Bought my sport bike here. The sales staff is helpful and when it comes to negotiating they give it to you straight, no BS. Very knowledgeable, great place to buy if you dont want the run-around you get at other dealers. They will show you all your options and help steer you towards what is the best fit for you, without trying to up-sell. Ivan and Brent were great to work with, looking forward to buying from here again. Also, free delivery in the area!

I bought a Yamaha TTR-110 today, 9/15/2021, and worked with Ivan. From the very first call I got nothing but excellent service. Ivan was there every step of the way and never had a problem answering any of my questions. The buying process was extremely efficient; I was in and out in under 30 minutes. All in all; there is no other place to buy a Yamaha in the State of Colorado.

We have always had great honest work in the service department at Vickery, but recently we had the pleasure of working with Shaggy in sales department. Shaggy is the absolute MAN!! He went above and beyond to get us the Yamaha GP1800 weve been waiting for since last September. Shaggy is so knowledgeable but more importantly hes HONEST AND KIND. I would 10/10 times buy anything Shaggy was selling! He was great with communication, and never got annoyed with my 9 million calls and requests for updates ;D. Hes now working on getting us a second machine and we cant be more excited! Thanks Shaggy and the Vickery team!! SO, go buy a new toy from VICKERY, and always ask for SHAGGY!!!

The staff is friendly enough, but I took my bike in to replace the tires which was pretty expensive. I shouldve price checked other places. I paid $120 for them to change my tires and Fay Myers does it for $80.I asked them to look into an electrical issue I was having. My fuse was blown so I replaced it but the right blinker stopped working. They charged a one hour diagnostic fee (fair enough but another whopping $130) and said they cleaned out some dirt and gravel from the switch and called it a day.Ten minutes on the road my fuse blew again so clearly the issue has not been fixed. I called the shop and the mechanic simply said he doesnt know what else it could be.End of day Im out $286.42 to change some tires and continue to have an electrical issue.Lesson? Dont come here for service requests.

Unprofessional and rude. This shop has had my bike on and off since may and it is now mid august. They claim to be an authorized Yamaha dealer and mechanic but they cannot even read Yamaha codes thrown from a scooter. My scooter has not started right since I brought it to them and has been back now 4 times for the same issue. The shop is closed from Saturday night to Tuesday morning and the employees stop working or taking phone calls well before they close. Expect a wait time of about a month on each job, and if it’s more difficult to diagnose than an oil change they’ll probably just give it back a month later and tell you they don’t know what’s wrong.-Find real mechanics that are actually professionals.-if the kids working the counter are rude, like they are here, it’s the first sign to choose another shop. Not to mention a gas cap they “ordered in may” has not arrived yet but could have been ordered next day through Amazon.

Looked to purchase a bike from these guys, gentlemen called and explained that there is not only an in-bound freight fee of nearly $389 (whereas standard rate for this are approx. $220), but also a setup fee of $280. To top it off - he claims that he must charge tax on the shipping and service fees - as per the state of Colorado:Delivery and freight charges are generally exempt from Colorado sales tax so long as theyre both separable from the purchase and separately stated on the customer invoice. Not only is this a disservice to customers, but technically Services (i.e. setup fees) are non taxable - as per the state of Colorado:Generally, labor and services are not subject to sales tax.I dont understand why a business would want to charge customers MORE tax, when they are already adding fees to an in-stock product. Im sure these guys are nice guys, but this is TERRIBLE customer service!

Excellent experience buying my snow check sled with Vickery. Their price beat the other dealer Ive gone to for a few years by a few hundred dollars. They didnt add on any document fees or prep fees so the quote they gave was price plus my sales tax. Nice and simple. No runaround and no hidden fees. Brent, the sales manger, set up all of my paperwork and had it ready the day I took delivery. He was personable and didnt have a standoffish attitude that Ive felt from other places. When we walked outside the sled was loaded right where I wanted it on the truck and ready to be tied down. All of this while they are getting ready the day before one of the biggest events of the snowmobiling year, the snowmobile expo.I was also impressed by the timely email response I got while setting up the pickup of my sled and he only covered details that really mattered for the transaction. The bottom line is these folks seem genuinely interested in winning my business by doing right by me and Ill be back when its time to trade up to a newer sled.

