Never going back to Dirt Cheap. The lady was so rude and wouldn’t let me void anything off when they don’t accept returns and their price check app doesn’t work. She even kept asking daisy a 3 year old what she was saying. I said she doesn’t know because she’s a toddler. She’s like she doesn’t know what she’s saying. Really?

This is the BEST Dirt Cheap in DFW! Always friendly staff, especially Yolanda, Abby, and Patricia. There really hasn’t been a staff member that has not gone above and beyond to help us.. We love this place.

There is a huge amount of used, returned, and damaged goods from every department of a store. Refrigerators, chairs, lawn care, mowers vaccums, clothes, games, small electronics, movies, food, etc. You name it they may have it here. Everything is sold as is and all sales are final with no returns accepted. You may have to dog around to find things on shelves because everything is not sorted out at all and is just placed anywhere in the clutter. Some good bargains can be found here up to 90% off. Condition of all of the products will vary between new in box to broken overall. Most items are outside the manufacturers box but can be found in average usable condition. Be careful to check everything before buying something here. For example, some vaccum cleaners may be missing parts or some freezers look like they were dropped on the corner of the door and severely bent inwards. You could ask an employee to test an item before buying it. I would reccomend Google searching what you dont know about an item and read the reviews to see if it is worth the bargain bin price. Overall an interesting store that looks like the the bulk returns department of Amazon, Goodwill, and Ollies Bargain Outlet all combined together.

Horrific Story: Do not buy anything from this store without testing it we purchased 2 tv stands that turned out to have mix match pieces things completely missing out the box and all the manager David could say is ohhh well $70.00 down the drain. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS PERIOD

It was my first time at dirt cheap and I was amazed by the prices all the items that they had for you people that are looking for deals and great off on sales this is the place to be great household products good on childrens clothes and just grading every aspect when you looking for a particular things or not particular things just go there and youll be surprised what you find in the savings yes the savings is what you going to really be impressed with so get up early Saturday morning and venture out this is your first stop 🤗😃😄

Not easy to shop because things are not where they should be, and prices are not clearly coordinated. Good deals on single items like fitted sheet, pillow case, pillows, decor, toiletries and paper. Infant, toddler clothing.No refunds so be alert and know sizing. Twin, full, queen- for the most part not marked or labeled!Use a card or wait if paying cash. My go to for thrift stores and bargain hunting.

The store is an absolute disgrace! It’s trashed! It’s filthy! Everything in the entire store is broken or disassembled or missing pieces. The bathrooms are disgusting! Nothing is organized. I really cannot believe that they are still in business. Especially after reading the review about the two way mirrors in the dressing rooms!!

The shop may appear to be disorganized, but the eclectic look is what gives it its charm! It’s like going on a treasure hunt for hidden gems. You’ll find items in the store that can be brought back to life with a little TLC. They are like a thrift store on steroids, as they have a bigger selection to choose from. They always have items from Target! So if you don’t want to pay full price, go to Dirt Cheap!

Kind of a grimey place. Employess were nice. But everything was all wrapped around each other and just a mess to have to dig through. I wont go back. 3 stars for the sweet employees tho.

Great deals, but you have to dig for them! Plan to spend a while, wear comfortable shoes and something you can easily try clothes over, as there are no fitting rooms. Theres an app you can download (Dral Finder) to check prices, which I highly recommend because things are all mixed up. Theres also a table in the back where you can plug in and test electronics. All sales are final.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.Store is never organized so I looked at an open box full of swimming suites just as all the other people on the store where doing. An employee ended up approaching me scream that I could not look in that box since the swimming suites were going to be hanged and I was unorganizing them. (Keep Im mind the box was already opened, unorganized, and several other customers has already gone through it before me) I told the employee that there was not a sign saying to not look through the box, several people had already looked through the box making it messy, and the box blocked off like they usually do when they are restocking. The lady said she did not bothered to do so since people do not listen to the signs anyway. I explained that she cannot get upset with me if there was no a sign and if other customers had already gone through it. Then another customer stepped in to ask for her assistance and she rudely told her that all the swimming suites where here, which the customer replied that she understood but that was not her question. Bottom line who ever is now the manager or supervisor sucks, and the new staff needs an attitude check.

