I am a car guy. I have rebuilt cars. I have rebuilt cars from salvage.The rebuilt from salvage car I purchased from Zara Looked good on the outside, an drove well. The care and correctness of the repair, however, was unacceptable. A couple weeks after my purchase I noticed a cover under the hood was loose, no problem, I can replace a couple clips. However, I then noticed that the bumper cover and the hood were no longer in alignment, due to the bracket holding the bumper was loose. Again, not a big deal, I can fix that by removing the bumper and tightening up the bracket. Here is where I started to get irritated.I will not go through all the story behind the discoveries but simply list them.- Secondary electric water pump missing bracket and held on with plastic zip ties- Oil cooler line bracket cut and oil cooler line kinked- Different oil cooler line not fastened to chassis- Oil cooler shroud Missing and haphazardly bolted with hammered out scrap sheet metal behind the bumper bar (this will not get air flow to cool the oil)- Auto Louver brackets totally missing and makeshift brackets from some other vehicle loosely holding it in the wrong position- Several plugs broken- Several missing or incorrect bolts- Over 30 wire connections - bare wires twisted together and covered with tape - I had to solder and heat shrink seal them allAll of the missing brackets, and broken oil cooler lines / shroud and louver brackets and parts cost me an additional $1,200 + many hours of my time to get the car in the correct condition that a competent shop should have done.I did not take the car back to them as none of these things are part of the Engine/Transmission that their warrantee covers and quite honestly, I wanted the repair done right.I found the post accident pictures of my exact car on line and found the auction price they paid for it ... for the difference I paid - I think they could have done a better rebuild, sorry to say I would not recommend buying a rebuilt vehicle here.See photos for before and after correct repair below

You get what you paid for! Don’t expect a good running vehicle if it’s salvaged tittle. If you don’t wanna have problems with this kind of cars. Go put that money down for a brand new car. Another thing by law!!!!!! You can take the car to your own mechanic for just 24hrs. And they can’t tell you nothing. You just have to arrange the time with your mechanic before taking it. Have them do an entire inspection. I would take it to the dealership.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from these guys over a year ago. The car I bought I was told had been in a rear end collision and had been totaled, but they had done the repairs to pass an inspection in order for the car to be road worthy. More on that later. Recently, I was in a hit and run accident in Denver. Car sustained a broken bumper and cosmetic damages to the right rear quarter panel. I took it to multiple body shops who upon review could easily tell the car had been in a previous accident because of the gross repairs Zara auto sales had made. The auto body shop my car is currently at now almost refused to do any work for fear that I would come after them for the work that or lack of work Zara auto sales had done in repairing the car from the previous accident that totaled it. I was told by the auto body shop that the so called repairs that Zara auto sales did should not have passed inspection and in no way should have been deemed road worthy. The rear frame was rusted and cracked because they didnt weld it and instead just beat it back in to somewhat of its former shape.A cheap sealant had been used to bond the cracks of the trunk back together. Additionally, the tow bar was still bent and rusted and if I had used the tow hitch to pull anything it would have been a really unsafe and wavy experience, not to mention with the unwelded frame it would have just cracked or snapped off or done additional damage to the car. I was never told any of this by Zara auto sales, so could you have imagined the danger this could have caused had I ever decided to use the tow hitch!?Now I would have no idea of any of this as it had all been covered by the bumper and the paint on the exterior of the car and rear cargo insert of the trunk.Sadly, I had to discover these issues from an accident that lucky wasnt worse because the car maybe would not have been able to sustain it.This is a fair warning to anyone considering buying a car from Zara auto sales.If you need proof I have photos of their shawty repairs.Response to Zara auto sales reply: It says a lot when its multiple auto body shops that say otherwise. I took the car to more than one auto body shop and when they first looked at the car they all said this car has been in accident before and can point out the differences between the two accidents. Additionally, the rebar being bent and broken was clearly from the original accident as I was not hit from behind. The rear end was dissembled, because the bumper was broken on the right side so how else are they suppose to replace it? You would also think if the auto body shops wanted to make more money they could have just said ok to repairing all the damages without complaint and made more money off the insurance company, but instead they decided to be honest and refused to redo the repairs your company claims to have made. You can spin it anyway you want, but any logical person is going to look at the situation and say; Woah, not even Zara auto sales shawty work could fool multiple auto body shops and it was so bad that they would even refuse to work on the car. I had to plead with the auto body shop its at now to just do the work they are doing that was clearly from my accident and had to sign a release of liability, because again they did not want to be held reliable for your shawty work.As far as inspected. When does this inspection take place? Was it after you covered everything up with a bumper and some paint?I will post more pics to show the damages of the most recent accident and the people reading this will see that extent of the damages I have described above could not have been cause by my accident, but were from the previous accident and were overall the result of Zara auto sales discovered shawty repairs.

