Pulled in to the mini side drive thru to have front driver-side tire checked for low pressure, and after waiting around 15min, I was helped by the friendliest technician who took the time to explain lower temps outside can affect tire pressure if you can rule out theres no nail puncture. I really appreciated him taking a moment to be human because in this Covid-19 climate we live in, we have somehow lost our ability to show kindness even through a mask but this technician wasnt concerned about that, he spoke clearly through the mask without an issue. After airing up the tire, he politely said..have a blessed day Wow, that made my day 😊💕

Quick service if you have an appointment. They have missed the mark with previous tire inspections where they didnt catch a puncture/leak point. In which case, I would simply drop by again. If you are buying new tires, the certificates are well worth the service. Staff are super friendly and will explain any issues.

Had to spend 2 and half hours there to get my tire fixed but hey it was free so Im happy! Thanks guys! Good luck on getting more staff.

I was very impressed with my visit! I had a flat tire due to running over a nail, and Nicholas was very professional, helpful, and kind! He helped me understand why I needed to replace my two front tires, and even while I was waiting, I could overhear conversations from other employees, and was just very impressed at the amazing customer service! You can tell everyone really cares about what they do. They also are super quick, and replaced my tires in about 20 minutes. Thank you!

These guys are awesome. I went in one time for air and they found the screw that was causing the problem. Fixed it, no charge. So now I keep coming back. They are quick, efficient, and super friendly. True, they tried to keep my security lug nuts this last time, but they gave them back as soon as I asked. ;)

I’ve dropped about $2k over the last year on 3 sets of tires here. When purchasing the tires everything was great, no complaints.However, their tire maintenance is severely lacking. I brought my wife’s car in for a balance and rotate. They pulled the car in at 11:06 and out at 11:11. I watched from a distance and I’m fairly certain they only actually balanced 2 of them. The car now has a vibration on the highway.The next day I had an appointment for my other vehicle, so I made sure to watch more closely.I specifically asked for 2 things, my air pressure and for them to cross two of the tires when the rotated them. I was assured that would be done. As I watched, they had two guys working on the car, the guy on the right side (the side you see from the waiting room) actually balanced both tires and and checked the air, the guy on the left only rolled the tires to the machine and went through motions (didn’t really balance anything) and did not check the air. They rotated them but did not cross them like I requested and was told would happen.I know they just view as a “free” service, but I, in fact, paid for the service when I purchased the protection plan.

My wife took our suv for tire pressure check and a flat fix, screw in the tread. They refused to fix it and instead insisted we need to buy new tires. The tread is low yes but we cant afford tires till payday and cant get to work on a flat tire. I went to Walmart and got a plug kit and fixed it myself and on payday well be buying 2 new tires someplace else. Also, when I aired up the tire at Walmart I checked the other 3 and they were all low 15psi. Did they even check the pressure like they said? It doesnt seem like it.

So far an okay experience. Payed 114 per tire with 80,000 mileage warranty and got the hazard coverage as well. Pretty pricey but will see how worthwhile it is when it is time to finally change them. Friendly customer service and overall good service as a first timer.

Discount Tire has been replacing my tires since 1996. This location has some good people working here. Wait times are long unless you make an appointment. Their website is having issues booking appts right now. They even had a hard time locating my info in their system. Bring your receipt with you when you arrive just in case.

Still trying to get my tires ordered that I emailed about Wednesday of last week. Called the store with the part number and was told they would need to make sure they can get these tires and would call me back when they had an estimate of when they would be here I said thats fine I need a callback though because if you cannot get them Id like to look at other options.They looked up my account with my old phone number and even updated it with my new phone number. Never got a call back through the weekend and when I emailed the person who responded to me through their price match system, they contacted the store and the store told them they had no indication that this tire was ever looked up. Which to me says they are trying to say I never called. Ill give the other store in Denton my money then or shop somewhere else. Why offer price matching if the employees just blow you off?

