I still love this place! All kinds of fun candy, posters, lunch pails, mugs, and more! The soda pop selection is incredible, flavors and brands you would have trouble finding elsewhere. They dont always have my favorite candy in stock, and I can think of lots more candy that they could carry, but I still have fun in this store. If you like Pocky sticks, they have a wonderful selection.

Fantastic place! Just the variety of candy alone will send you into a diabetic coma, they have available candy I havent seen since I was a youngster. And OMG the sodas flavors Ive never heard of or seen before. If you love candy or sodas youve got to visit this store and even if you dont have a sweet tooth, youll get something out of visiting this store just for nostalgia.

This is my favorite candy store to go to because it has pretty much any candy that you can think of and it also includes a lot of niche desserts and sodas that you can’t otherwise get in a lot of places unless you order online.

Friendly staff and lots of good candy and root beers, prices a bit high but to be expected downtown.

Took my mom here years ago and covid did not shut them down thank god. Took some friends from out of state and they had the time of their life in there as did I.

This is the best RocketFizz of all. Their selection is HUGE, especially since I learned tonight that the other two nearby locations have been consolidated into this store. I hadn’t been to this place in two years, thankfully it hadn’t changed at all. As far as their selection, if they don’t have it, legit you probably don’t need it. Super friendly guy behind the register also.

Rocket fizz is a very fun retro candy shop and they carry many candies that you dont usually see at itsugar down the street. they are the only place that i know carries Lion bars and Terrys chocolate oranges regularly. one of the staff was also incredibly helpful when i came in one day looking for a specific kind of candy, some orange flavored hard candies, like altoids

Love this little shop! We were visiting from Orlando and have a Rocket Fizz here, so we had to check out Denver’s version. This location is so big with so many options. We reminisced and enjoyed the quirkiness. Prices are typical of a candy shop.

This place is my childhood dream! I love going here for the candy and small goodies they supply. Sometimes I can find items I havent seen in a very long time. The workers are amazing, very friendly ,and nice to converse with.

Its such a cool store! It has that crammed, old-school, quirky Willy Wonka vibe on walking in, and its one of the best parts of the experience.They have an enormous variety of candies and sodas to choose from, so whatever your tastes are, there is likely an option to suit you. Whenever we go in, we get a huge variety of candies and sodas that wed never get anywhere else. My only real complaint is once I called asking if thered be Moxie soda (which is vile but I wanted it because I wanted to remember why I hate it), they said yes, then when I went they didnt have it. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen, but sometimes they might be a little harried in here.For the most part, if you are looking for wild candies, and love a quirky atmosphere, this place should be top of your list.

Really grate place to get older or out of state iteams I found a drink i can only ever find in Kentucky and Tennessee out here at this shop and it made my whole day.

Fun store. They have all the candies in the world, souvenirs and soda pop. Try them all. We loved the prickly pear soda.

Great little spot hidden away from 16th Street Mall! We stopped in and purchased some very neat sodas and a little candy to get me going in the middle of the afternoon. Wonderful and Very Helpful Employees as well! We definitely recommend trying out Rocket Fizz for great Snacks and Beverages!

Kind of a cool candy store. Can find SOME of your childhood favorites but, VERY expensive for candy. A large number of items mostly bulk candy had ZERO pricing on them and in a store this expensive thats a scarey thought.

Was in town for vacation, and stumbled across this store. The soda selection that wrapped the store on shelves was awesome. Lots of unique candies and snacks from around the world, will definitely visit again next time Im in town.

Just popped in here today to get some amazing green tea KitKats and other little sweets. The tall blond store clerk was so helpful. I had to find vegan candy for an advent calendar. He looked up the ingredients for everything I brought to the counter, during a rush no less. He was so patient! Definitely set the bar for a positive shopping experience. Thank you!

Seems like a fun enough concept but the multiple snarky handwritten signs on the front doors were very off-putting. For a store whose merchandise caters largely to children (candy, soda & gag gifts) they make it clear they dont want children there. Not particularly welcoming.

This place is a blast! Lots of fun gifts. And a Bob Ross Positive Energy drink.

Very rude and and pretentious but the signs on the door could tell you that much. What does your product mean when your service is unwelcoming and a unpleasant space to be in.

Cool place lots of candy and different flavored sodas

I live in Omaha Nebraska and went to Denver for a short vacation found this store and bought a bunch of stuff for my family. I spent $50 and most of it was expired they didn’t give me a receipt so when I called in they said they couldn’t do anything. Super bummed out... they said they were normally pretty on top of stuff like that but considering a lot of my stuff was expired they aren’t. My little sister said her drink tasted funny and my other sister said it tasted like alcohol this is fermented and has been expired since 2018. So so so so so disappointed in this company. I told them I paid with a card. Would not recommend at all. If I had stuff that wasn’t expired I would definitely give a 5 star review the staff was friendly when I went in and it was a cool environment.

Never knew this store existed. Behind Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Has nostalgic candy plus cute tin lunch boxes. I could stay hours just looking at every thing.

Supposed to be a place where you relive your childhood with candies they dont make anymore.. granted they have all kinds of unique sodas.. I believe Ive only seen maybe 4 or 5 candies from my childhood.. the most disappointing thing I saw was a Mars bar with a price tag of $2.99!! What kind of inflation is that?? Anywho..

This place is stunning! A huge HUGE HUUUUGGGGGEEE selection of candy bars and treats. Lots of very hard to find stuff. Lots of it is expensive. I had to make some tough choices because of the high prices. In the end I walked out with $45 worth of stuff and my family was happy when I got home from my trip. :)

Snarky signs on the door make you want to leave before going in. If you make the decision to go in,all youll find is overpriced candy you could get at any store anywhere. Also, the candy we bought was stale. Its a tourist trap, avoid it.

What an awesome place! All my favorite candies relatively affordable prices. My only complaint, and I know its downtown is the parking is super hard. Very friendly staff and a lot of things you dont see elsewhere.

These guys have a huge range of delicious treats. If you’re vegan (like me) or have an allergy make sure to ask for their special lists. They have a folder packed with vegan, gluten free and other specific food allergies folder which was super handy.

The greatest candy shop in Denver. A beautiful location, yet it still felt out of this world. I stopped by aiming to get only 3 sodas and walked out with 4 sodas and a candy bar.

We had a lot of fun looking through this store. It has tons of foreign and hard to find candies and treats that you will have a hard time finding anywhere else. On top of that there are so many fun novelty items that you can spend hours looking at all of it.

This is nostalgic candy Fantasyland. If youre in search of a candy from your childhood or of simpler times this is the place to find it! From Chick-o-sticks and Slowpokes to TwinBings and Zots.. they have all the candy and then some. Assorted mugs, hidden flasks, and other knickknacks in addition to the candy/sweets. Check em out if youre in the neighborhood.
