We did a substantial remodel mid-2019, tearing out a kitchen partition wall for an open floor plan with our living and dining areas, and new wood floor, lighting, stair railings, appliances, countertops, and cabinets (including a new island). We bought our cabinets at Home Clearance Center, with Marcia Yost as our designer. We are delighted with the results, and Marcia was terrific to work with.When we finally decided to do this after talking about it for years, my wife wanted to get it done before the end of July. An interior designer we were talking with just wasn’t as responsive as we wanted. After meeting with Marcia, we decided we didn’t need the interior designer. Marcia was extremely prompt and responsive throughout the entire process, producing a 3D computer rendering of our cabinets and island, with price quote, less than a week after our first meeting. I am detail-oriented, and there were a lot of meetings and emails after that to fine-tune the design and specs. Marcia was always very patient and very quick to answer questions or address any issues.We ended up getting Diamond cabinets on the perimeter walls in cherry wood with a dark (“Grizzly”) stain, and an island comprised of Showplace cabinets with a smoky blue paint finish. Marcia was very knowledgeable about both brands and their respective features. My wife knew a lot of what she wanted, but she was very taken with some additional options and features that Marcia showed us. Marcia also came up with some design elements we hadn’t thought of, and she suggested several improvements on our own design ideas.When it came time for on-site measurements, we met in our home with Marcia and our contractor and walked through specific details, making several final adjustments. Marcia understands cabinet installation, and both at that meeting and later she gave some helpful tips to our contractor, who hadn’t previously installed frameless (all access) cabinets.An important measure of how well a business takes care of customers is how they do when something goes awry. There were a few issues with the cabinets as shipped to us by both Diamond and Showplace. Marcia was right on top of it, working with both manufacturers to get the problems taken care of quickly. We felt like she was an advocate on our side, working to make sure we were satisfied.Our remodel was completed on schedule, and we couldn’t be happier. We are pleased to be able to wholeheartedly recommend Marcia and Home Clearance Center without reservation.

We had an amazing experience with Home Clearance Center! The personal service and expert advice were great -- all delivered without sales pressure. Kathy answered every question, and if she wasnt available her colleagues stepped up. Moving to a new home during quarantine added a whole new level of complexity, and they made it very easy to navigate.And -- its beautiful. This was our second time working with Kathy at Home Clearance Center. We were so thrilled with how our guest bathroom turned out that we didnt have to think twice to contact her for our master bathroom remodel. Kathy takes time to listen to your ideas and thoughts and boom, brings them to life. She makes the selection process so easy and stress free. Once we have recovered from the master bath remodel, we plan on working with her for our third bathroom remodel.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, don’t do business with these people. Ashlee Dunn ordered the WRONG DOOR STYLE on some of my cabinets, and to try to get out of replacing them, her and the manager Kathy fisher tried to lie and say I had wanted to order two different door styles in one kitchen. I have email to prove it otherwise. She also ordered the wrong size on one cabinet. And received others damaged and they haven’t replaced any. They are unethical and shameful people. Do not trust your money with these people. I spent $13,000 on cabinets and this is how they treated me. RUN, find another place to take your business because they screwed me without blinking an eye.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and chose to work with Home Clearance Center. Our kitchen was installed a few weeks ago, and it looks beautiful. Kathy did a great job at every step of the process. She is knowledgeable, detail oriented, creative, and very responsive. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!The worst business experience I can remember. Owner was absolutely worthless and didn’t even try to fix his company’s errors. From being sold on the wrong color cabinets to them acting like it was a hassle for them to fix their errors. The company is ran so terribly that they cannot even tell me when they can fix their errors. We ordered the cabinets in June and it’s now September 10 and I’m still waiting for cabinet doors and parts. I feel completely ripped off and don’t want anyone else to feel this kind of disgust.

On the advice of my contractor I used this company to remodel 2 bathrooms and ordered everything through Chuck Gomez last spring. Everything came in perfect on time and he kept us updated on the shipment. When I went to order kitchens cabinets Chuck was gone and I had to deal with someone else. I chose the cabinets, My contractor ordered kitchen cabinets and paid for them July 1st. The chg. appeared on the account July 3rd. We were PROMISED 3 weeks delivery time. My kitchen was torn out in time for the cabinets to arrive. No one updated me on the eta of the shipment. I finally had to call to find out it was being delayed. It is now August 7th {5 weeks} and the cabinets arrived at 5:00 last night. My contractor was there waiting to pick them up and they refused to unload the truck so I am delayed another day. A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. This company has certainly gone downhill since last spring. I am warning all my friends not to use this company. There is no better advertising than word of mouth!!!!