More specifically, a gentleman by the name of Scott was the employee who ended up serving me, and I cant speak highly enough about this man! I honestly wish every employee I had to deal with were as friendly, kind, and helpful as him. A true model employee. Discount Tire has always given me great service (even way back when they were located off Loop 288 & Lillian Miller) and I continue to recommend them to my friends and family. This new location is no different. Every time I go in, Brock always helps me with my car maintenance/repair issues. Service is done in a timely fashion and all my questions are answered. I would recommend anyone to go to this location.

I buy a lot of tires from them but it seems like every other time that I come in they come up with reasons that they wont work on a tire repair issue. The most common one is sorry the tire is below 3/32 of an inch so we cant touch it. I once had a bubble bulge on the sidewalk of a tire soon after installation and they wouldnt replace it for manufacturing defect and they wanted to prorate based on below half tread tread life and not the 1/6 of mileage of warranted life. Another fun time was with my pickup truck with larger than original tires that cost easily $200 a piece. 4 years ago they wouldnt inspect a slow leak on one of those tires because they said the tire was too old and might have dry rot and they simply wouldnt touch it. That same tire is still on my truck and doing just fine. (We only drive the truck about 300-500 miles per year). Again today I heard sorry we cant touch your tire, but would you like to buy another one and these other tires should be replaced too. No thank you, Ill drive on them for another few months to half a year.

Great experience. Got a decent price on tires. I looked up the tires I wanted on their website and found what I wanted. Gave them the item number and they got me hooked up. The tires I wanted were not factory size but they would work, and the guy helping me just gave me two slight warnings and I told him I understood that when I found them on the website. Anyways, they got me in and out really quick. I will definitely go back if I am ever in the area. Highly recommend this location.

Ehh, Customer Service was just okay...I understand, your time is valuable, but the employee was there. (5:20pm)My family has gotten tires with protection plans for almost all of our vehicles. Typically, we only have good things to say... today however, my mom did not have the best experience.As I mentioned it was after closing.She noticed her tire light flick on while driving I35, she took the exit knowing her tires are from Discount. They did air it up, however there was a huge screw in the tire and the air was lost quickly! Luckily she was able to make it down the road, where she got it patched. However, she shouldnt have had to do that. Im not writing this review because they did anything wrong, I am writing this review because I am 1200miles away and I can not do anything for her from here.The representative was quick to tell her something along the lines of no we cant do more and we are closed, bye./facepalmExcuse me, what if that was your mom, sir?If you could, next time at least try to be nice about it Yes maam we are closed, I do apologize. I mean come on Denton, Texas.So thank you for airing her tire but you likely lost business over this one.Its not what you say, its how you say it.

Dropped off atv tire to be replaced find out how service is when they call me to pick it up

Went in the day after Christmas 2020 prepared to buy at least one and possibly all four tires. They patched up my tire quickly and everyone I came into contact was wonderful! Will be back!

I went here today to fix a flat tire. Jeremiah H. was the guy who helped me (what’s shown on my ticket) and told me it would be about an hour wait (he didn’t seem very happy), so I asked him to call me on my cell number I gave him, just Incase I was walking out side, for when it was done. Well about an 1.5 hour wait with an impatient 19month old I asked a different employee when my car would be done. No one ever called my name inside the building, nor called me when my car was ready. The gentleman who checked me out said “he would have a talk with the guy who was supposed to call and that he even wrote CWD (Call when done) at the top of my paper. Needless to say, Jeremiah, that’s disappointing to do something so easy.

Discount always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. I like the no nonsense of any sales pitch and knowledge of staff if I have a question.Also it feels great driving my car w my new set; Huge improvement!

If zero stars was a rating that would be it, went in to get a tire patched with a leak and sat there for an hour an half and they still hadn’t moved the car from where I parked it. Got my keys and left. Ridiculous and will not come back.