Unfortunately, I purchased my 2nd 570 Sportsman recently, and the sales person was very rude about the method of payment. To make things worse the foot brake was inoperative and had no pressure. I took it in and the technicians said all of the foot brakes he tested at the dealership dont work well, and I should use the hand brake primarily. Vickery lost my business and confidence today. I dont typically leave negative reviews, but I had my single worst motorcycling experience at this shop. We drove 45 minutes to see a bike that they had listed for sale on their website and when we showed up seemingly every bike in the shop, which was about 10 bikes total, had a sold sign. I sat on one of the bikes just to get a feel for the size and the first sales rep was totally fine with it and we chatted about the bike. I decided to sit on it one more time because I thought it was the bike I wanted to buy and another sales rep aggressively told me to get off because it was already sold. He actually swore when telling me to get off. I told him we had driven for 45 minutes to see the bike because the website listed it for sale and after driving that far was hoping to at least sit on the bike to get a feel for it. He told me it was my fault for not calling to check if their listings were accurate and its not their responsibility to only list bikes online for sale that are actually in inventory and for sale. We went in wanting to buy a motorcycle so that my girlfriend could start riding with me and left saying wow can we never go back there again? What just happened? It ruined our shopping experience for the day and was very disappointing overall as buying a bike is supposed to be fun. Dont waste your time here and just go somewhere like Fay Myers, G-Force, or Sun Enterprise who actually has inventory and is more than happy to let you sit on bikes and get a feel for them.

I went with my parents to purchase a jet ski. I live out of town and was meeting them there. They arrived at 9:00 a.m. and had selected the new jet ski they wanted pretty quickly. Being the first people, you would expect a speedy process. At first they said a car registration and ID would work. After over four hours of waiting, doing the credit check, filling out the paperwork, going to lunch and coming back, they had not done anything. IN fact the salesmen spent most of his time in the backroom and didnt give any updates. After over 4 hours of waiting, they said they were not doing the sale because a registration would not work.We go to G-Force Power Sports and buy the same exact jet ski, trailer, cover, life vests for cheaper! They process their loans through the same place- Yamaha. Amazingly at G-Force, Yamaha would accept the registration. Luckily due to Vickery Motorsports awful customer service and sales, we got a better deal, more product, and left with a better experience.

He said that promotions would still be available even though the website said expired the day of the call. Never received a call back so I called again. Spoke with Ivan and he gave me different promotions than we spoke about which was due to the previous promotion expiring. I asked to speak to the sales manager(Brett Miller) to get clarification. He stated the sales price was expired and that Polaris can pull these whenever they want. I explained that Ivan said I would still get the promotional rate and all I got was a sorry. He did say he would check with the owner and see if he would honor the rate and get back with me later in the day. I have not received a call back! I live in Idaho Springs and I have been looking for a few months for the best deal on a Yamaha TW200 for my wife. I bypassed other Yamaha dealerships to get to Vickery because it was the only dealership I could find that was actually having a sale ($100 off). Also, other dealers in the fine print mention a $250 dealer destination fee or whatever. No mention of this on the Vickery website. I figured there would be some extra charge anyway but I was extremely happy to find that there were no hidden fees or any surprises at all. I paid the asking price plus 2% sales tax. That’s it. I will have to pay the state some more tax when I get a plates for it but that is expected. The sales guy Brent was fantastic. I commented that I was impressed that even the gas tank was full. What a sad excuse for a dealership. I came all the way down from Longmont to try out an MT-07. I even called ahead and was told that they had the bike on the floor, and I said good I will come check it out. I walked in, looked around at the extremely limited selection of bikes for about 10 minutes, until I flagged down a salesperson (older guy) and asked if I could sit on the bike. He just said Yeah, be careful, thanks for asking. I then proceeded to sit on the bike, look at it from a few angles, and then I just hung out on the floor waiting for one of them to come over and help me. The older guy was messing around on a computer and he had not interacted with a customer since I walked in, and the younger darker skinned guy with an accent was sitting in his cubicle (sorry, nobody introduced themselves by name, so I dont know how else to describe them). I asked him if he could help since nobody appeared to care about me wanting to spend some money (I hadnt even gotten a hello, how are you or are you interested in an mt07 or anything and I had been wandering around as one of two customers on the floor for 15 minutes) and after he finished up whatever he was doing he asked what my questions were. I said I think I might want to buy one, but Id love to get it out on the road first since I havent ridden one yet. He then proceeded to explain that his manager said no test rides were allowed anymore, because their customers dont want to buy bikes with miles on them. I then referenced BOTH their website AND their craigslist ads that say Come to Vickery today and test ride the fuel injected 700cc MT07. Youre going to want to take it home. (I literally just copy pasted that)...and he said yeah, sorry thats just the rule. If you want to buy it let me know.So I guess the joke is on you guys, because I did get to ride one at another dealer, I loved it, and it is now sitting my garage. I honestly dont expect this place to last long if this is how they treat their customers, especially with the ongoing pandemic and a huge recession coming in. Good riddance!

