Always good deals and kind employees. I own an estate sale company, and this is my go to goodwill location. They are always willing and able to take sellable things that I couldn’t sell, and give the proceeds back to a good cause.Shannon helped me tremendously with an entire box truck of antiques, and was so kind.I appreciate you all at this goodwill.Side note: I found my a famous NY Post print here, for a reasonable price and it is the centerpiece of my living room. Love to see what they have!

If it wasn’t for the wonderful staff, this store would’ve received one star. Due to lack of employees, you can no longer try on clothes which is current as of 17 October 2021. It makes all the clothes almost useless because you cannot try them on. They do have two tags on sale every week, one is 50% off and one is 30%. I’d like to try to just look for those tags and less you find some thing that you really really want, and then make sure to actually buy it even though it is not on sale! I have made this mistake too many times and come back later and that item is gone!

The employees are very nice. The prices in that store are very expensive. I’ve been to other Goodwill‘s and they are so much cheaper. They also put out a lot of chipped items

I went in to see what they had to offer while waiting in my dog at the vet. The lady came outside after me, im sure because I didnt buy anything. I had readied my purse for her to inspect. Surprised, she turned and walked back into the store. Granted I was bundled up but in my defense, it was really cold outside. Other than that, I Love their selection.

Everytime I come here everything has a SOLD tag on it...like...everything...like every....time...and I go pretty frequently. What gives?

Its a thrift store meaning most of the items are used. However Target gives donations which are new but clearly over priced.Be Aware and be careful. There was a shirt with what i believed to be body lice that had spread to the shirts hanging on either side.

Enjoyed my shopping the furniture a system of very helpful didnt have the bookcase but I got a fishing hat and my daughter picked up some clothes for her daughter and it was easy and easy out with great bargains

I should get frequent flyers miles for this place- best thrift store I’ve ever been to. So clean and well organized. Oh! And I had two sales associates go way above and beyond- Crystal and Leslie. Another customer purchased a price of furniture that I had also paid for, and they took care of me, giving me an instant refund and helping me figure out the situation. I was very impressed. They should get a raise!

Unsure why the employees are so rude but it definitely makes me never want to visit again. I tried to return a chair that was originally $2000 and they would not accept it. The employees act like they’re better than you and make you very uncomfortable.

Prices here are horrible a tv here is 39.99 and up... The goodwill on south Sheridan a tv is 12.99 to 19.99 ... most stuff here is used marked at retail prices or above ... Beware fake reviews below ... What happened to the goodwill at goodwill

Goodwill Lakeside was clean, well-organized, with an easy and efficient donation process. It also had a sizeable collection of books, though not in any observable order...

Great place for second opportunity hiusehold items. I tend to buy my workout clothing and Jeans for horse riding there.

Guy working donations at 9:15a on Saturday May 1 was a total jerk. Teach your employees to be better.Wont be returning.

One of the best Goodwills I have visited. Lots of home furnishings and lamps, as well as copious clothing collection.

Ive found some really great deals here, like a brand new pair of Tommy Hilfiger heels for $7, but they sometimes stock completely gross and icky clothes and items that are very obviously stained or damaged. Ive been to several Goodwills in Denver and Ive not seen this happen at the other locations.

This place has really gone downhill since they moved the store around. Not sure if theres a new manager or what.. Its dirty and crowded and the check out time has tripled. Sad because it used to be a nice place to go, but now were driving out of our way not to go to this one anymore. Not trying to be mean, but a few of the new cashiers seem to have drug problems. The old cashiers are nice, but the lady who rang us up last time was acting like she was tweakin out. Its just creepy over there.

Went threw donations in the back of the store. A man named Nathan assisted me. He was very helpful and very nice and respectful young man. There are managers at this store that should watch and learn what customer service is all about from him. One of them in particular who should learn how to smile more. My donating exoerience here was good. Thank you Nathan!🤩

The store is stocked and orderly. The prices are reasonable and easy to figure out. Short sleeve have a price and long sleeve have a price. They dont vary from $1 on this hanger to $12 on the next hanger the way some thrift stores do it. The staff is not the friendliest but I came in for clothes not the staff. That being said, I left with a huge bargain full of clothes. All in all, two thumbs up.

I have made donations at this location on a few occasions but WILL NEVER DONATE TO THEM AGAIN! The staff is not courteous, and seems to think my donations of nice items are somehow beneath them.Perhaps if I drove a shiny new vehicle they wouldnt be so rude.One star is more than they deserve. I will drive as far as it takes to donate to ARC from now on.

This store is a joke....

The new operation manager in the back does not look items up correctly and has everything 30 percent over value. By the time the price is lowered the stuff is damaged and no longer worth buying. When ever I try and talk to her she is extremely rude and condescending making it impossible to have a conversation. That being said the rest of the staff is fantastic, friendly and great to deal with!

Nice and clean with great selection!

I have been buying dozens of lamp shades from good will and arcs all over the city and this was the only store that charged $5.99 for lamp shades! This good will is over charging for basic items that generally cost 2.99 or 1.99 which I explained to the cashier.Never going there again.

