and a reasonable cost but I’m left with a countertop they broke in half and tried to hide.

George and his crew took care of everything seamlessly! Helped me out in a difficult situation as far as timeline. Very grateful for the quality service and installation! Highly recommend!Respectfully,Michael

I hate renovating because of how long and costly it can be, but I’m really happy with Lions Stonework because they thoroughly went through the whole process with me to make sure they knew what I wanted, had the right measurements, and even gave me an accurate guesstimaton on when it’ll be completed and how much. They even know a good cabinet person for that new kitchen look!! Gorgeous work, would recommend

Jorge and his team are amazing! I was referred to Jorge from a networking meeting, he came to my house on a Saturday morning to look at my kitchen counter and by Wednesday the work was completed! They did an amazing job on the kitchen counter! They were so nice, professional and left the kitchen cleaner than when they found it. I was really impressed at how detail oriented they are and how careful they were not to disrupt any other piece of my cabinets or tiles. The work was difficult but they did it so fast and without any concerns. Thank you SO much for the wonderful work!!! I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

I had my granite countertops done by this company, and they exceeded my expectations in quality and workmanship. I had a specific type of granite in mind from a previous shopping trip, and they found that exact granite for me, fabricated and installed within 2 weeks. They are absolutely gorgeous, and Jorge and the others men who made and installed them were the epitome of professional. 5 stars plus.

We are more than happy with our kitchen update. Jorge did a great job on making sure our cabinets were thoroughly done. After our kitchen cabinets were installed, there was minor damages on one of the cabinets and he made sure the damages were mixed. I would recommend Lion stone works if you have projects that needs to be done in timely manner.

We worked with Jorge, the owner of Lion Stone Works, to install quartz countertops in our kitchen in the Fall of 2018, and it was a pleasure. Jorge is a true professional: he knows his stuff, he responds to phone calls and emails quickly, he has good sources for quartz, and he does a great job. I had a few details I was focused on getting right, especially the flush reveal for an undermount sink. He listened and understood how important that was to me, and he worked with his guys to make sure it was done well. Im also persnickety about caulking, and he did a fantastic, precise caulking job! On this kitchen, did something different from a typical install - we put Schluter where the countertop meets the drywall - and after looking at the pros and cons, Jorge was game to make it work. It looks fantastic, and I couldnt be happier. Thanks Jorge and Lion Stone Works!

They gave me one quote, then after the job was started, they say that they miscalculated and were 2 slabs short. They hit me with a $2700 materials bill after the job was already half finished, and I had no choice. When I asked for receipts to prove that was the true additional cost, I got an unprofessional and angry phone call from the owner, who is said I should just trust him. Do yourself a favor, avoid this company.
