The Mommy and Me yoga class is a must! My daughter and I had so much fun together. Half the class we spend together and the last half the kids went into the playroom to give the moms a little break and relaxation. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to come back.

My experience with Belly Bliss has been amazing. I am taking regular prenatal yoga classes with Katell and her energy is just incredible and the classes she instructs are beautiful in how she connects you with your baby, and self. I have also taken the 5 week childbirth course and breastfeeding course and as first time parents to be, my husband and I have gained much more confidence from what we have learned. I have a chiropractic appt today, too, that Im sure will follow suit with being yet another wonderful service provided by Belly Bliss. Lastly, we found our doula (Kristin) through Belly Bliss and are so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Belly Bliss and all of their services for expectant parents and will continue being a customer after baby arrives here in a few weeks, for postpartum services they offer.

Had the most amazing message of my life. The whole time trying to relax all I could think about was how I couldnt wait to book another appointment for the following week. The ambiance was great and the message therapist was beyond. Ive been to so many places to get a message and I feel l like I found my place, even after having my baby I will be booking all messages here. Thank you for the best message of my life and see you this Thursday!

While staying in Denver for a conference I visited Belly Bliss twice this week. Once for pregnancy yoga and then again for a pregnancy massage. Both experiences were wonderful! I always feel a bit nervous visiting a new place in a new city, but was immediately made to feel at ease by their super friendly staff. The yoga class was perfect and the massage was honestly one of the best I have ever had. They had special pillows to allow me to lay face down which was a unique experience - I am 24 weeks pregnant currently! Home to Maine tomorrow and I wish there were a place like this locally to me, Ill miss them!

I highly recommend Belly Bliss to any pregnant women who are looking for fitness and alternative health solutions.Belly Bliss has been an awesome resource center for all things pregnancy and baby! I have used several of their services: prenatal yoga, prenatal massage, chiropractor, breastfeeding class, and exercise classes post-pregnancy. All their personnel have been amazing to work with. They helped prepare me for childbirth and beyond. The prenatal yoga classes were wonderful, physical and emotionally. The instructors really tried to customize the classes to fit the participants’ needs. I was really impressed with the sense of community. They really made me feel part of a larger family. I could tell they all cared a lot about every woman in their classes. They were compassionate and often checked in with me to see how I was doing. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them after I had my baby to offer additional support. My experience post-baby has continued to be great! I look forward to bringing my baby to some of their classes.

Lindsay was an incredible masseuse!!! I would highly, highly recommend her for a massage. I have gotten many massages previously and she provided honestly one of the best I’ve ever had.The only reason I am giving four stars is because of the facility; the ambiance is not very spa-like and could be easily improved to create a better overall experience that goes along with the top-notch treatment. The lobby looks like a mix of a kids play area or a college dorm room and I know they offer other services, but I would recommend making some aesthetic improvements to improve the overall experience so the place promotes a more relaxing and welcome environment.

Best prenatal massage OF MY LIFE!!! If I could give more stars I would. Ive never come away from a prenatal massage feeling so completely relaxed and happy. Every moment I was in awe of how good I was feeling and it just kept going! It was like I could literally feel all the stress and aches melt away. Even the bedding and soothing eye cover were heavenly. I called the next day to schedule another massage and I cant wait. If you have been constantly disappointed with prenatal massage, go see Beth now!

I wasnt sure where to go for prenatal yoga in Denver - I had heard that many places were too hot, or didnt really let you do the yoga - they just have you move blocks around the whole class. Belly Bliss offers good yoga classes in a beautiful environment that is clean and professional. Best of all the staff there is supportive and caring during your pregnancy and in the classes. They have a soothing way or working with you, and it feels great to spend time with other pregnant women.

