The delivery dates on all parts of my kitchen remodel was a mess due to COVID...But, Granite Direct had no issues with timelines. They had to wait for our delayed cabinets. Once it was time for the counters, Michael and his team did a fantastic job! The price, selection and customer service was fantastic! We will definitely come back!

Great service, product, and pricing. Overall very pleased. I talked extensively with other fabricators and installers; the prices were $2k+ above Granite Direct and their process timelines were weeks long. GD installed within 6 business days of templating, edges were done well (zero nicks, grooves, etc. ), undermount sinks were installed properly with clips and epoxy. Would recommend GD.

We couldnt be happier with our countertops! Granite Direct did a fantastic job. The price was unbeatable, and so was the timeline. Our kitchen looks great and we will be using them again for our next project.

There was no rush as we looked through the warehouse and he was very patient in answering all our questions. When we finally decide on our granite it was great working with Chris on the layout - we had a specific feature of the granite we wanted to be prominent on the breakfast bar. There were some challenges to keep it at two slabs, but Chris worked it all out.When the install happened, there were several challenges with both the tear our and the install, but Jorge and Francisco were very good about advising us on the issues and getting our decisions to keep the install rolling along.Overall it was a terrific experience, their pricing was fair, and we highly recommend working with them on your granite project.

I recently had new granite countertops installed and I’m thrilled! After much research, I went with Granite Direct. Mike and Chris made the entire process easy. Starting with their patience and knowledge during the selection process,(I found a beautiful slab at their warehouse)to the installation just two weeks later! The person who came to measure and the installers were polite, efficient and respectful to me and my home! I would highly recommend Granite Direct!

Dec. 9, 2019 WOW, what a great team of people to work with. We love our granite and everyone helped with attention to detail and making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Chris was very careful with the template layout and Raphael is an amazing fabricator. He and Santiago installed our kitchen and two bathrooms with extreme care. We had an excellent experience with Michael and the entire team at Granite Direct. Michael was patient and answered all of our questions, as this was our first experience choosing stone for a kitchen. Measuring and installation went quickly & smoothly, and turned out gorgeous - we couldnt be happier with our countertops, and will absolutely be using Granite Direct again when the time comes.

Really happy with the whole process, from selection, pricing through installation. We were not quite happy with a couple of corners after the initial install, but they came right back up and fixed it on the spot. They were also able to cut us the perfect slab for a custom bar with quite odd dimensions. Turned out better than we could have hoped for. They also were able to give us different options to stay within budget. Would use them again any day.

Granite Direct was great to work with. Michael and his team were very professional from slab selection to measuring to supplying the sinks for two of our bathrooms and an impeccable installation. They were very responsive in all communications and their production time was quite fast. Our master bath project turned out beautifully and we were able to use the remnants to redo two other bathroom vanities in the house. Granite Direct exceeded every expectation I had from the minute I walked into the showroom until final install. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted when I arrived but the team at Granite Direct helped me narrow down to a few good choices - too many amazing pieces to choose from! I settled on something that was pretty edgy for me but I was not disappointed when the stone arrived. The crew that came and measured and then returned to install were professional and trustworthy. They arrived when they promised and the install was seamless! The new counter took a mediocre kitchen to a spectacular kitchen! I put my trust in Chris and Michael and they did not disappoint! I cannot recommend Granite Direct highly enough - they were amazing!

As an interior designer, Granite Direct is my first stop to introduce clients to beautiful stone, granite and quartz selections. Their slab prices are clearly visible so there is no car shopping-type pricing games. The staff and fabricators are thorough, accommodating to my crazy construction schedule, and have become part of my family. Ive had a wonderful and loyal business relationship with Chris Valle (sales manager) and Granite Direct.

This is a tough review to write as I generally dont like doing negative reviews. I recently bid out a project for quartz counters. I chose Granite Direct because they had the lowest bid. I was really organized in letting them know exactly what I wanted. I spoke directly with the owner about the requirements and then sent in a typed document that listed the details.After paying more than 50% down and scheduling the install, they came back and raised the price three times for items that they didnt include in the bid that I did include in the specs I sent them. This was such a bait and switch. In the end, they were significantly more expensive than the other companies. They had a if you dont like it, cancel the project response. I would have, but the project was very time-sensitive and they knew that.They should take business 101. Communication was pretty poor throughout. They were calling me about paying my remaining amount due even though they didnt send me an invoice. I asked for the invoice, and nowhere on it did it directly say what I owed.The counters turned out fine and were delivered on time... just much more expensive than I expected. They subcontract the fabrication and installation of the counters to a company across the street (Milestone Granite). Those guys were great and they sell direct to consumers. Check out their reviews and compare to Granite Direct. Just save yourself the headache and go directly to Milestone Granite.

We have been pleasantly pleased with the whole process with Granite Direct! Both Mike and Chris spent a lot of time with us answering questions and even moving granite around for us to get a visual of 2 different pieces together. They are very knowledgeable! I felt like the selection was not completely enormous which can be overwhelming but had a good variety and made it easier to make a selection. The prices seem good compared to a few other places we looked at. Everything happened according to the timeline that we were given. Jorge did our installation and did a fantastic job. Chris has been very responsive with follow up and has excellent customer service. We are very pleased and definitely recommend Granite Direct.

