Went in just wanting to test drive and instantly was met up with a guy whos first name starts with an A. I told him I wanted to test drive a Ford and a Ram to compare. I told him we were not buying until September but just wanted to start the process. He kept pushing why dont you just buy now you should not wait until September as nothing here will be the same. Yes there is a shortage due to computer chips but the cars will not change that much. I am also not in that much of a rush. I told him my in laws are buying my old car from me in September and we were going to use that cash and would most likely just pay cash for the truck. He still managed to ask why I was not buying now again and then went to what payment I was looking for. Truthfully if cash gets me the better deal then cash and if financing does then financing. He said there is no point to even try today then. I told him we will look around and I will let him know if I want to try something. I was in sales for 15 years and this guy was what gives salespeople the rep they are known for. Where is the building a relationship and finding out what is best for your customer. Asking payment amount and why are you not buying now only just pushed me to being uncomfortable. You just lost a future ram customer because I need to buy as we are having another little one. I was so mad that I just left and did not even test drive.

For a “truck center” they really don’t have much. Prices are ridiculously outrageous. Even for used cars. I went to their lot to look at some trucks, not once did someone come out to to even talk to us. Then I contacted someone about a price on a truck I really liked and they literally jacked up the price from what I saw on the lot. Don’t waste your time here. There are better places.

My partner and I stopped by just to get a feel for what they had and how we felt about the staff. Jeannae came out and greeted us. She showed us a few trucks that really fit what we were looking for but understood we were ready to buy. There was no pressure, she just had fun with us. We went back once we were ready to buy something. She not only remembered us when we walked in the building, but she remembered what we had looked before. She was really excited about she had just the right truck. She was right! We got a great price for out trade. We had a great experience working with Yusuf on the details. Not much of inventory. When there for a Rebel with specific options and they show me one that had no options. I did test drive another similar truck with more options I wanted. So finding what your looking for is not easy. And please be honest of what you have so we dont waste our time.

Absolutely recommend for mechanical services. GJ is great and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to trucks. He isn’t out to screw anyone over or get you to buy parts you don’t need, unlike other places. He is straight forward, honest and professional. He always finds time to help you, even if he is super busy. With everything that has been wrong with my truck, he has always been fast in diagnosing it and reliable when it came time to repairing it. When you purchase a truck and you are given a warranty That warranty should extend to any and all dealers at least thats my understanding I moved to Colorado from North Dakota and needed to get my truck overviewed and was told Id have to pay $160 just to have them pop the hood and look at whats going on even though Im not sure anything is going on and my 20% service service for electrical and mechanical mechanical was not applicable Im not about to pay a $160 just to have somebody look at my truck and do absolutely no work That is the most ludicrous thing Ive ever heard

GJ (a technician) in service was terrific, I was having an issue with my Ram diesel and was told by a friend that GJ is the guy i needed to see so I went in and sure enough GJ looked at my truck and within minutes was able to get me on the road and on my way and didnt even charge me. Now thats real service and I promised him I will tell everyone I know about how wonderful my experience was! Kudos to your entire dealership but really highly recommend that GJ gets a raise!!!

I had some trouble with my transmission on my 2014 dodge ram 3500. And took it in and had it back withen 2 days. Thanks to GJ Jakober. He was able to set me up with an amazing product and get me back on the road in no time at all. This review is for Chris Keddington, who might be my favorite person today! Last week, someone hit my rig and ran, leaving me with a busted side mirror. After having some challenges getting my scheduling sorted, I went to the dealership service area to drop my van off. Sadly, I was not in the appointment system, despite trying to make an appt online. Who swooped in and made this situation go from frustrating to easy? Chris! This dude got me in, showed me what things would cost, got my rig fixed by the date and time I asked for, and took care of me from beginning to end. He was totally tolerant of my less than happy mood when I arrived, and put a big fat smile on my face when he handed me the keys to my repaired vehicle. He was quick to respond to the insurance company and stayed in touch with me via text every step of the way. Not just the automated text, but his own cell as well.Mr. Keddington, this teacher gives you an A+ for top shelf service.

