Great experience, reasonably priced. They walked my through my bed cover options and ordered in the perfect cover for my Tundra. Carl at the front desk was a real gentleman. He was very well mannered, courteous, and polite. Kody (the technician) did an awesome job with the install! He worked clean and quick - getting my truck in and out in about an hour and a half. QC’d his work and everything looks and functions great!I have to say, it looks sleek and the integrated LED cover light is a great additional feature!

They installed a Ranch Hand bumper guard on my new 2021 Ram 3500 dually and did a perfect installation, on time and at a very reasonable price. I plan to have more work done on this truck there soon including lights and an auxiliary fuel tank/pump.

Another GREAT JOB!!!! I just had a new bed topper installed and they did an amazing job. Carl explained the many differences of all the options. Once I picked he ordered and it was installed the next day. Looks great will do exactly what I want it to do. Also while there, I had previously gotten a spray on bed liner put in, and I showed Carl a hole that appeared in the liner. Carl said no problem they would fix it. I did not know and am totally Wowed over is they re sprayed the whole bed. This is an awesome place for product and AMAZING SERVICE. Highly recommend them and will return to them in the future for all my upgrades.

I went in the other day and the guy up front was giving me the dirtiest look. I tried to ask a question but the look he gave made me look else where. I couldn’t feel comfortable in an environment like that. It wasn’t right. I would not recommend this place as they look to have racial preferences with the looks I received.

This summer, we contacted Truxx-Denton to get their recommendation for the best lift kit and air bag combination for a 2014 F350 dually, which was a Zone lift kit, by BDS, and the Firestone Ride Rite bags & compressor, which I purchased from them as a gift for my bf. It took well over a month for the parts to come in, and we had to call many times to see if the parts had arrived. Most of the time we were put on hold for 5 minutes or more.When the parts finally arrived, we were told it could take 2-3 days to get them installed, but it took over 8 days. Again, we continually had to call to check status. During one of the last calls, we were told that several studs were broken on the wheels, and there were problems getting new lugs. Each time we called, we were told of delays in delivery from multiple vendors and were told there were no tracking numbers for the orders. When the lugs didn’t arrive by the end of the week, the truck had to be left over the weekend again. Early the next week, we got tired of waiting and bought lugs directly from another store and hand delivered them to Truxx.When Truxx was done, my bf picked up the truck and almost immediately noticed it was not driving properly and the running lights were not working. This was his first after market lift kit to have purchased, so he wasn’t totally sure how it would handle, but felt confident it wasn’t normal for the truck to automatically turn (roadwalk). The farther he got from Truxx, the worse the problem became – which was even more unsettling, since the tech had said he drove the vehicle after the installation and it drove just fine. So, he called the Truxx location nearest to him at the time, and stopped for them to look it over. Upon inspection, they found that a bolt was loose; causing the steering wheel to shake, and noted that the steering axle bolts were hand loose. Due to safety concerns, they told him he couldn’t drive it any farther until they made some adjustments. They tightened down some bolts, and said it was safe to drive home, but he needed to bring it back asap for more work. We appreciated them tightening the bolts, but afterwards, the steering wheel was off-centered. This was one of the things which was to be fixed when it was taken back for adjustments.While he was there, the manager of the Lewisville store said he would never let a vehicle leave the shop like this, and said Denton should have had an inspector look at it before it left the shop. The same manager also said that although they didn’t do the poor quality work, he could bring it back to their location and they would fix it- which initially sounded like a gesture of good customer service.After getting the truck home, he realized the running lights were not working, and upon closer inspection, saw that the air bag brackets were positioned at an angle, and not flat against the axle, with ½ inch height difference from one side to the other- this was on both sides of the axle. The air bags continued to throw an ECN code and would not function properly. And, there was a hose off of the rear end that we followed up with the Lewisville location about- even providing them with photos. We spent time trying to figure out how to re-link the air bag remote with the air bag compressor- to no avail. There was no owner’s manual or paperwork provided to him when he left Truxx, and the Ride Rite call center was already closed for the weekend.Despite our frustration, we went ahead and took the vehicle to the Truxx in Lewisville, so that they could complete the warranty work on it. We were hoping the issues would be quickly resolved, but that wasn’t the case. The experience with the Lewisville location was even worse than the one in Denton, and I’ve left a review for them as well.The poor customer service and negligent workmanship (which left us with an unsafe vehicle) left a bad taste- and I will not ever take another vehicle to a Truxx location, nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Terrible service and very poor communication. Delivered truck for a scheduled spray in bed liner. Hung out in area as we were told it would be 3-4 hours. Never touched the truck and then hold us it would be 2-3 more hours. Never once called to let us know. Taking truck elsewhere.EDIT- Karl and his crew went above and beyond to make the situation more than right. We very much appreciate their efforts. We have made several purchases at this location over the years and all was great. This one time was obviously an aberration, so we decided to give it another try. Glad we did. We will be back.