We had a great experience working with Chris at Granite Direct. They have a good selection of slabs, and we liked that they could handle the entire project from beginning to end. Instead of having to purchase granite and then find our own fabricator. They were also very patient and helpful with us coming in and choosing our layout for our kitchen. We highly recommend working with them.

Great countertop experience. I received three other estimates for our kitchen remodel and Granite Direct was the most competitive. Chris at the office was a huge help. He ended up suggesting a similar but less expensive slab of quartz which saved us around $700 in materials. Jose was our installer and did a phenomenal job, especially the time he took to hide the seam at our sink. Customer service was good throughout the process, as we had to reschedule our installation twice and they were accommodative. I would definitely recommend GD.

We had a great experience with Granite Direct. Chris was our salesperson, and he was friendly and professional. We were able to find a slab we really liked, at a great price. Our installation was done by Rafael and his assistant Benjamin. Rafael was really responsive, and timely with getting over to take measurements and give us the bid. We had a total of 8 fabricators (7 companies totally independent of Granite Direct) over to give us installation bids, and Rafael was BY FAR the most knowledgeable of them. We felt like the price was fair. The granite was installed within one week & the installation went very smoothly. While we did have one small miscommunication about the edge we desired, Chris took care of making it right so that we could conclude our business with them completely satisfied. It looks wonderful & the entire thing was totally painless. I highly recommend them, especially Rafael.

Weve used Granite Direct twice now and are about to use them again for quartz countertops in our units. It is a smooth process and they explain everything. Quick and easy install, product looks great and the pricing is as good as youll find. One tip: if you are putting in an under mount sink, make sure it will work with your existing plumbing or that you have a solution in mind.

Great place. I did my homework and shopping on where to get granite. Had some odd needs for an outdoor cook station. Mike was friendly, took the time to listen, and let me shop other places. Ultimately came back to Granite Direct because their price was on point. I am satisfied and still have plenty of material left for my next project which he will work with you on water jetting down the road. Do your self and favor and check him out. His installer Ivan is a good dude as well. Lastly, the time they commit to is when they deliver. They are pros.

We will definitely recommend granite direct in the future. We had issues with another company who had the granite we wanted, but totally bombed the fabrication and installation. We had a tight corner next to our range and not only were the measurements off, but the there were big flaws in the granite itself. Long story short, we decided to start from scratch. We called around and were immediately impressed with the customer service and professionalism at granite direct. We went to the warehouse and found an even better match for our kitchen. We got a great price and had it installed, properly this time, just over a week later. Happy ending after all. Thank you!

My wife and I had multiple quotes from different granite fabricators. All were extremely high. One company wanted 1750 in labor for my kitchen which is 3 pieces totaling 47 sqft. I accidentally went to granite direct while looking for another granite company and loved the process that Granite direct took us through. The slabs of granite all had pricing on it and they were cheaper than any other company by 800.00 which I appreciated because other people charge way too much for granite. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The installers were quick and professional. I will use them again in the future and tell people I know about them. Also I read reviews on this place after I bought the slab and I did not experience any of the complaints from other people. Very Satisfied!!!

NEW OWNERSHIP: I have worked with previous and current owner. I was greatly impressed with the difference in customer service now compared to before. Michael, the new owner, clearly takes pride in his work and will only contract the highest quality of fabricators/installers. I had granite installed in Winter Park, CO, in both my kitchen and master bath and the customer support and communications with Shane and Alex was excellent. I was more than satisfied with the price, quality and completion time. I had obtained quotes from 4 other local granite installers and they did not come close to Granite Directs great pricing. I only wish I had upgraded a year ago. Thanks Shane and Alex!

I just purchased two whole slabs from this company thinking I was getting granite. The installers happened to mention it was dolomite!!The company name is GRANITE DIRECT. They have not labeled any of their products as marble, granite, dolomite as all the other stores have done. They gave absolutely no indication this was not granite. They should tell customers what theyre getting. I never would have purchased a piece of dolomite. Its too late now. The fabrication and installation is complete. Im not a happy customer.

It was nice being able to pick out the granite we wanted. The prices were very competitive and fabrication went quite smoothly. I feel like this was a great use of our money.

Not only does the owner have poor business etiquette he wants you to pay up front only for you to have to wait till he is ready to do the job. His paperwork is less than detailed which allows for his workers to make mistakes. He used a cheap chemical on my granite which allowed it to turn green. When asked to help resolve the problem I was told I was difficult. The truth is i would pay the xtra 10% to go to a reputable granite business.

They havent finished the work yet, but were sure quick to take my money. Now I cant seem to reach them on the phone or get anyone to return my voice messages. Will not do business here or recommend to friends. TERRIBLE customer service.

I am a designer at a contract furniture dealer. We recently opened a new showroom and we had a few odds and ends to finish up. We had a credenza that had a laminate top on it that did not fit well and did not look good. I contacted Granite Direct to see if they could help me get a stone top and do it within a week, since we are having our Grand Opening. Shane, with Granite Direct, was so helpful and responsive. I was able to pick out a stone that went with our showroom finishes, and determine the size and edgeing options with Shane. They were able to turn this around in a week and their pricing and service were great. The Granite looks spectacular in our showroom and really gives it the finsihing touch it needed. If I ever need Granite again, they will be the first and only place I will go for now on.