Very rude store manager. He yelled at me in front of my kids about how I should not make him run up to the register for voiding some item. You work there buddy not me! That’s a part of his job and also to treat your customers with kindness. Horrible store. I feel sorry for the cashier that has to deal with that.

Always friendly and I enjoy getting bargains here. And everyone is always helpful. Could really use some reorganizing and more spacing between things to make it possible for carts to get around.

Great prices but the manager and one of the staff members is so rude! I was waiting to check out and heard the manager yelling at a lady that she can only buy some cereal in bulk, which the lady was okay with and asked how many was in a box. They were all individually labeled with a price and the manager opened a box and counted 12. He then proceeded to yell “well how many do you want” about three times. I checked out after her, with games I had found that matched the code for 90% off but were ringing up 70% off. I told the girl about the sign and grabbed it for her. She said she couldn’t do anything, which I understood, and she offered to grab her manager. I said yes please, the manager came over, and immediately got defensive and said “some games are 90% off and some are 70% off”. I told him I understood that but pointed out the codes on the 90% off sign matched the games. He proceeded to sigh and yell “we’ll just give them to her for 90% off I’m not going to sit here and argue with her and waste my time, throw the sign away and be done with it”. I was a little shocked but the girl rung them up for 90% off, but instead of following their original price sticker for the 90% off, she grabbed the most expensive out of them all and rung them all up as that price and then 90% off. I asked her how much they were and she told me, when she told me I told her that wasnt right as only one out of five games was that price, where she proceeded to become visually agitated and SIGH loudly. I love this store and go in frequently, but I won’t be after this. I was astounded by the behavior the employees exhibited, and thought was okay. I’ve been shopping here for years with no problems with any off the staff until this point.

You can find some good deals but most items are broken or covered in makeup/ paint. I have been shopping here for years but recently had a bad experience and won’t be back. The cashier broke an item during checkout and I didn’t notice it until after I had paid. She was rude before it even happened but after she started raising her voice and pitching a fit. When the manager came out she was also extremely aggressive and wasn’t interested in what we had to say. They watched the cameras and claimed she didn’t break it but let me do an exchange anyway. They were very condescending and aggressive and it wasn’t until my boyfriend stepped in that they calmed down. They tried to gaslight us and acted like we were crazy. Your customers should not be more professional than your employees.

Its really good place for deals if you dont mind digging threw piles of stuff I myself love it

Total waste of time. The place is so disorganized they have items on the shelf saying that its 90% off but when you get to the register thats not the case. Its too overwhelming and causes anxiety. They need a better system. You really think youre going to get a great price when youre only getting a few dollars off when you get to the cash register.

EMPLOYEES WATCH YOU INSIDE OF THE FITTING ROOMS!!!!!!!I was inside the dressing room when I heard two people talking about me from behind the mirror. I did a two way test on the mirror and it is in fact a two way mirror. All the mirrors in all of the dressing rooms are the same but the stall next to the sketchy out of order stall is where they sit and talk about you.THERE ARE NO SIGNS POSTED THAT YOU ARE BEING WATCHED WHILE DRESSING/UNDRESSING IN THE FITTING ROOMS WHICH IS ILLEGAL.I talked to the supervisor Ms. Marie and the store owner. Ms. Marie was very aggressive when she walked up to me and her voice was one of the ones talking about me!!!!!! When I left the store SHE FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE AND PROCEEDED TO BE AGGRESSIVE.I filed a police report.I made several attempts to contact corporate. NO ONE answer or return my calls. Im going to investigate at other locations tomorrow.

Love the deep discounts but be prepared to dig. Its definitely messy but you can find some gems in the piles. Just check the item for imperfections. Most are just old stock from other stores.

