Exceptional Experience more than expected. I came in asking for help about a replacement phone. Juan, who was very friendly and caring. He dedicated his time to help me without a problem. He got it done quickly. The store atmosphere and ambient design are also cool. I like this place as well as the customer service.

I know it is a pandemic, and we should all exercise patience, but 5-10 mins of waiting should not turn into 30 -40 mins.It is ridiculous to drive 30 mins to Denton, wait 30 mins more, then spend an hr upgrading phones. I will order online...

This store is the best! Cristina not only helped us set up 7 new lines, but she also stayed an hour and a half past closing to help us. The manager, Jordan, also stayed late to help us and also helped us when we returned to get more help. They are truly #1 in customer service.

Transfered and upgraded to T-mobile a year ago and its really the best. Got the insurance and its already worth it, they make it quick and easy getting a free screen protector! Cant say Ive had a better phone provider.

This store used to be pretty good, but as of late ( the last 6 months or so) the customer service has been horrible. Giving out wrong information, could care less if they can help you. Had a problem with my phone and came in to get if fixed after having talked to tech support and the guy helping me seemed irritated about helping me. And acted like I didn’t know anything and was not happy that I didn’t have my receipt with me... I will never go back to this store again! I will go out of my way as far as Dallas to avoid going to this store!

Amazing service! Stephen Allen was extremely pleasant and helpful. He even helped us with an issue we were having on our old phones through a different carrier while we waited for our new phones through T Mobile to arrive. Can’t say enough good things about Stephen and the team there.

I recently switch to T-Mobile after being a loyal customer for over 10 years with AT&T. The crew was amazing, took care of 4 devices and saved me over $200 a month. I havent notice any difference in my service. They told me if I had any problems to let them know and they would come up with a solution. Customer service is outstanding.

Inconsiderate if youre not there to purchase a phone. The little girl who was at the entrance signing people in and asking the reason for the visit didnt bother to tell me that I could only pay cash for the accessories Im looking for until about 15 minutes of me waiting. And even then it was only after I asked how much longer. What a waste of my time!! What poor customer service!! Dont plan on ever going into that location again.

This is without a doubt the best experience I’ve had at a cell service store. Cody was very welcoming and helpful. Blake B. had a detailed answer for every question and every problem I had. He broke everything down so we could understand it and gave us multiple options to think about! We did switch over to T-Mobile and it was all because of Blake! Thanks!P.s Cody is a master at cleaning windows lol

The wait is unbelievably long. The people summer nice very nice and some are very self-absorbed that work there. I also think theyre rather racist. There was an intelligent black man next to me. We were both the only customers at the time. More people came in we waited I am white I was served he was not he waited 2 hours. I waited 45 minutes. The wait time anyway is ridiculous they are understaffed. T-Mobile needs to do something about this its a great company but the store sucks.

I needed questions answered about my phone plan. Didnt know theres an app to check in. Store associate was rude about it as well.Juan is still the manager there and things have went down the toilet ever since he started running this store on loop 288.Im now waiting on a call back from T-Mobile customer service. I intend on reporting this store for last incident as well as today. There were people flooding into this store and they only had one person working then finally a 2nd guy showed up.3yrs ago this store was awesome. They had a Samsung and LG experts working there. Not anymore.Anything to save money, including disrespecting customers and poor service. Lying to customers about products and services.I been with them 2003 back when it was Voice Stream. They went from the best to absolute worst in my book.

This store REALLY sucks, the store manager was so pushy, trying to get us to buy products that we did not want or need and offering us deals so we would buy more products,instead of helping us do simple things like pay off a phone. They are not professional at all. the employees dont have any idea of what they are doing or have any information about the phones or your account when you ask them. They need more common sense and people that actually care about customer service. They also never explained anything to us about the mail in rebate. They were more focused on trying to sell us products that we did not want! HORRIBLE STORE.The T-Mobile Store on University Dr, Denton TX is SO MUCH BETTER!

We have been with all of the Major providers. T-Mobile here in Denton is the absolute best. There is a good reason they are so busy. You cant beat their service and expertise. No matter who is here, they are better than the other Tmobile branches combined. Weve been with T-Mobile for 7 years now. Hands Down the best.

The store manager, who calls himself Tyler and is always conveniently out of business cards, is rude and does not care about customer service. This year and last year, I went in for a simple sim-card pickup. I had already spoken to T-Mobile customer support and was told, both times, that the account had a note not to charge me as a courtesy. Both times Tyler and his employees responded, No! We dont do that. We have different rules at the store. They cant do that..., repeating the same lies over and over. I proceeded both times to plainly explain that the kind customer service rep. on the phone has notated my account, but all Tyler can see is $9.99. Seriously, this store manager and his employees do not care about customer service, loyalty, or common sense. Avoid this store at all costs! Do your business online, like most of us, which is probably why the quality of in-store service and employees is so lacking.This is my first Google review ever. I usually let poor customer service slide, but bullying, lying, and very bad attitudes will and should not be tolerated.

I was unhappy when I switched from AT&T, customer service was there only at the beginning when they are selling you something,untill I got help from Santos! He is the reason I didnt switch back to AT&T and I added 2 more phones and lines,thank you Santos!So if you go to this store ask for Santos or wait for him, he is worth the wait!!

Went Knowing What Phone I Wanted 30 Mins. Before Closing And The Service Was Great For Purchasing The Device But During The Set Up The Sales Rep Kept Pushing Things On Me? Things Like Wireless Speakers And Screen Protector And Cases That She Was Saying Were On Sale And Insisting That I Needed Those Things And At One Point She Wanted Me To Look At The Latest iphone. Other Than The Really Pushy Rep I Had Service Was Alright.

Every time Ive gone in there to pay my bill, Im put on their list... then other people come in mainly males... the females working there always service the men before me even if I arrived before them.. its aggravating because 9/10 they need tech support if account services which can take up to an hour.. and the just look over at me and smile knowing they bumped them ahead of me...its unprofessional and Im getting tired of it.