GJ and his shop team will not only give great service but will tell honestly if something is not needed. Had a trans rebuild and had Larry Miller at Havana and they didnt uphold the warranty or admit the work was done wrong. So i came to the 104th store and they helped me out and gave me a warranty i count on. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. would recommend for anyone with a Dodge or Chrysler.

Was looking to for a new custom Ram and every dealership I went to lied their teeth off about the rebates, discount, etc other than this Larry H Miller dealership. Was helped by Andrew and Brain who were very honest, straightforward guys. The process for ordering was very fast and it took no time at all for the truck to come in. Everything with the vehicle was perfect and they hooked it up with a full tank. I would really recommend coming here if your looking for a Ram pickup and make sure to ask for Andrew or Brain!

I bought a truck a week ago 2020 ram 1500The 3rd day we had it we realized that washer fluid wasnt working and usb ports , took it for service and they say they couldnt fix it because our truck wasnt in there system and we have yo wait a month or pay the fix for a certified truck with extended warranty

Not as good as the old Pro Dodge, took my jeep for recall and oil change, got charged for tire rotation that was not approved by me and they did not even wash car like Pro would do, I will think twice about going back

Absolutely awful RAM new sales manager contact....I had a buy bid on my Ford truck from a Ford dealer so it was not in play except that I wanted the tax break on the trade...the sales manager wouldn’t listen or it didn’t register and low balled me anyway 7,000 under the buy bid....I even had Mannheim numbers verifying the honest buy bid numbers...I walked...Eventually, another dealer traded for the truck LHM had and I even got another 3500 in rebates above what LHM offered....For me...completely dishonest sales tower practices and I will never return to LHM.

Thank you for the response but your dealership is definitely not transparent. If that were the case, you would have removed the false add or at least corrected it. It is still posted with the false info and price.Already bought a truck from a trustworthy dealership that was truly transparent.Found a Ram 1500 stock # LN147260 on this website advertised for 50,847I called and texted to confirm the price before scheduling a test drive. Once I test drove the truck, I was told it was actually 66,000 and there was a mistake on the posting. The posting is still on their site a week later. Bait and Switch at its finest.

I bought a new Truck from McKay Baum there after shopping around at a few other places. After going around to check my options, McKay was hands down the best experience I had. He knew what he was talking about, was fast and courteous and was able to accommodate my at my convenience. He made the buying experience quick and easy. He even found me the same truck with more options at a lower price. I highly recommend McKay. I hope he sells Fleet because hes earned all my business going forward.

I worked with Hector R. on 104th Ram Truck Center and he was not only very knowledgeable but also took the time to get to know me and listen to my wants in a new truck. Unprofessional run around in the sales department. One group doesn’t communicate with another group. I think it’s a management issue that is the breakdown here. They can’t seem to get a story straight on what’s going on within there own dealership. It feels disrespectful and that they are only looking out for themselves. I wasted nearly 3 hours of a Saturday trying to look at a truck that was listed on their website. I confirmed before heading in that it was there, and the options that were important to me. Upon arrival, I was told that an employee bought it the day before. I was then told the employee just took it home and hasn’t bought it. After that the story changed to its “broke” and they can’t sell it to anyone else. It was a 2014 Ram. The solution? I could get a really good price on a brand new one..... yeah, I bet. In all fairness, Matt and Tyler were both good to deal with. Their manager was super sketchy though. I’m not going to deal with Larry H. Miller again in any capacity. I hope your experience is better if you choose to give them a shot.

I purchased a PowerWagon from the Truck Center on March 12th and traded in my Aston Martin.I have been attempting to track down someone at the dealership for weeks/months now who can get this taken care and resolved.Two months of calling, emailing, communicating with both my finance bank and LHMs finance department, Larry H Miller sends a check to payoff my car that was returned for INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.According to CO MOTOR VEHICLE LAW STATUE 24-11-101 , CONSUMER PROTECTION 5-3.5-103. Restricted acts and practices.CALL ME ASAP LARRY H MILLER-Update-- Larry H. Miller finally issued a check for the vehicle payoff after much duress. Not a smooth process. They are selling the Aston Martin on their lot (now May, traded in March) and asking us to provide the service history and records; which are the only thing that can fetch a high price for exotics vehicles like this. They still owe us a winch setup, a clear bra, and window tint!