Great location! Ive furnished half my kitchen & Bookshelf from this Goodwill. It makes the neighborhood more of a community. Thanks for all your hard work everyone at Goodwill!

Dropped off donations, service was easy, quick. Service guys were very helpful.

Last week, I went to donate some clothes at this location and managed to deeply cut my finger as some glass I was holding shattered. One of the employees, Asia, went well out of her way and did not hesitate to help me disinfect and bandage my grizzly wound. She also refused my assistance in cleaning up the mess of blood and glass, and was concerned with my well being foremost. I am very grateful for her help and for the kindness of the entire staff at this location.In addition, this is one of the cleanest and nicest Goodwills in town.

This Goodwill location is brand new! It has ample parking, large fitting rooms and a great selection of clothing and housewares. Be aware that they do close the fitting rooms about a half an hour before the store closes.

I have been a long term shopper at this Goodwill, however that relationship ends today. I took 2 pairs of toddler jeans (both Levis, in okay condition) and an over priced jar to the cash register, one pair of Levis (Toddler) were priced at $1.99, the other did not have a price tag, the employee took that item to the back to get priced, a grouchy lady came out and said that those jeans would be $3.99 for brand named jeans, I asked why the other pair (same brand) said $1.99 and she said new policy and said my other jeans should have that price raised. I was so upset. I left empty handed. Goodwill was a great place for low income families to have the ability to purchase good clothes for their families. I am so upset at the rudeness of both employees. I loved the Goodwill but it looks like I will start shopping elsewhere along with encouraging my family and friends to do also.

The customer service at this Goodwill was atrocious.. The people were rude, disrespectful, and flat out mean. While shopping I was consistently harrassed by thier staff and rather than shop with focus and comfort I was rushed, pushed, and hurried along in a manner that is anything but professional. I communicated with the employees in a dignigiedand polite manner but it was in vain as I got the opposite treatment in return. Employees at is Goodwill could use some training classes and I will .It shop there again not recommend than anyone else does. Goodwill Lakewood:. FAIL

By far the worst thrift store Ive ever been to. Anything that is nice goes to eBay and the junk is whats for sale here. There is literally nothing nice in this entire store.

I was (wrongly) accused of shoplifting at this store. I went to check out and the cashier said someone said you werent wearing your coat when you walked in.I actually was, but took it off and put it in my cart because I dont like taking my purse in thrift stores and I put my keys and phone in the pockets of my coat.My point is, you should be 100% sure before you accuse someone!

I hope I dont jinx it but this Goodwill is by far the best Goodwill. Not only is it super clean (even the toy isle) but the prices are so reasonable! Best Goodwill I been too!

The manager helped my husband and I was very rub and judging my husband voice because he sound as a girl voice. Plus they did not tell us a lot of information while we checked out on keeping the tags on there for returning and store credit to buy something else. So now we cant get our money back because no tags was on there and the mangers should be nicer even though they are having a bad day which its ok to have a bad day.

One of the better goodwill in the area. Prices are really good and if theyre not the managers tend to work with you.

Decent stock and clean (since its very newly built). I prefer the treasure hunting of the outlet-style goodwills but this is good if you dont want to drive to the other side of town.

In addition, apparently theres a mall security guard that she has there thats in a stained colored tshirt and weighs about 275 to 300lbs. He ĺllkùòliterally harasses shoppers by walking u fp to them and quickly grabbing his MALL SECURITY badge so that they can see its a badge but not exactly what it says on it.hģ and not in the least attempted to ask her a question she seemed very bothered and annoyed.

The manager doesn’t care. Get a NEW ONE

TODAY WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO THE LAKESIDE LOCATION AT 5825 W. 44TH AVE. DENVER, CO 80212. I SHOP AT GOODWILL AS HOBBY. I HAVE VISITED ALMOST EVERY LOCATION IN COLORADO. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE HUMILIATED THAN TODAY.TOOK AN ITEM UP THAT WAS MISSING A PRICE, TOOK A SECOND IDENTICAL ITEM FOR COMPARISON. I WAS THAN MADE TO STAND AROUND AS THE CASHIERS MADE ACCUSATIONS ABOUT ME CHANGING THE PRICE! IT WAS VERY DEGRADING NOT TO MENTION RUDE. I REQUESTED TO SPEEK WITH A MANAGER, BUT AFTER WAITING 5 MINUTES WITH NO RESPONSE. I LEFT THE STORE WITHOUT THE ENTIRE PURCHASE BECAUSE OF THE EMBARRASSMENT. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW DISAPPOINTING THIS EXPERIENCE WAS.

Me and my husband went in the other day, and I must say that was a horrible experience. I just wanted to return an item and the mean manager I think her name was Tamy, became all rude with me. Uugghhh me and my hubby will shop elsewhere. Very poor management!

This is still an original Goodwill before they increased prices and had their facelift several years ago. The store may not be huge but it is still stuck on the prices of the 90s. :) So even if an item isnt half off or 99c its still very reasonably priced compared to other Goodwills or any of their competitors.

Everything is very clean and the employees are all very nice! Not the biggest selection but still one of the best thrift stores Ive been to.