It was good to see but nothing has the correct tag price, when you are about to pay everything has a different amount for you to pay, its extremely confusing, I have the app on my phone and WHEN IT WORKS IT SHOWS YOU ONE PRICE AND THATS NOT THE CORRECT PRICE. I left almost everything that I had took because the final amount was completely different than the one I had calculated, like I have calculated 26 dollars and the final amount was 89... then I we had to check on every item and just 4 items had the correct price. I lost so much time...I keep getting all this emails with all new and great things but when I go is all plus size or broken things. Last couple of times I went there it was absolutely messy, and the tags never shows the real cost.

Too crowded even for a thrift store. RowsOf clothing so close you couldnt walk thru, much less get a wheelchair thru. The staff, unlike the store, were quite helpful and very friendly.

Great place to get expired food and broken/surplus stock from a variety of local stores like target. They advertise great deals but excersize caution, most things are broken or missing parts and they tend to price things such that after the discount they tend to cost exactly the same they would in store, or within 90% of new value. Some clothing items seem to be exempt from this rule but its usually the clothes nobody has purchased in a long time.

Been to alot dirt cheap in Texas. I usually find decent stuff here. I always shop not expecting particular items but I usually walk out with something. I always compare the prices to Amazon and walmart

They have staff that are always helpful and welcoming. While sometimes you may leave empty handed, it is always an adventure!

The Manager Yolanda is the best Manager at all Dirt Cheaps she has the best customer service her and her cashier is a little Spanish Girl and they are so professional I drive all the way from Desoto Texas to buy just from them I thank God for her since then we have spent thousands of dollars at her location Please give them a raise!

The prices here were really incredible, what really threw me was how dirty it was. There was half open boxes of furniture sets that were missing pieces, and random things placed all throughout the store that had no sense of order. Its definitely a scavenger hunt to find what your looking for.

Great deals on certain things..a place to frequent if your a bargain hunter. Prices are hard to decipher sometimes and be careful with electrical stuff for there is no returns. Bathrooms were disgusting!!! NO Sanitizer for carts or anywhere else in the store so be prepared.

Great discounts! You just need time to browse, but if you have patience, you may find a good deal! (Lots of stuff, not so neatly packaged, so youll have to dig through whats there somewhat.) I found some cute new baby stuff that wasnt buried. It just depends on what youre looking for. I understand they get new stuff in pretty regularly. If you find what youre looking for, the discount will be worth it!

Used to love this place but not anymore. Went in today to look for a crockpot or intact and couldnt believe the prices. They were the same price or more than the store price for a new one. At least with a new one I can bring it back if theres an issue. They had an instapot listed for 99.99. Brand new the same one in other stores is 59.99. Then they had a crockpot for 69.99 but that same one brand new in other stores is 59.99. Just disgusting. 😡

Worst customer service ever. Ive been a shopper of dirt cheap for many years. Visited it every summer when we went to Mississippi. Was very excited to see it come to Texas. Until today, I asked for a specific item and was told by said employee that we have none. On my way out I see what Im looking for behind a yellow tape. I go to get it relieved I found one and the same employee runs up and takes it from me. Says if I want it I have to come back tomorrow! I drove a long way to get there in the first place. When I asked to speak to a manager he says I am the manager! To date Ive never been treated like this. Most places that care about their customers would have been a little more willing to help. Most places want their customers to come back, and are not willing to lose a long time customer to $5 item. I took my business straight over to too big lots. And the said employee told me, good dont come back. I promise I wont be.

We have found some great items here. Planters, side tables,outdoor furniture covers. My son bought a indoor room air conditioner for $200, they sell for $700!

If youve never been to dirt cheap, its hard to describe. Its a glorious mess of great stuff, worth the dig. Product is always rotating, so you may not always find what you need. But keep going back and youll start finding deals you didnt know existed. For example, Nespresso machine for $21!? Check! Once had a $1000 haul for right at $120!

Whenever I go there, I come out with a happy face when I see the total amount on the bill. I have found good toys for my kids and useful house items. I highly recommend this place for items that are not on the list, its like a place to discover new things.

Cool place if you dont mind hunting. Stuff is scattered and often out of place. I got a 300 dollar echo hedge trimmer for 40 bucks. Its not a place to go if your looking for something, things find you. Strongly recommend you download the app to scan the product first.