Kathy Fisher is an ultimate professional and really listens to her clients. I told her my vision and she made it come true and more. More meaning, I told her I had a decorative wine piece that I wanted to incorporate in the wall...the more she added wine cubes! I now have the kitchen of my dreams after saving for 10 years! It is easy to give full stars when things go well. However, it is harder to get a glowing review when they do not! The cabinets that arrived were not as expected - and Chuck from HCC really went to bat for us to get us the kitchen cabinets that we are now SO SO happy with. Chuck and his manager were awesome to deal with during a stressful situation and I really appreciate all they did from start to finish.Chuck did a great job with our digital layout and design too.I would give them more stars if I could.

Excellent quality, speed and service. They are not a pretty showroom, with lots of people there to help you through hours of planning and design. That is not what they are. They do have a very small showroom with examples of cabinet fronts and hardware, but it is not a grand showroom. If you know what you want, how you want it, and at a discount price - they are great. They even bent over backwards to fix an error I made when I ordered - I forgot a door front - and they expedited it and had it ready in a a couple of days. I appreciated their hard work. And the workmanship was flawless. High quality at a low price.

As a professional cabinet installer I have been installing cabinets from home clearance center for over a decade. I have found no company better at customer service and that stands behind the product they sell. As opposed to working with places like Home Depot which do not treat the customers with 100% attention and are quick to pass the buck back to home owners and contractors.Over the years I have see the staff at Home Clearance Center bend over backwards for clients that in some cases didnt deserve it.You may pay slightly more but what you get in customer service and knowledge about the products they sell far out weighs the insignificant cost difference .

I highly recommend Home Cearance Center if you are planning a kitchen project. I am a general contractor with 30 years experience installing kitchens and was fortunate to find Chuck Gomez at HCC. Chuck is a professional, knowledgeable kitchen designer who worked hard to include every feature we asked for. Working with Chuck was like sitting down with a seasoned building contractor, he made sure all trim parts were ordered to make all the features we requested flow beautifully. Our cabinets came in before the promised date and a very professional delivery man was right on time and pleasant to work with. Our granite was fabricated by a company provided by Chuck. They were fantastic, great price, showed up when promised and did a beautiful job. It is rare for a kitchen job to flow with absolutely no issues, Chuck Gomez and Home Clearance Center provided a perfect kitchen I was able to install completely in one day. A final note in my recommendation as a prudent consumer, I checked the cost against Home Depot and they were 20% higher, the “designer” was poorly trained and called away many times and I had a very low level of confidence my kitchen would deliver correctly. I chose Home Clearance Center about six years ago for a complete diy kitchen remodel, all the cabinets arrived as scheduled. After a few years there were a few issues with a couple of doors warping, HCC ordered new parts without issue or charge. Recently a couple of the self closing drawers had problems closing completely. Ashlee Dunn ordered replacement hardware several times until we received the parts required. (First set damaged by Fed Ex, second set stolen by porch pirates, third set we picked up at HCC) Her effort for customer service confirms this company values its customers.

I called with some questions about cabinet shelves. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, put me on hold, and then gave me an obnoxious quote to get rid of me (without even asking the measurements). I could tell she was having a lot of fun doing this. The next time I have a project, big or small, I will not be calling this place. Im sure there are nice, respectful employees too, but this one ruined the place for me.

I just went to Home Clearance Center to look for cabinets for my basement wet bar project. I met with Melissa Thrasher who was very rude and extremely unfriendly during the entire process. She acted as she was doing me a favor by sitting down with me to design my space. First she greeted me by saying that we only do design plans for our clients and then she reluctantly began to design my space. She rolled her eyes several times in response to my questions about the cabinets, finishes, etc. Very unprofessional behavior - I will never come back to this business! She also quoted me $1,673.97 for just two cabinets and a cubby nook cabinet. Really unbelievable experience! See other comments about her from other people on Yelp.

So disappointed and quite frankly embarrassed that I recently sent a client in to look at a variety of cabinets. Referred them to Emily who happened to be out and our main point of contact. She has provided my clients with great service.Melissa said she could see my clients so they drove down from Greenwood Village, just wanting to look. I had suggested as a starting point Aristokraft, what we typically use with middle range budgets. My customers said the meeting with Melissa was a horrible experience - rude beyond belief and condesending. My clients informed me that No way in Hell would they purchase from Home Clearance CenterAs a small business owner, I try to use other small companies and rely on them to provide the same level of service to my clients as I would for themI am aware that we can all have a bad day, but this is about the 5th complaint from different clients about the same person on the phone and in showroom. Too bad because i truly believe Hpme Clearance have great products to meet all budgets.Im totally embarrassed. i called ahead first sent them down and , and sadly for Home Clearance. The customer went to the second showroom I referred and dropped $45k on custom cabinets.
