I bought a Lund 1175 Adventure Sport from Crowley Marine. I live in Scottsdale, AZ, and had to set up the purchase via phone calls and emails.The staff at Crowley were very prompt, friendly and made the entire process seamless as possible. When I arrived at the scheduled day and time to pick up my Lund, it was prepped, had all the equipment agreed upon and installed. I got an extremely thorough walk through of all the features and benefits plus a few instructions to follow. Royce, the Lund sales professional, ensured all my questions were answered and availed himself for any future inquiries. Everyone I came in contact from sales to finance to service greeted me with a smile and willingness to assist me. I highly recommend the staff at Crowley Marine.

Placed an order for a small boat engine part almost 3 weeks ago. The site indicated that it was available. No tracking # or any customer service contacts were provided to indicate that it was on back order. First time ordering from this company, and it will be my last.

I had an excellent experience with Crowley. They were very knowledgeable, well priced, and had great customer service. Brent was the salesman I worked with and I could not have left happier. Upon returning home, I realized they had not installed a transducer for my sonar. One call to Brent and he sent a tech out (2 1/2 hours away) in a few days to finish the mistake. Very professional response and left me a very satisfied customer. Shop here, they are the complete package!

I bought a used outboard boat from Crowley Marine in 1975 as is - no motor. I hung a used Chrysler outboard on it and my kids grew up with it. Mr Crowley was very helpful and a pro.Dave has managed the business in the years since. I went to Crowley to repower a 21 bass boat in 2018 with an Evinrude 225 following a bad experience with Honda/Fay Meyers. I have hit 60 mph via GPS at 8,500 (Shadow Mountain Lake) and could not be happier with the work done, communication and fair dealing. No one is perfect but I can only say that after a pile of verbal s*** from Bass Pro about Mercury, Crowley really delivered for me.

About two years ago, I bought my first boat. It was from a private owner and a combination fish-ski boat, although I only used it for fishing, it was good for my first boat. After awhile of many family and friends fishing trips, we decided that our current boat was inadequate,, so I began my search for another more dedicated fishing boat. After spending countless hours searching the internet, I ran across a boat at Crowley Marine that I thought would suit our needs. My wife and I decided to get up early to pay Crowley a visit, and I have never regretted that decision. First when we arrived we were warmly greeted by Scott who works in service, he was more than helpful in showing us the boat we came to see and then after hearing what we were looking for, directing us to the boat we currently have. Dave, the owner, then came over to assist us even more and from there the service level went even higher. He explained the features of the boat we were purchasing and was more willing to make any necessary adjustments to the vessel because he knew I would be taking my parents on a lot of trips. After negotiations, which were painless, Dave gave me a fair deal for my boat as a trade-in and we purchased a 2008 Ranger 620vs. Fast forward to now, since that time I couldn’t be happier with my boat. I have had Crowley perform services and assist me in making the boat more suited to my personal fishing tastes and they have never disappointed me. I can remember my dad using Crowley Marine and I will too, if my son ever gets into boating I will recommend Crowley to him too!

I just purchased my 2020 1875 Pro Guide with the help of Royce and the Crowley team. What an AWESOME experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, generous, time-efficient, and organized. They helped me answer questions I couldnt answer for myself even with all my research. They rigged up my on board charger, trolling motor, two sonar units (one of which is linked to my trolling motor), and my VesselView link. All of it was extremely well done- it would have taken ages to hack out that job. Pauls Custom Cover is a partner of theirs and the cover they made for it held up well even under the super dense, wet snow that fell two days ago. They set the covers posts to just the right height and it trailered beautifully all the way home. I mean, top to bottom, I was so happy to have Crowley hook me up with my dream boat. I plan to get all motor maintenance work done there for sure. If you are looking for a Lund, Crowley is the place. They also have a sparkling stock of Rangers. If you love boats, drop in and say hi to the staff and dream about the boats. Its a cozy a place to be!

There are more places to boat in Colorado than you might be thinking.They have the top lines of boats for fishing (Lund and Ranger), as well as Sylvan pontoon boats.The area where they really shine is customer service. Excellent follow-up and quality of work. Im super please with their customer service by the whole team. My salesperson is Brent Henry and he is a superstar. Very knowledgeable on boats and always willing to go the extra mile.very pleased and Id recommend Crowley to anyone.

Needed a part for my Yamaha 4 AC outboard. I found it impossible to locate the part in Ireland, so ordered from Crowley Marine. Must say they are a World Class Company to deal with. Without hesitation I would recommend them for their professional service.

The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Keith changed the prop on our boat in the street when we mentioned our concerns regarding the amount of time it took for our Ranger to plain out. They were even willing to take the slightly used prop in trade. We have called Brent on weekends and he talked us through some issues we were having with the fish finder. He went so far as to advise us with good fishing locations on the lake and which lure to use. They are great to work with. Thank you.

Ordered a prop and they were great to work with and very responsive. I have used other online stores to purchase parts but these guys are hands down great to work with. I wish I had a local dealer that was this caring about the customer.

Ordered a part online that they said they had in stock. It never came. I called several times and then they finally told me the part was discontinued and they couldnt get it in... it was a hassle to get through to them and get my refund. I was incredibly disappointed with this reputable company.

The parts department at Crowley is fantastic. I ordered decals for my engines and I noticed that had put down the incorrect number for one the the decals when I got the conformation of shipment. I called to order the correct part and figured that I would eat the wrong ones. The parts guy said let me see, the shipment may not have been picked up yet. Well hemust have had to search through boxes but he found it and corrected my mistake. Now that is going the extra mile even for a piddly part!

I purchased a boat from Crowley Marine last week and I felt compelled to leave a review. I was trying to find a boat to use strictly for fishing and I wasnt having much luck finding a used one. After doing some research on the brand of boat I wanted to buy, I found that Crowleys was an authorized dealer. After a few minutes on the phone with Royce Powell and a small deposit my boat was on order. Once the boat arrived a few weeks later we made an appointment to come pick it up and sign the paperwork. Everything went quite smoothly and we were in and out in under two hours and that includes the mechanic installing a seat in the position that I had chosen. I was extremely happy with the quickness of the whole process. I wish buying a car was this fast!

I called in to order a new lower unit for my Mercury 225 outboard. I made sure that they knew it was a 8 spline output shaft. Well, they send me a 13 spline output shaft. I call and they say that they have to have one made. I am now out another week and a half. Terrible listening skills!

Even though they didnt have the part I needed that ordered it and when it arrived it was wrong. It was simple as they took care of the issue to get the correct part.

I have bought nearly 60 all new vehicles, boats, trailers and motorcycles in my 48 years of driving. I have never had such a great experience as with these guys. If one was busy, another guy would help. Brent was full of knowledge about the boats and motors. If i had a concern, he would make sure i was fully satisfied. No pressure at all. I came from Las Vegas, just to see what boats they had on the floor. I ended up buying one of them. It was not prepped yet. Because i was in hotels costing me a lot of money, they prepped it right away, and got me on the water, sent out to get a bimini top custom made, detailed the boat and i was out of there in 2 days. Awesome, great guys, from the sales department, boat demo, to the detailer. Go Ranger.

Waiting now for 2 parts orders for 2 months and still have not received. Address is correct. No response from Crowley. Very disappointed.

I order an item and payed by Depit Card(Interac).the payment was taken from my account but they said they never received the payment. I contacted the Bank. They told me they should have received it. I cant get any satisfaction fromCrowley Marine!!