The service was great, the people are knowledgeable and solicitous, I was not hard sold on anything and my bike was done quickly. Tommy in parts, Redman in Service, and the rest of the team did a great job. I found my new “go to” place to care for my Super T!

Ive been coming to Vickery for close to 16 years now. My dad bought me my first Yamaha from here when I was six years old and now Im bringing my own bike here to get it serviced when it needs it! Just this past weekend, my bike was getting its pre-season inspection and everyone that I met down in the service department was extremely kind and professional. Tony is the manager down there and he was great at listening to my wants and needs as I had some other requests along with the general service. Thank you, Tony, for all of your help and Ill be back soon when I need some new rubber!

I cant speak highly enough of these guys. Their prices are fair and they dont try to BS you like many dealers do. A lot of shops only care about how much money they can make from you but that is NOT the case with Vickery. You can tell everybody who works there is passionate about what they do and they care about the quality of their work and their reputation. Its really refreshing and a positive environment. This is the only place in Denver Ill buy a bike or have my existing bike serviced. Do yourself a favor by giving Vickery your business.

My son and I were on an 8000 mile bike road trip to Florida. We noticed my sons tire was down to the threads so thought it best to get a new tire, duh. We were passing through the Denver area and Vickery was the closest to our location. We got there an hour early so had an opportunity to talk with one of the techs. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy with 31 years at the company. The guy behind the service counter, I think his name was Jake, had a great demeanor and got us in and out quickly. They put a tire on my bike as well. Their prices are very reasonable especially for being located so close to a large metropolitan area. I dont know how changing tires can be a positive experience but it was. Thanks guys!

Even after my handful of phone calls to the service department, Jake and the rest of the service staff were more than welcome to accommodate me with whatever I needed. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and quality of work. Thanks again Vickery Service Team!

Went in to check out a bike Id been stalking online for a few weeks and ended up riding out with another one. Josh and Pete are great, informative and truly interested in making sure you make the most out of your purchase and get exactly what it is your looking for. Helped me out with a helmet and a cover for my bike and went over everything with each item in detail. Will definitely go back if there is anything I need and will certainly recommend to everyone I know!

Drop 2 sleds off on a Friday to be winterized. Stated that it would be done Monday or Tuesday as there was only 2 sleds ahead of me. No call no notice so I called on Wednesday find out what was going on. Come to find out the sleds have not even been put in work and stated that they would be put on 1st thing . I called back Thursday afternoon in they still had not got the sleds in but promised to be have them done Friday Show up to big up this lads the clutches are completely dirty and everybody runs from responsibility and grabs a mechanic to tell us we dont strip apart the clutch to clean it we just spray with air in aerosol missing plugs spare blogs attention to detail was very little I did not want to take it any further to management as I already had enough problems and I will go ahead and just clean it myself Is it not a place I would recommend if you want a high quality work go elsewhere

Randy in the service department was beyond helpful. I dont own a motorcycle, but ended up in the parking lot with a flat tire on my car. He kindly helped me change the tire and was happy to help. EXCELLENT customer service.

Big thanks to Brent and the GM for getting us into the first of many Polaris ATVs for snow pushing and property maintenance. These guys are straight forward, easy to work with and not trying to push extra on you. Also meeting Bruce Sass was pretty incredible. Thanks again!B