I have always had great experiences at most dodge dealerships but Larry H Miller just provided the most superb experience of all in my recent purchase on a 2014 Dodge Ram Big Horn.Before my search in a truck, I was in a tough spot. I was introduced to Gj Jakober by a mutual friend who highly recommended him for some tuning I was looking to do on my 2016 Ram 3500. It isn’t hard to understand why both my friend and many reviewers here make the same recommendation. Absolutely top notch service all the way around. Not only did my truck get the tuning done but he also handled an open recall item and another service item that needed completion. All performed in half the time I would have expected for just one issue to require and handled professionally with a high quality outcome. Had to retrieve an important item from hubbys truck when it was sitting in the service lot. Asked girl in the shop for the key she gave me one without question, checking ID or anything. I went back there and it was a key to another clients truck. Just think there should be a better system in place so someones vehicle wouldnt get stolen.

The service department here is great to work with. They are friendly and helpful. I have had multiple services done here and have no complaints. The waiting room is a bit small but clean and has a good coffee machine and wifi that works well.

About a month ago i worked with Tim Rankin to buy my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I couldnt be happier with the experience. Not just during the process but they continued to follow up with questions I had to make sure I was happy! I love my new car and I know got the best deal from Larry H Miller after shopping around for several weeks. Tim was the best!!

Service department guys we real nice and worked around my jacked up schedule. Brought my 3 month old 1500 in for a alignment. Should not even need one. When I got it back it was still out of alignment, pulling to the left. Took it back and let them know. They put it on the rack and said it was in spec and the mechanic said it drove fine. How then when the owner of the truck, who drives it every day, it still pulls to the left. Not happy at all.

Ive been here 3 times and every time, the service department has been completely dysfunctional.Ready for a story? Grab some popcorn and a comfy seat. I brought the truck in for a warning about the DEF system while still well within my warranty. They tried to charge me for the warranty work, claiming that the emissions system is not part of the powertrain warranty. Seriously? Nice try. Anyways, fast forward to two days later, when the original issue crops up again, even though they supposedly fixed it the first time. I take the truck back in and wait for hours for some news on it. Finally, they tell me the grid heater element is bent and theyll have to order a new one. The grid heater is completely unrelated to the emissions issue. The service rep tells me theyre going to order a new grid heater and parts to fix the emissions issue, then call me as soon as they come in. TWO AND A HALF WEEKS GO BY without a single word from them. Temps are below zero and without a working grid heater, my truck doesnt start half the time. I finally just gave up on them calling me back and brought it in again. After waiting for 3.5 hours, they tell me the parts they said theyd order never actually got ordered... Gee, that wouldve been nice to know before you had me sit down and wait for 3.5 hours. If Id have known Id spend this many hours on this many days mucking around, Id have just done all of this damn work myself. Youre a service department, guys. Do your jobs. I love my Ram, but Ill never bring it here again.

The salesman was great to work with but the manager was the rudest man Ive ever met, Ive never been treated so badly. Very unfortunate that it cost the salesman a sale.

Taking RAM 3500 to car side was fine. Polite people who updated on progress. Next time, they put us on the Truck bay. They didnt listen to us about a safety recall. They didnt fill out the forms showing they checked the fluids, brakes and other stuff they are supposed to do. They took two hours to simply change the oil. They did not rotate tires as requested. Called back to make sure they ordered the recall part. They said we didnt need it. What a mediocre service department.

I had some major repairs done. Levi was my tech he did a great job. Repairs took shorter than I would of thought and got my truck back same day. No dirty fingerprints like other shops I’ve taken it to they really do a good job.