I had a great experience with Zara Auto Sales INC. They were totally willing to answer all of my questions and let me test drive more than one car as many times as I needed. Anything I noticed that was wrong with the car they made sure to fix if possible. I am very happy I got the 3 month warranty because after I bought it there were a few things that came up within a couple of days and I brought it back and they took the time and fixed everything so that I could drive feeling comfortable and safe.I highly recommend working with them to find a good car for you. They seem to be honest and treat their customers well to make sure they are taken care of.Thank you all! I have had the car a month now and after the initial fixes they did I feel that it works great. And I can rest easy knowing I still have another 2 months on the warranty in case anything else gets wonky :)

Purchased a Subaru from this dealership. We were told the vehicle was a rebuild from front fender/ bumper damage. We check out the car and asked if it was mechanically sound and in great running condition. We were assured this vehicle was in excellent running condition and saw no damage in the vehicle. Once we went through the deal we were told there was a 3 year/ 3,000 mile power train warranty. My father clarified what was covered and we were told only Transmission and engine. Two days after having the car the vehicle would not start. Car indicated it was security and we looked at the key. The key was not a Subaru key and the car seemed to not fully recognize the key. Called them and they towed back to Denver from springs to have their people repair the key issue. Got the car back things seemed good except we realized all his paperwork from the purchase that was in the car was no longer there. We were not to worried and asked them to email a copy. Then 3 weeks later the car died on the highway. We towed it to mechanic and called for the warranty after finding out it needed a whole new engine. Zara had us tow it again to a Subaru authorized mechanic and pay them to diagnostic the issue. Confirmation again it needed a new engine. They then told us it was a limited warranty and only covered $1,000 with a $100 deductible. Spoke with maasstafa, the manager ,and was assured they would help us with $1,400 towards the $7000 repair. They never sent the Check. Called and was told because of a bad review he would not pay. Explained we had noticed a document not signed by us in the documents they emailed. Explained this was a big issue to me and he seemed just as concerned. He had me have my son confirm again this was not signed by him and assured he would rectify this issue with the dealer. Upon conformation of it not being the signature of my sons he stated my son was a liar and he would pay nothing because the warranty was used to fix the key problem. However the warranty does not even cover that. Be very cautious doing business with this company. Very dishonest. I was told every vehicle is a total loss, salvaged vehicle by them and it is clearly stated that but that is not the case. They tell you it is a rebuild from damage in one small area. You fixed the key issue on your own because if you had not we would have politely returned the vehicle and went somewhere else. I only spoke with one individual whom I have text messages with after he was concerned about the document issue. He sent the document via text after my concern and assured us we would come to some agreement.

Zara auto sales is a zero because they did not maintenance my car properly. Having to learn the hard way by my transmission breaking down on me. I also didnt get a warning from them to get a fluid flush or oil change soon. I am now struggling to get help to pay for a new rebuild transmission on my car purchased from this dealership. They ignored my text messages and wont longer help me by there fault. This has been the worst experience of my life especially when zara auto sales does not want to own up to their responsibilities that caused my car to break down on me. Especially within a month in a half of having my car. I hope I find the right help and I hope they end up paying for this because it is not fair that they get to walk off like nothing. And I have to struggle for something that I was not my fault. They could of Atleast helped me by warning me of getting an oil change first.

Zara has good people working there. The sales reps were not pushy at all, in fact they dont negotiate on prices and so its more of a let you come to me approach. That being said everything was straight up that they said, they dont try to cheat you or anything. When I was purchasing the vehicle they said the brake pads should have at least 50% left (thats their policy on everything they sell), but about 3,000 miles later my rear brakes were completely toast (metal on metal). I contacted Zara and they said this had never happened before and agreed to pay for half of the new brakes as a goodwill gesture as they were not obligated under the contract.

Really nice used car lot. The owners and staff are friendly and take a hands off approach, so there is no pressure. They let us drove multiple cars and when we came back the next day after my wife fell in love with a car they let me bring a 3rd party mechanic to do a full inspection on the car. We did find a few minor issues with the car. It was missing floor mats and head rests but the owner was more the willing to find me some replacements. We got a great deal and we felt like family. Will deffintly come back!

These guys are amazing! I purchased my vehicle about a week ago and I never expected to have a car buying experience enjoyable.

