I don’t ever leave reviews but I feel like I have to.. yes they have delayed our water jugs, but also we just moved and we can’t get in contact with anyone to change our address so all of water is being delivered to the old apartment and not only that our water dispenser is leaking and I can’t get ahold of anyone to come out and service it. Really hope they step it up soon. As of right I don’t recommend deep rock water to anyone.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two weeks. They have missed our water delivery for an entire month--and we have a manufacturing facility with no air conditioning. As I write this I am on hold and have been on for an hour and thirty three minutes....there is a real need for a good water service in norther colorado. Eldorado Water, please come north!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE————I’ve used Deep Rock, who was bought out by some awful company, for at least 10 years. After months of no delivery, very very late delivery and no way to talk to someone other than a phone babysitter, I’ve had it.

Abhorrent customer service! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Im currently on hold AGAIN, this particular time its been an hour so far, and this is the 5th time Ive had to call in the past week and a half because no one has shown up to pick up our cooler and bottles! Every time Ive called they say, dont worry - theyre running behind but will be there today! and then they dont show up. Total joke.

I live in Westminster and continue to get excuse after excuse. I have 6 containers that are empty and ready for pick up. Management needs to get off their butts and complete these deliveries if they are short staffed. This is ongoing and ready to cancel

Water deliveries have been delayed one after the other. Dispatchers give false promises that shipment will arrive, only to receive notifications they are not coming out. Why does your company feel this is an acceptable business practice????On the verge of cancelling due to recent poor customer service.

Im in Westminster and like others reviewing here I have received water I didnt order in the beginning. Stopped delivery and still got delivered and on top of it 3 times the amount it would have been if not canceled because of previous deliveries being too much. Had to call and cancel again for 90 days just to catch up. Once caught up they said they left 1 bottle even they were supposed to leave 2. But never got left anything. Called again and they said theyd come back within the hour and nobody showed up. I will be finding a new company to get service from. This place doesnt seem to know how to do anything correctly.

Deep Rock has missed our last two deliveries, even after talking to them the day before to ensure our delivery today. No delivery! So frustrated.

Its day 5 of putting out my water and machine. I get the same were running extremely behind response. This is what you have to look forward to when you discontinue service. We are moving and we need these gone ASAP!

Deep rock water delivers water you didn’t order. The customer service reps are out of touch with each Other. Delivery drivers don’t show up on delivery dates or follow orders. This post is for whoever controls the Thornton area water services specifically. Thornton parkway and Colorado areas

Are always on time and very helpful in putting bottles of water inside my garage as I have trouble moving them. Provide distilled water which is what I prefer to drink. Very reasonably priced.