My husband bought me a package of 3 classes and 2 massages while I was pregnant. I’m giving 3 stars because one of the massages I had was great, the other massage was mediocre, the prenatal yoga classes were fine, and the Mommy and Me yoga class was very disappointing. The Mommy and Me yoga class description on their website shows a picture of a woman doing a pose with a baby, so I assumed that we would be doing that or similar poses in the class, but we did not do any such poses and there was minimal interaction with baby during the class. Instead, the class started 5 minutes late, and then it was 45 minutes of yoga for mom while your baby lies on a blanket in front of you and you’re supposed to ignore your baby. Then the last 5-10 minutes was singing “You Are My Sunshine” and “The Itsy Bitsy Spider” and wiggling baby’s arms and legs. I was very disappointed in how little interaction there was with baby during the class, and I would not recommend it if you want to actually interact with your baby in a Mommy and Me class.I was also disappointed with their amenities. Parking in the area is terrible, and while they say that they have some parking spaces available in the garage, I was never able to get one of them, even when I went for a massage on a Sunday when there were no classes happening. Their website also says that they have private rooms that can be used to breastfeed if your baby gets hungry during class, so I hoped to use one before the Mommy and Me class. However, when I asked the receptionist if there was somewhere private I could feed my baby, she just offered the main waiting area, and during the class there was no mention of these private rooms, so I still don’t know if they actually exist. It’s also the only yoga studio that I’ve ever been to that doesn’t have it’s own bathroom, you have to use a public bathroom in another part of the building. Considering that the target clientele is pregnant women, a bathroom in the studio seems like it should be a necessity.

I attended a good deal of prenatal classes at Belly Bliss during my pregnancy. Most of the classes are fantastic and helped me to fuel a very healthy pregnancy. The reason I am not giving it a better rating is the cleanliness. The floor was always VERY dirty. So much so that when I would roll my mat up, I noticed it was black on the bottom. When you are doing most of your exercises on the floor, and are pregnant for that matter, the last thing you want is to be lying on really dirty floors. Also, I thought the staff at the front could have been a bit nicer. Their clientele are sensitive pregnant women (often first timers) who really need to feel at home in this type of environment. When I get pregnant again, I will go back to give them one more shot. However-I might look elsewhere if these issues have not progressed.

This is a must go for all pregnant and new moms!!! Love them! They have the cutest amber (teething) necklaces for little ones, ones with and without a flower. Have your receipt emailed because if it breaks, they will exchange it for free. See pictures for the flower. My son was having a hard time sleeping while teething and literally fell asleep within 20 minutes after putting it on him! I swear by it and get so many compliments. They also have Mother love, Aden and Anais Muslim swaddles, baby paper, and other cute toys. They offer classes and other resources.

Belly Bliss saved me during my pregnancy!! I dont know what I would have done without their yoga classes and chiropractic services during that time.I also met the perfect doula through Belly Bliss who remained with me throughout my entire 30 hour labor! She was fabulous. As were the childbirth classes I took at Belly Bliss that later prepared me for labor and delivery.I recommend Belly Bliss to all my clients and friends for all their prenatal needs.

While the staff was friendly, I found the quality and comfort of the massage, along with the overall ambiance of the space, to be lacking. It felt similar to a cheap Massage Envy massage and I didnt get the feeling that the therapist had any in depth training or experience in prenatal massage. For the price, not to mention the miserable parking, I wouldnt go back. If youre looking for a great pre and post natal massage option I highly recommend Mani Celesti Massage instead.

A truly wonderful community and resource for all things pre and post baby! The staff is tender & kind - which is even more imperative in such a vulnerable time of life. The Belly yoga classes are still some of my favorite memories from being pregnant - there is a magic within a pregnancy yoga class...such camaraderie, beauty and strength. I found my doula for all 3 children here and I still (post baby) come here for massages. Love it!

After getting prenatal massages at the chain massage places, I was about to give up hope of getting a decent massage while pregnant. Im a nurse who gets frequent backaches even when Im not carrying twins. But my husband found Belly Bliss and my whole opinion on prenatal massage was changed. If you want a massage while you are pregnant this is the only place to go. Ask for Beth because she is fantastic and the nicest person you will meet. Also, prenatal yoga can be super lame and not a very good workout at other places but thats not the case here. I was able to sweat and get a workout in while not doing anything movements that would put me or my unborn twins at risk. Bleu bliss is awesome:

I found Belly Bliss while looking for a chiropractor that specializes in pregnant women. I have visited Dr. Jaimy for well over a year for regular adjustments, and I have been really happy with her. Working with mothers and babies is really her passion in life and it shows. I had no discomfort during pregnancy, thanks to Dr. Jaimy. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns. She is also the only chiropractor that I trust to work on my sweet baby girl, because of her gentle approach. She takes insurance, but her cash rates are quite reasonable as well, and there are also package deals available.I have also gone to belly yoga and mother-baby classes at Belly Bliss. I love these as well, but I will say that I loved another unaffiliated studio in Littleton (Bliss Yoga) just as much for the prenatal classes. Belly Bliss is a one stop shop with every possible service needed for mommas and babies.
