Beware of employees going rogue at this store!! I walked into this location on the first week of October because I was offered a promotion with customer support, after talking to one of the associates at this location he told me that I did not qualify for the promotion. I asked if you can please get support on the phone since they are the ones that promised me the promotion, immediately after that the agent at the store was extremely rude. Pacing back-and-forth, biting his nails and looked at me with the despite. To be honest and made me feel very uncomfortable and the way he was answering me was extremely uncalled for. When I asked for someone else to help me he went back and grabbed the manager, the manager at this location approached me and made me feel like I was in the wrong when I did absolutely nothing wrong to these people. Shortly after my phone started to act up I was not receiving text messages and was having issues calling new phone numbers that were not on my contacts. After a week of dealing with this I went into another store and the manager was surprised that all my settings were off. Imagine if I was an emergency I need you to call emergency services unfortunately I was not able to do that because of the employees at this location. I have talked to T-Mobile Support about this issue and the managers at this location without any response. Please everyone beware of this location, it is not right that someone would have the heart to cut off someone’s lifeline, I’m extremely disappointed T-Mobile!

A few days ago I went to purchase a new phone. Before I arrived to the store I called to make sure they had the phone I was looking for in stock (Galaxy 21+ in purple 💜) and I spoke with the gentleman by the name of Josh and I asked him to hold the phone for me. I finally arrived and I must say the customer service I received was phenomenal!! Thee best customer service I have received from T mobile in a long time and Ive received some pretty good customer service from them over the time I have been a customer (11 plus years). Josh had an amazing sense of humor, his communication was on point (he broke everything down that he was about to do/what he did), he was very attentive and his selling skills were A1. He had my boyfriend and I in the store about to buy the whole store up. Any who, I ended up leaving with a brand new phone and a watch. He almost had us purchase a tablet and some ear buds because that is just how good he was. I ended up leaving my phone at the store with him to finish transferring all of my info from one phone to another while I went to get food and once it was done he personally walked all of my electronics over to me. I was given a T mobile backpack and $30 off my next bill as well. Josh really took good care of me but most importantly, he was REAL about everything he sold me and for that he will always be someone I remember. Josh, thank you so much love, for everything!

Kenzo was the mobile specialist who helped me! I was moving my info and service from my iPhone 12 to the 13 and after dealing with sprint for 3 hours I had no service on either one of my phones. I went to the 16th and California T-Mobile first where they scared/stressed me out even more leaving me to feel like there was no hope until I went to the T-Mobile on 16th and Blake! Kenzo fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes and was incredible knowledgeable and reassured me! I will only be going to this T-Mobile from now on!

Was very disappointed with the service Josh was extremely pushy and kept trying to get me to buy multiple things even though I told him I didnt want to and female manager when I told her that a Josh made me uncomfortable she basically brushed It Off Im extremely uncomfortable about going here and probably will not go here again I will find any other store closer to where I live then go here

The staff at the 17th and Larimer location are top notch individuals! Genuine caring and extensive knowledge are what make up great customer service and they have it! Namely, the young lady that helped me: Crystal Martinez!She was there when I purchased my phone a year ago and treated me like an old friend. She was able to fix my phone on the spot and they allowed me to wait while it charged back up some, even offering hot chocolate and water!Whenever I need a T-Mobile location, Ill always choose this one!

Since I cant Trash Tmobile on the Website With -1 Stars. I HAVE TO LIMIT myself. The Samsung A71 is trash. It still cant keep Data Connection. This is my 2nd Phone in 1 month. For the Price I pay I deserve a discount. If you Werent Ready to Merge with Sprint, or Roll out 5G that actually works. You shouldnt have. TRASH TMOBILE UNBELIEVABLE TRASH

Mind blowingly awesome service! I dread having to go into any phone store and/or deal with tech issues of any kind. Sarah and Don were professional, friendly, extremely competent and knowledgeable. It’s difficult to remember having had this level of customer service anywhere recently, much less at T-Mobile (which, if I am being honest has been historically terrible in the customer service department). These guys deserve a raise! Anyone who can make tech issues fun and easy should be making 6 figures.

