The installers did an excellent job! Very meticulous. The one seam is barely visible. They were very careful when removing the old formica and bringing in the new granite (my entry way is tile flooring). Very respectful too.

Stone Crafters were wonderful to deal with from our first visit to the showroom through the final install. They went above and beyond, getting our kitchen countertops fabricated and installed in just 2 weeks. We had an order in with another company, who kept pushing our dates farther and farther out. We were able to cancel that order and have our countertops installed sooner than the earliest original install date with the other company. With family coming to stay for their first visit in a number of years, Stone Crafters saved the day. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

New granite countertops for kitchen remodel. Excellent communication, follow-up, reasonable price, considerate for numerous meetings and phone calls. Everyone was professional and friendly. Our Installers Ivan and Roberto were equally professional, courteous, and continually cleaned up around the install. This Company was rated 100% by me compared to all the other companies we dealt with on the remodel. You will not be disappointed working with Stone Crafters.

Everything was perfect until a couple of days after the install we realized the caulking was not drying clear as the installer promised. When I tried contacting them about fixing it I was told they would get back to me but was never contacted and my follow up emails were ignored. Otherwise the countertops look great

Ivan and Roberto were excellent to work with. Very professional, and efficient. They installed 2 double vanities in our bathrooms, and did a flawless job. Everything looks great, and they hauled everything our and cleaned up very well. Very friendly as well, and wore their masks at all times, without any prompting from us. Turns out, this was our second time with Roberto, who had installed our kitchen counters a couple of years ago. Thanks again, Roberto, and thanks Ivan!

Ultimately I decided to walk away from a purchase from them. I was lured in by a really inexpensive granite slab only to learn they charge 2 to 3 times the amount of the slab to fabricate the slab. I get that there is some amazing technology that laser cuts the material these days, but the truth is, fabrication has been around longer than these technologies. For example, I looked at a slab that was about $500. To purchase that slab with the cuts would be about $2000. So there is definitely a bait and switch cause the fabrication is where they gouge you (gouge is an understatement). They offer financing, but only if you go with their fabrication. Otherwise, its cash and carry only, and they literally mean carry. They wont even offer delivery if you purchase the slabs from them. While I was looking at purchasing 4 pieces, I ultimately decided not to move forward because their policies turn punitive if you dont get their grossly overpriced fabrication services. When I mentioned this to the sales rep, she said I was welcome to find a back alley fabricator. I had to laugh. Does she realize that these back alley contractors have been doing this longer than those machines have been around? I am happy to give a company business, but only if they are invested in what fits the needs of their customer. I would not do business with this company. I gave them two stars because they do have a nice inventory. Also, they are owned by the same owners as Granite Depot, so this review applies to both.

I wish I could give a negative or no rating whatsoever - Worst experience I have ever had with contractors!!! I purchased my granite slabs through Granite Depot and then my project was transferred to Stone Crafters for the fabrication and install. I was forced to pay the entire amount of the project before they would even walk in the door, yet then when THEY didnt perform on time as promised (multiple last-minute cancellations by them - this being after having my demo work was already completed as they insisted, leaving me with an uninhabitable residence) AND did extremely poor job performance, I was pretty much told too bad, so sad and had no recourse whatsoever. I was forced out of my residence for almost a week since I had no running water, no fixtures, no countertops and yet they were unwilling to refund even a small portion of all the money I had to pay them upfront...even though all the cancellations were solely on them. They are the WORST and I would never do business with them again and have shared this nightmare of an experience with everyone I know to steer them away as well!

Stone Crappers Inc is ran by a slime ball owner. The same crook that owns Granite Cheepo as a matter of fact. These two companies are out to get your money and leave you wanting. Customer service is atrocious. They cant do geometric math to save their lives much less provide an official price on your job! All of their material has huge fissures and defects throughout the slab compared to other places. They make you pay a premium for exotic slabs the owner probably gets for a huge discount due to all the defective slabs he purchased by the bundle! Then, rather than pass the savings on to the consumer, they show you one flawless exotic slab in the warehouse and then send you the crumbling deteriorating slab he got for a discount. All while charging you for premium exotic slabs. Poor craftsmanship and overall knowledge of the fabrication and installation process just add more to an already shady experience! Now hes tried to move Stone crappers to a different location in hopes to further disassociate the fabrication process ftom Granite Cheepos reputation. Stone Crappers was terrible before! Now with the move, they have the operational mentality of a decapitated chicken! They ALL SUCK!

