Great product! I bought two vests. One for my 3.5yr old (small Gen 5) & one for my 7yr old (large Gen4) since we do a lot of traveling, even internationally, & I didnt want to drag traditional car seats around. Theyre great for taxis, Uber, Lyft, whatever. I was nervous about the sizing but it worked out. I do wish they were a little more adjustable when it comes to the vest fitting the child. My 7yr old complains that the vest rubs on her neck. She is very thin so even though the seatbelt is positioned correctly the vest moves around on her a little. I really like that the vests are easy to wear so we can have them on the kids while waiting for a ride or hurrying from taxi to train or flight check in. I toss them in our car if were going to family or friend gatherings in case someone else ends up giving them a ride home.Would be 5 stars if fit to child was better & price was a little lower. Otherwise very happy with my purchase!

When we started using the vests 4 years ago it was to save us from having to buy a new car when our 3rd child came along. Now he is old enough to use the vest as well. My oldest has 5-stepped out of car seats. My other two children use the vest everyday. We love it for everyday use and especially when we travel. I cant imagine traveling with kids and car seats once they reach the age to use the vest. I think that would just be silly. :-)

Ive bought both the RideSafer Travel Vest and the Tummy Shield from Safe Ride 4 Kids. Everyone Ive talked to there has been super friendly and helpful. I loved the Tummy Shield, a pregnancy seat belt positioner, when I was pregnant. It made the seat belt so much more comfortable with my belly bump. We got the RideSafer when my older daughter was 3ish for travel. It makes traveling with kids so much easier! We use it every day now that shes in school and Ill need to buy the larger size soon. I just wish you had car seats in between those stages for my new baby.