The people at this store are incredibly nice and kind. They really care about the people that come in and will give you a perfect experience. Don Walchshauser the store Manager provided the best customer service ever... we had a bad experience with our T mobile store back in Houston texas and he took the time and effort to help us and fixed it, He went above and beyond our expectation, Him and his team really care about the customers. BIG recognition to Don!! please people from Denver if you are looking for great customer service dont think twice... T mobile from larimer st is THE ONE!! Antonio and the sales manager went out of their way to ensure I had all the information I needed regarding switching cell carriers. They made it easy and painless. Staff was not only friendly, they were personable. Service was incredibly fast with essentially no waiting, despite having a full store. The whole staff was engaging and very knowledgeable about the products and services T-Mobile offers. I was on the fence about breaking my contract with another carrier and my experience with this store made me switch immediately. Beyond satisfied with the services T-Mobile has to offer and the customer service of this location.

This is the best T-Mobile store Ive ever been to. I have been with them my whole cell phone existence and have had some really bad and rude experiences. This T-Mobile on Larimer was nothing like what Im used to. The staff was insanely helpful, polite and corrected my billing issue in a matter of minutes. I will go out of my way to go back to this particular store whenever I need help. Cant recommend them enough.

This is the second time we have had to come into this specific store on Larimer. T-Mobile in general has been really great phone service, but specifically, Don Walchshauser and Wesley Carbo at this store have been incredibly helpful and effective in solving my business line issues, adding new phones, changing plans and so much more. They both have bent over backwards to get things taken care of! Definitely go into this store and ask for Don or Wes if you need help with your phone. 👊💪 They are awesome!

They can port a phone number but they wont set up an account for you?When I ask if we are all good that means is everything taken care of?Literally no help. I was very disappointed with my visit to this store! I went in needing help with my (T-Mobile) phone and all they could do was give me a phone number for customer service who I could call... if I wanted a phone number, I could have gotten that online. They were very unhelpful, treated me like I was an inconvenience and they stood around and talked to each other while I was clearly in need of some assistance. I would definitely NOT recommend this store!

Over the weekend I lost my phone. Today I went into the store on 16th street mall in Denver, Colorado. I regret to say that I left the store in near tears and have never felt more disrespected. Upon entering I noticed there were 2 sales associates and 1 sales manager. The sales manager, Yulio, began to ask me why I was in. When I told him he looked uninterested and seemed like he did not know how to help me. All I needed was the pin that was associated with my account so that I could file an insurance claim. He proceeded to tell me there was no pin associated with my account and that I needed to call customer service or the insurance company directly. I then told him that I had tried to call from my work phone and was instructed to come into a store. I also pointed out that at this point, I did not have a phone to call them. He began to cut me off, roll his eyes, and refer to me as Lady. I began to get upset because I had had to repeat myself several times and he kept giving me the same solution. I asked if he could file the claim here in the store and he told me that would not work. He began to get upset and yell at me telling me I was rude,grumpy, and disrespectful. All the while he was rolling his eyes. If the situation was not bad enough, the other 2 sales associates began laughing at me and joking with other customers in the store. I asked if he would sell me a prepaid phone so that I could call customer service on my own, he would not. Then he began texting on his personal phone. That is when I left the store and drove to another Tmobile store where the sales associates were just a bit more polite.They were still talking amongst themselves about lip gloss while I researched a solution on one of their store computers. I have only been with Tmobile for 4 months and am so offended I do not even know where to go from here.

Very unhappy. signed up for an account at this tmobile, and some how, another account was opened in my name that i did not verify. now they are saying i owe them so much money, but wont show me the paper work or proof of the account i opened. i am just wondering how things like this happen. isnt customer service supposed to be about the customers? no one has done anything to help me with this matter. dont use tmobile. they are scammers