I had problems with the stone that was installed in my kitchen. I thought I purchased quartzite but turned out to be dolomite. The etching was very bad. They came back to check it out a couple of times. Linda was super knowledgeable and very helpful. The company replaced the stone with a quartzite that I picked out. I met with Linda for the layout. The installers came out and were very professionals. Thank you Linda for your help!

My wife and I scheduled an appointment with a sales consultant named Alicia to look at slabs and get a quote on counter tops. Upon arrival we asked the receptionist for Alicia and mentioned we had an appointment. The receptionist verified our information and proceeded to talk with Alicia. When the receptionist returned she informed us that Alicia was busy but she could help us out instead. At this point it was clear our job was not big enough for Alicias schedule but we proceeded to talk with the receptionist anyway. Our experience felt shady as if they were trying to hide something, the products on the website could not be verified by the receptionist and as others have mentioned the fabrication costs are 2-3 times the cost of the slab.($75 plus per square foot of finished product)We will be taking our business elsewhere due to the unprofessional nature at Stone Crafters.

Kitchen Granite Aug. 2018 5 Stars for the most exotic colors and patterns of granite offered, and service. One piece of granite delivered had a yellowed background instead of white and didnt match rhe other giant piece on the island. The installers notified the company, who cut anothet piece that had a white background (thank goodness for a spare piece of matching granite) and installed it to match. Great service! 3 Stars for scheduling (installed at night in the dark) and cutting work (granite edge next to the refrigerator was not cut straight.). End result, though, was stunning granite on the back splash and long island!

We had a fabulous experience with this company. They found a remnant that exactly matched our needs; measured it precisely; installed it quickly and efficiently in our Ft Collins condo; and plumbed it in without charging extra even though there were complicating issues. Truly a company that does not prioritize Customer Service. They portray the attitude you need me more than I need you, as crazy as it may sound.Very expensive in the long run. Dont have any modifications done,, cause they will gouge you on every extra inch. The scheduling is handled by a person who is abrasive who you have to kiss her A-s to get a workable appt.or do any kind of business. If you are entitled to a credit, good luck chasing it. It is the most exhausting company to do business with. Look out! they will say they threw your excess granite away when you buy a huge slab so make sure you receive it. Appt day they showed up 2 1/2 hours late. When we called they said they had truck problems. We asked the drivers and they confirmed no truck problems that day. Whew! I am glad it is over..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They cut our countertops incorrectly, installed them wrong, left visible seams and huge holes in our counters as they tried to fix the seams. Then they offered to replace our counters but wouldnt pay for the work associated with a full replacement (basic sink disconnection and re-connection and some cabinetry work that would be impacted by the replacement). After trying to negotiate with them regarding the replacement that they guaranteed, they sent me a contract they wanted me to sign promising not to give them a negative review online. BAD BUSINESS. Stay away.Im adding to my review having read the owners response. This company never fails to disappoint with their complete and utter lack of integrity. Their response below is full of factual misrepresentations - future customers beware - you wont be dealing with an ethical company if you chose to do business with Stone Crafters.

Bought a granite remnant for our bathroom. We had to pay 100% for product and labor up front - no exceptions! When it came time to install, they refused to schedule an appointment to measure until our new cabinet was in. We guaranteed our cabinet would be in by a certain date, but they still refused to even schedule an appt. until the cabinet was installed. So when the cabinet was installed, we called them. It took them 2 more days for them to come out and measure, and then they would not install for another 2 weeks, so we were without a bathroom for over 2 weeks! Two days before installation was to occur, they called and said we needed to pay another $47 because of new measurements. If we didnt come in to pay that $47, they would cancel our installation - this after having had our money for the granite and labor for over a month! When the date for installation came, they would only give us a ETA of 8:00-5:00. At 3:30 pm that day, they called to say they wouldnt make it to install that day after all. After they finally installed, we noticed scratches in the granite underneath the seal and a depression on the back splash that they filled with caulk. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I will never use them again, and would not recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend Stone Crafters. Firstly they are not inexpensive but I am normally happy to pay a premium for quality work. However they disappointed in the project they did for us. (Kitchen counters, back splash) They were not able to coordinate with other companies for pre work needed prior to the installation. The installation took several days longer that estimated. The quality of the quartz in particular was subpar and the workmanship of the installers was not of a quality associated with higher end applications. Follow up and communication is not an acceptable level. Still struggling to have mistakes and sloppy work corrected.I would look else ware particularly for a higher end project.