First day we went to put money down to save the car until the next day the seller was very rude. I drove the car an hour back home and by the time i got home my key wouldn’t always even start my car. We had them tow it back up to fix it and when i got the car back my papers and everything i just signed with them were taken out by them. When we had them fax the paper work back to us, there was a new paper that wasn’t in our original paper work. They say there is a 3 month or 3,000 mile engine and transmission warranty. My engine stopped working within those 3,000 miles and they refuse to to send any money for the engine work. They claim that the warranty money was exhausted for getting my key fixed when that has nothing to do with the engine or transmission. Very shady dealership i would advise not to do business here

Had a battery warning light on when I test drove it and wasn’t fixed.****—pay close attention to adds on vehicles for (Total loss) almost all of them are a total loss. However, not all the titles will state or have the brand for the total loss.*—this will cause problems getting loans and full coverage insurance if you don’t have the cash— *(Last but not least)--*Deposits to hold and refund*—They will not refund your initial down $500 on holding the car you want. Even if you don’t end up getting the car. The hold only last for 7 days after that the car goes back to sale.However, they do give you a 3month warranty on the engine and the transmission which could come in handy buying a used car.Over all, great service. They do well and working with you on getting the vehicle that you want and we are happy with our purchase, but will be asking them about our battery issue again 😉

I bought a 2011 mazda3 from these guys in March, and I have to say I’m more than happy with my purchase.After test driving, I told Mustafa I had cash and he didn’t try to haggle me or push for financing like other dealers. He was straight and too the point. I couldn’t ask for a better experience car buying.I’d recommend them anytime. The cars are well maintained through and through.

Two face liars. The staff was nice but after multiple trips back because of a check engine light that kept coming back because of, one a knock sensor that was replace but more important, an evap emissions issue which after the latest time I took it to my mechanic. He found that the evap canister was literally hanging by a bolt as well as evap hoses disconnected. Even though the staff said that their mechinac did multiple smoke test but any real mechinac would have seen this if they lifted it in the air. After calling them out in text about lying and them changing the story of what their mechanic did they said how much for my guy to fix it and they didnt like the price I gave them (my mechanic gave me a quick quote and he works for auto nation so it was a little pricey) so they then proceeded to tell me that every time I brought it in it looked tampered with so they could not help me any longer, note all I had done is put a bolt on an interior table and made the trunk latch properly. Make sure to bring a mechanic with you and do not expect them to fix anything if you bring it back. Also I just want to note their is other issue with the vehicle that I never asked for them to fix it was only this check engine light issue also sadly couldnt post the video of the canister swinging freely. Posted is the text conversation that we had since they are trying to make it seem as though I was push and it disconnected parts myself.

These guys have a unique niche, they fix everything in house. they have a body shop and a mechanic shop and they do good work. highly recommend

Pretty awful 5 minute experience with them. I went in to test drive a car and they said no. They told me I have to agree to a loan first. I asked why and they said “white boy get out of my store” have no idea why but a pretty bad and unprofessional encounter.

I would pay their price if its history was not involved in a accident .. not saying all accident cars are bad but for the money Id rather get something thats clean and clean from start !! Would not help me to buy a truck yes my credit is a little low but I had a co signer whos credit is in the high 700 to 800. They said I could only pay cash to get it. Im trying to better my credit and I have plenty to afford the vehicle. Will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else for the way I feel I was treated. The guy was nice but not a help for someone who is trying to help and better themselves.

My boyfriend and I had a great buying experience at Zara. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we ended up needing some work done on the car about a month after purchasing (brakes, wheel bearing, and axle), which was not covered by the extended warranty. After letting the staff at Zara know, they offered an extremely fair price to fix it -- about half of what I was quoted at Midas. They even fixed a minor issue with the washer fluid reservoir at no extra charge.Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the subsequent service we received. Wed recommend this business to anyone in search of a quality used vehicle.

Purchased a 2016 Impreza here, theyre good to work with. The day after I bought it I noticed the coolant reservoir was cracked,I called and they replaced it the next day. They repair wrecked vehicles and resell them, but still have great vehicles available and are honest and upfront about things. They will show you pictures of the vehicle before repair.

It was very disappointed with my purchase. When I asked for information on any mayor mechanical problems they told me that there were no major mechanical problems. I knew that the shocks needed changing, but after taking it to the mechanic I discovered that there were in-fact major problems which costs me appx $4,500 to fix the issues, which represented over 60% of the value of the car. Beware and ensure that you ask for a grace period to have it checked by mechanic....dont make the same mistake I made and take their word. I was very disappointed because I was given their name by a friend, I guess it all depends on the person you ask questions to about their honesty.