Somethings had no prices especially furniture and large items. Nice cashier but store was pretty messy and very crowded due to Christmas.

If youre prepared to spend time here, you can find great deals. All sales are final, so you need to check things carefully, but if youre willing to spend the time to test things while youre there, you can find GREAT deals! Sometimes it can feel like sifting through many broken bits to find burried treasure.

Much better than I expected! Looks like a huge garage sale but brand new, name brands, and extremely cheap. You must be patient to find the best deals and clothes in your size. I recommend not taking your children unless theyre patient too. I bought professional work clothes for a dollar and a number of school supplies for 40¢ total. I sweat with excitement when I find the right thing!

Its not a bad dirt cheap but they have better stores in the metroplex with better deals. However its not bad if you dont want the extra drive, good prices on cloths and shoes. As well as a clean store always appreciated.

I was really in need of new shoes and pants mainly for work. A friend took me to Dirt cheap and I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to find 2 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of shoes, all in great condition and comfortable for $6 a piece. Also found some other necessities for much cheaper than in other stores. Would give 5 stars but I feel like the price for many items could be alot cheaper.

This is one of my favorite stores for home decor. You can find a lot of cute items from Target that are 50-60% off. They have decent selection of clothing from Target as well. You really have to take the time to look through all the clothing in order to find something cute. Childrens clothing is great though. I saw some items from GAP the other day. I did most of my Christmas shopping here for my nephew and nieces. Dont expect this to be the nicest and most organized store. There is stuff everywhere but that is to be expected at a discount store.

This place is amazing. I had no idea that this place was even a thing. They have hundreds of dvds for .60 each. 60 cents. I bought 11. They have endless clothes, lawn mowers, weed eaters, toys, home goods, fans, tents for $20. Its awesome.

Excellent burgers for every taste and diet. Gluten free, keto, vegetarian, vegan, you name it... Extremely kind attention. I recommend it without hesitation.

They have some really good discounts especially when they have 80% discounted items.My one complaint is you do have to dig for good items.If you like treasure hunts then you will have a lot’s of fun here.I found a Starbucks coffee press for 10 dollars ,and I also had a power washer for 100 dollars.You Can find some really great stuff!!

Imagine a thrift shop of new, overstocked, and returned items. Thats dirt cheap. It could be more organized, so if you need neat ans organized, this is not your spot. If finding a bargain gets your juices flowing, you may like it.

This dirt cheap was great and clean! I was able to get bedding at a fraction of the cost of going to a big box store. I liked how organized it was and the employees were friendly.

I got nothing over price on underwear. Gap underwear in a pack of five $39.00. Okay you can keep them. I shop at Gap never seen kids underwear for $39.00. Know your product beforehand. Were all have phones goggles it.

Great prices, def recommend getting the price checking up they have. This store seems better staffed and organized than some I have seen, but even those are still worth the deals.. Ive found shirts and shoes as low as $1 and reguarly find shoes I like for $5.

This is a fun store. If you have the time to really look around you can find some great deals. You do have to keep going routinely to find the best deals though. I am a big fan of their outdoors and home decor.

All the stuff here belongs in a dumpster, not trying to be sold to me....its a disorganized shop with everything seeming to be either in destroyed packaging or just laying around eith no packaging at all. Saw a rechargeable handheld carpet cleaner that wouldve been perfect for small pet accidents: no box, no battery, no charger, nothing.Ended up leaving before I felt like I needed to burn the clothes I was wearing. HORRIBLE doesnt begin to touch a description of this place for me.

Lots of great buys. In a way its good that they do not take returns or I would load my cart to overflowing. You never can tell what you are going to come across in here. There are a lot of goods from Target, but a lot of random stuff that makes you scratch your head them pile it in your cart.Sure, there are some bins that have hundreds of similar items that you have to Wade through to find the right item, but they have everything else pretty well organized. The workers are friendly. You cant call and ask them if they have items, but thats part of what makes them so cheap. Really cheap.
