Called for a very specific type of bike for my son, we live in Texas and they had the only one we could find, they were able to package it up and ship it to us quickly. The staff I dealt with over the phone were helpful and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Went into Coyote Motorsports to look at ATVs. The place was pretty busy, but we were helped very quickly. We told Shannon what we were looking for and he showed us what was in stock. We decided we were going to buy and wanted to look into financing part of the purchase. Jenny helped us out with a great 0% interest for a year loan. The entire staff was very friendly and informative and made the entire buying process easy. I dont usually write reviews, but the above and beyond service from both Shannon and Jenny warranted it. Thanks for everything!

Shannon and Brian were amazing to me and my wife. They made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything. I had some issues with financing and had to stay after they closed and both of these gentleman had no issue waiting with us. They were very patient and made us feel welcomed. We purchased a new machine from them. Would definitely come back to do business with them. If youre in the market give them a chance, if you call ahead of time I dont see how they wouldnt be able to accommodate your needs. Brian I need a coyote t shirt!!

Horrible customer service and thumb star dirt bike constantly breaks. We bought the bike brand new, within a week the rear sprocket broke. Had it fixed under warranty and after a month (to get parts)got it back just to have the sprocket break again after two weeks this time. The kick stand had slowly broke as well. Took bike back, after a couple weeks was told oil needed a change (which was done days prior to going in the second time)and when called to see if done was told also a wheel spoke was broken so told them to fix that. After many calls to them (some our calls were not returned) just to see where the bike was on being finished it had taken about 3 months to fix a dirt bike that was brought back a second time for faulty parts. Son was accused of wreaking bike to cause damage both times which I assure you it was not. This bike was ridden on a gravel road not anything crazy. Will never recommend Coyote Motorsports for anything especially any mechanical service.

If you’re looking for a solid buying experience, this is not the place to shop. I went in to this shop with the intention of purchasing a four-wheeler, in cash, and left sans a four-wheeler and a feeling of disrespect I’ve never before experienced. The only salesman, who reluctantly helped me, was rude and unapologetic for the poor service. He maintained that everyone was busy and that earlier in the day, they had at least 20 customers. However, when I walked in, there was only one customer, made up of a family of six. Multiple employees walked by but failed to even say hello. After waiting 25 minutes to be helped, I finally asked a service attendant to call a salesperson. I then waited another 20 minutes before being helped. The man who finally spoke to me saw me waiting near where his office was and worked harder to not make eye contact with me than he did to finalize a sale. At this point, I’m visibly frustrated. I too work in sales, and recognize the importance of greeting customers as they walk in the door, even if I cannot immediately help them. This is too hard for the sales staff at this location. That is unless you look a certain way. While we waited, a White couple walked in and were immediately greeted and helped. When I mentioned this to the salespeople, they said they couldn’t tell who was with who. It should be noted that I am Hispanic and so was the one other customer being helped (the family of six) and they assumed I was with them, you know, because we’re all Hispanic. After a heated discussion the salesperson decided that he did not want to make the sale because he didn’t want to get a poor review. I’m not that person. I don’t spend time on the internet reviewing anything, but the level of disrespect and the failure to show any ounce of understanding for my frustration led me here. I took my business elsewhere and I will be sure that my family and friends, who are avid motorcycle and motorbike riders to do so as well, and I suggest you do the same.P.S. After doing more research about this business, this is a common occurrence.

I took my 2016 Yamaha FZ-07 in for regularly scheduled 4000 mile service today. It turned out I had a nail in my rear tire that I did not know about, so I ended up with a new set of tires as well. All said and done I was down $830, almost $500 of which is labor. Fair enough. However when I received the bike back I was a little disappointed. I had just washed it the day before and expected it to be returned in a similar condition, however there was chain lube all over my rear wheel. And it got worse as I rode it home (see attached photos). I know that you sell dry chain lube in store, why would you not use that? Especially on a bike with bright yellow wheels.I guess I expected better if Im going to pay that much, otherwise Id have taken the day off and done it myself.

Worthless! My husband & I bought a brand new ATV from here. The owner of the company left us waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes while he stood outside bullsh**ting with a friend. It was rude. However, we made the transaction & went on our way. While we were there we found out the have a shop to work on ATVs and we have an ATV that wasnt running. We dropped the ATV off at the beginning of June. They told us the entire top end needs to be re-done for $1,200. We wanted it fixed and agreed to have them fix it. It is now the end of August and they text saying the ATV is ready. Then a while later they texted saying the carborator is dirty and need to be cleaned and re-done for an additional $270. We know the carborator isnt dirty because my husband and his friend looked at it before taking it to Coyote in the first place. Anyway, we decide not to have them replace the carborator and pick up the ATV. We get to the facility and the ATV is completly taken apart, it wont start, no one knows where the parts are, and the seat is missing. We paid $1,200 to get the ATV back in the same running condition from when we dropped it off. We go into Coyotes facility to speak to the owner. They promise to have the ATV set back up, running, and they will drop it off to us the next day. The next day they call us to tell us they cant deliver the ATV to us for another four days and they tell my husband that they dont appreciate us causing a scene in their facility. I wouldnt call being upset and voicing our opinion about the poor service, and spending $1,200 to get an ATV worked on - only to pick it up and its not running at all. If were paying $1,200 for services, we expect top notch service and we received nothing close. Needless to say, we have our ATV back and its NOT running at all.