Great customer service. Great group of people to work with. They actually made a mistake when pricing a new Jeep for us but ended up going above and beyond to make it right. Made a customer for life. Thanks Steven and Caleb!

First attempt at buying a car at LHM - scheduled an appt to test drive a specific Jeep. Called that morning to confirm the vehicle was still there, they said yes. Drove 90 mins there and the Jeep sold the day before. The sales girl would not even come out to speak to us. We ended up buying elsewhere. Swore I would never go back, then we happened to pass and saw our dream truck. Sales guy was nice but didnt know the vehicle. Bought a 74k truck and called about 2 weeks before plates were due as our county office had no info. Was told to be patient, that sometimes it can take up to two temp extensions as the county offices are that behind. I replied that was not the case with ours. Over the course of 4 days, we left numerous voicemails for the finance girl who deals with that - never once a return call. Sales guy returned call only to argue that we werent being patient. Finally got a message from the sales guy that they sent the paperwork - and my county received it the same day and it was processed by the next business day to get our plates. Followed up with a text to the sales person advising that we finally had our info processed and it was obviously not sent initially, no response. Voicemail left for the sales manager to discuss our experience- no return call was received. They do not stand by their sales, as customer service should extend well past the ink drying on the sales forms.

Great selection of trucks I loved all of them, everyone was knowledgeable about everything I asked. Crazy enough I found a Wrangler there and they made it an easy enjoyable experience. Loving my Jeep!

Another dealer misdiagnosed the issue with my truck. GJ and his team were able to get me back on the road quickly. They aren’t the closest RAM dealer to me, but they are the ones I use. They are worth the drive.

Went in to have a service done and a warranty issue. The service tec had no problem doing the high dollar service! But wanted to feed me full of negative comments of how he was pretty sure none of the warrant issues would or could be honored . Even if the person I made the appointment with said the warranty issue would be honored!??? What are these big businesss coming to. Seriously I bought a warranty??? Brought a 2001 Dodge Cummins here for computer flash over a month ago Ive called up there four times and cannot get any information other than theyre still working on it and nobody to call me with any information and or questions Im assuming they are incapable of repairing my truck and I need to take it somewhere else. Well not only did they not repair my truck they made it worse Henry does not know how to communicate with people he flat-out is a liar.

He told me the benefits of leasing and financing a vehicle in order to find the right choice for me.

The team at LHM Ram are the only ones that i will let work on my truck. I have a 2017 Ram 3500 i purchased from this store, from the sales guys to service I’ve had great luck. I will be doing business with them again.

He was very knowledgeable about about his work and with finding the right solution to my problem. I would not hesitate to take any of my vehicles back to see GJ again!

I went in with the intentions of getting a new truck that they couldnt even sell to me. All the info in the web site was wrong and so I fell in love with. I couldnt test drive it because it need work done on it but I bought it because the car fit me and what I wanted. I was told the truck would be done on that Monday and I called to check on it and it wasnt done. I was told it wouldnt be done tell the end of the week. I kept calling and talked to a service manager he told me I have been calling everyday 4 times a day. The manager was so rude. I keep getting the run around and have been treated like a nobody and very disrespected. Only 2 pleople returned my call and updated me on the info of my truck. I call again today and now there saying the part that was supposed to be in last week will be in on Monday so I have to wait more. I wont ever get a vehicle from here again because of all the running around there doing on me and the disrespect and making me feel stupid and they dont care jig they keep your service or not.

Tried many times to get ahold of service advisor Justin the day after my truck was supposed to be ready . I came in to get a tuneup and oil change. The tuneup got done and the truck does run better but they forgot the oil change! Lost out on my $90 because I’m not going back just for oil change!

Very rude, disrespectful. Finance manager would not give me the keys of my own car because I didn’t like the deal, was forcing me to stay. Almost had to get police involved. While exiting the building he was saying remarks like can’t you read! Like dude you post a price in the web and then come out with all this things I don’t qualify for? I know it’s internet advertising. But I asked point blank. If the price for the vehicle 40k or NOT, and still tried to beat around the bush. Will never be back.