I tend to always buy my tires from them. Most of them are quite knowledgeable and helpful. My only gripe is something that they cant actually do anything about, and that would be their customers. So many of them are rude. They will come in leave their trash all over the place, get in arguments over their phones, or with each other. Then sometimes you stop in and get a two hour wait.

They said they had difficulty finding the puncture on my flat tire, and once they did they declared my tire unfixable. The next day I took that tire to Meineke, who had it patched within half an hour for no charge. Which means Discount Tire LIED just to get me to buy a new tire! I’m never going back!

This location, as I’m sure all locations, but this one especially has been a light at the end of a dark tunnel. They have taken care of my every need, are quick, and super easy going! I’m forever thankful for Keri and Tim for being incredible human beings who understand what it’s like to have life happen. Bought 4 tires and the service men went so fast they scratched my wheel. Asked for a discount because they have always given me a little off and they only printed a rebate form. I’ve been going there exclusively for over 20 years. Now I’ve found a paint chip knocked out of the edge of my wheel well. I had to ask them 3 times to take the certificates off my bill. Not what I expected after spending over $900. In their defense they did want me to bring it back in to look at it but I chose to fix it on my own. Maybe just slow down a little and take care.

I am only going to this new Location for the first time today...But I will stick my neck out and just say this....I have been a Discount Tire customer for Decades....they never fail to impress me...Next to your Brakes, your Tires ARE the most important part on your Vehicle....And theyre not cheap....Discount always seems to have a good deal, and you can just pull in to ANY discount ,at ANY time and they will air you up and sort your pressure, or even fix your tire FOR FREE..even if you didnt buy the tire from them!! Ive wondered for YEARS what was going on this empty corner!!...Seeing a Discount Tire being built was candy to my eyes!

While in line there was a tech by the name of Hunter who was not only more than happy to help but did it with great professionalism and even greater attitude. I normally wouldnt think of doing this but gave him a tip just for being so courteous. I have never had a bad experience with any discount tire but he just found a way to brighten up a gloomy day above and beyond what would be expected. Great job Hunter and great job Discount Tire by hiring the right people! You never know who will walk in the door and he continued to earn my business as a Discount Tire customer.

Noticed my tire was heavily deflated because of the cold weather and needed a quick emergency fix before I went to work. After losing $3 at a self-pump air station that never turned on, I knew where I should have gone in the first place. Throughout the years Ive been a DT customer Ive learned so much about car tire repairs. I know Im treated honestly and fairly every time. Prices are very reasonable and the replacement warranty has saved lots of $$. A huge plus is having so many stores nationwide. I got a free flat repair and they aired up the other tires too. I felt bad about having to go back after my work ended at 5:30, since they close at 6, but they stayed until 7 so everyone in the store was taken care of. This really meant a lot to people like me who only have access to one car, but have work during normal business hours. Its clear that they care about the safety of their customers and dont try to push unnecessary products just to make a sale. Im constantly impressed with the knowledge, service, and expediency of the employees. I think I might turn into a life-long customer.

They said only 45 min to get new 4 new tires and I ended up being there for 2 hours 😡!!

All the front staff guys are really nice but they charged me $60 on top of my $700 tire cost and did not even swap the lug nuts I paid for. I came in at 4:00pm with a slow leak. There was a 2 hour wait, but the price of a new tire was reasonable and the waiting room is decently spacious. Theres a JITB next door within walking distance and they have the option to text when service is complete. No upselling.

A little pushy on trying to sell the better tires but I get it thata their job. Did quick work changing my tires though

Years ago, I had gone to a discount tire to get a set of tires and I was there for over 4 hours...with my five kids...and it was horrible trying to keep them settled for that long. I went to this Discount Tire on E Mckinney due to my pressure gauge light that came on my work vehicle. Fabian was the poor guy working outside on this cold day that was very professional and polite when checking all of my tires that were very low in pressure.