Ive owned a handful of bikes, two Yamahas including this most recent fz09 and an R1, a Honda Fury, and a KTM Super Duke 990, but Ive only used Coyotes services for buying gear or fluids or just to look around and talk bikes with your sales guys. Today was the first service Ive used. It was a 6k milestone service and a check on my clutch pack (wheelies happen!) Nothing funky came up, thankfully...and Austin, Tracy, and whoever worked on my bike and the random crew in the back all deserve some recognition.  I was handled professionally during in processing, during the service, and out processing. Especially leaving/picking up the bike, it was the end of the work day and the service guys that were around and I spoke to were really professional, not in a rush to call it quits, and took the time to just chat and offered to help me load my bike. I live north by about 25 minutes but make the drive, and will now continue to, thanks to these guys

Well, I wish I could write about my experience there at Coyote Motorsports but I cant get anyone to call me back. I sent an initial contact notice via their website. After no response, I called and left a voice mail. I just called again today and left another voice mail. Ill update this if I get a call back but they must have so much business that a new person to the area calling to schedule service and perhaps add a 4wheeler to their fleet is not even acknowledged. Hopefully there is a good reason. Stay tuned if they do call me back.10/2/19 - Update: Hi all. Brian from Coyote Motorsports responded to my review (see his response). I probably wont call as Ive already put the 4-Wheeler into another shop (Grand Prix Motorsports in Littleton) who responded very quickly to my inquiry, got me scheduled in and to this point has been an absolute wonder to work with. My guidance to the Coyote team would be to figure out why you are not getting voice mails (I l left two on different days staggered apart) AND my initial communication with them was via their contact us link on their website which Brian never referenced in his response. Cant speak to Coyotes work quality so this review doesnt purport to do that. Just a review on their customer engagement. Companies spend a lot of money advertising to get customers. Shame when a customer tries to reach out to a company to do business on three occasions with no response.

I cant believe people would leave coyote one star reviews, but then again it is 2019 and everyone is kind of a cry baby now days. I bought my bike from Coyote last year, and theyve taken care of me like family consistently. The owner is also the Finance manager so youre not dealing with a ton of people, and there is a higher level of accountability when youre signing paperwork with the guy that owns the place. Everyone in there rides street, dirt, or both. They know what theyre talking about, the guys behind the parts counter crush it and can find anything from gear to parts, and it is a very relaxed no pressure environment. In the year Ive been coming here they have had some turnover in the service department, which can cause mistakes, but its the automotive industry so duh? They are not perfect by any means and have slipped up even when dealing with me(and I go through them for everything) but they always remedy any mistakes, and Brian(the owner) is a chill and fair guy. In the end nowhere you go is perfect, but I would ignore the one star ratings and look at their overall rating. I guess be an adult and call them if it seems like something is taking too long? Usually being proactive instead of reactive solves most issues at any car or powersport dealer. Just my two cents, hope this helps you make a decision.

I pushed the bike to their service entrance but it was so late in the day, they were about to close and couldn’t get my bike serviced that night. One of the Service guys lived in Longmont and was nice enough to give me and my daughter a ride all the way back home that night. The next day I had a friend give me a ride back to their shop and the bike was all done. I only needed a new tire tube and they also had replaced an exhaust bolt that I had lost. When I went to pay they had given me another break and charged me less than I expected for the work! Every single person I talked to was very nice, knowledgeable and was there to help. The service here is horrible. I nearly got killed. 1st off, I waited 3 weeks to get my bike in. The service guy said it would take 1 week to perform a full service, adjust throttle cable, clutch cable, and replace fuel sender. The rear shocks was also to be checked. It took a FULL month to get my motorcycle back. When I asked about the rear shocks, the service guy Rob said he never checked it. That it looked fine. I asked for it to be checked because I hit a bump on the highway and nearly flew off the bike. Anyways I paid $520 for all this. I take the bike home and wash the bike and 1) notice a bolt missing from under the seat 2) my USB charger I installed dont work anymore 3) my footrest on my left side is REALLY loose. I call Coyote and Rob tells me to bring it in the next day. That next day, me and 2 family members go riding before I bring in the bike. The handle bar nearly comes off as one entire side with the bolt falls off. Luckily I was not on the highway and on a small road coming to a traffic light. I call Coyote and they say they have nothing to do with it. This was the 1st time I took the bike out for a ride after leaving THEIR shop. The handlebar never had this issue before. This place will destroy your bike as they dont know what they are doing and they will delay everything. They claim no responsibility so please check EVERYTHING on your bike before leaving. Or better yet, DO NOT go there in the 1st place. NEVER again will I go there or recommend this place to anyone. If not for the man above, this place would have killed me.

Perhaps long drawn-out point-of-sale customer experiences are what traditional motorcyclists look for but as a weekend warrior and someone with other errands in my day, this just isnt the experience I want.I will probably look for a smaller shop that works a little faster to get me in and out while handling all of my issues in a direct manner. I went in to buy new tires, what I got was a consultation on being a new bike owner, new tires, a spruced up bike, respect as a new rider and encouragement. They tightened things that needed tightened and loosened things that needed loosened. At no extra charge. I rode away on a better bike than I rode in on, with a manual to learn to do some of the future work myself. Thank you.

Went buy to check out the service department & see what they had for retail sales. Clean store, didnt get a chance to see actual service department. Rating based on appearance & staff friendliness.

I have a 2004 Honda CBR F4i.I had the wheels off my bike for some new tires and they had them slapped on in under an hour. Great prices.(If you see Austin give him a hug)This is the only place I bring my bike.

DISAPPOINTED AND CHEATED. Giving one star because I cant give zero. I took a carb from my bike to this place to be rebuilt. When I put it back in the bike, gas started pouring out of it. I spent hours troubleshooting their shoddy work. SO far Ive found two o-rings in the accelerator pump were crushed. I replaced those and the leak stopped, but the bike wouldnt idle right, so I took the carb apart again and found that the accelerator pump diaphragm was shot - it apparently was not replaced in the rebuild, as it should have been, and the idle jet was plugged. Never again.