Total frustration with this store in Denton. Made appointment to have a flat tow kit installed. Got bs’d for three days and still not finished today. Car will now take anther 3 days to be finished for a job that should of take 6 hours. Will not recommend this place.I been forced now to wait. Legal action will be pending how well they finish the job! Management has not control of workers to make them stay to meet their commitment.Final, if you have a planned schedule, this is not the place to take your car.

Would love to give a negative rating... I have tried to do business with this company 3 or 4 times and they cant get anything going. The last straw was last week when I stopped in for a fuel tank should be simple enough even for this crew. I go in and speak with Carl and informed me of the prices of everything little over $1,500 with install. I inform him of the last two attempts to do business there and he assured me they would get it right. But first would have to source the tank and would then call me and get the install setup. 5 days pass and no call so I call them and get someone else and he informs me that they never ordered it but would get it after he found one... needless to say if you not the corporate account getting beds installed you will not get any service... called 4 wheel parts and have tank and installed in 3 days...

Best around.. Ive upgraded several trucks over the years and by far, these guys are the best. They have 2 locations but I can speak about the Denton store. The manager Joseph has always been top notch. Ive had my recent truck in there on 5 different occasions and they have always delivered as promised at a competitive price point. I am extremely happy I have found a shop that is customer driven.

I had these guys do a spray in bed liner for me. It looks great! Functions well too.The price was cheaper than nearby shops and came with a lifetime warranty. They said it would take about 3 hours, but because I was waiting in the waiting room they all teamed up and finished it in an hour. Nice clean shop with a ton of services. I highly recommend them!

Called for a quote on having bed liner material sprayed on my front bumper. Figured that was within their capabilities as they have pictures on the website of all sorts of items that have been sprayed other than truck beds. Called the Denton location and was told they dont spray anything other than truck beds. Hell Id even take the bumper off for them if it made things easier. Ill find some other place I guess.

Had these guys lift and wrap my jeep. Steve was patient and help me design a unique wrap that looks great! They were in time and extremely professional!

I recently got a grill and side rails for Christmas and called Truxxs on University to see if they could help me out. They asked me the name of the parts and kept me on the phone so they could look them up on the internet to see if they could help. After about 20 minutes they said they could. I set up an appointment for Friday. Dropped off my jeep Renegade and went to work. I get a call a few hours later telling me that they dont have the equipment to put on the side rails. They also tell me they are not going to be able to put on grill. They did not even open up the box the grill was in. The sign on their building says trucks and jeeps. I think they should take have it say some jeeps. I have no idea what kind of automotive place does not have the right equipment. Use with caution.

Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful even after I had someone else do a leveling kit on my truck. I was having issues and had taken my vehicle to the other place multiple times to try and diagnose an issue which they failed to find the cause after multiple attempts. After showing up to TRUXX in Denton the issue was diagnosed within 90 seconds of looking at the vehicle. As far as I am concerned this is the only place in Denton to get work done on your truck when it comes to after market accessories. Thank you TRUXX... I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Brought my truck here for a 2” leveling kit and 2.5” rear spacer and a set of BFGoodrich KO2s. They came in at the same price for the tires as discount tire without any negotiating and I was very pleased with that. Had the truck in and out the same day. I have no complaints.

Went to put mud flaps on...told me it would be in the next day. It took over a week to get them in. They obviously didnt fit. Said they could make it work by making a custom bracket. Which they failed to say they couldnt actually fabricate anything themselves and took 2 days to tell me they cant do anything before returning my $220 I paid...pretty crappy business ethics as well. One employee didnt want to talk about any issues and diverted my to another sales rep they was busy with a customer for over an hour. This place is a serious joke.

Denton location costumer service is beyond rude. Went today to get nfab steps for my new jeep had the money in my pocket ($541) and all I asked if we could hold it up next to the car. He replied No, you either you want it or you dont as he pointed to the display. I would understand if they were busy but no one was there. Will only go to the lewisville location from now on which is a 30 minute drive for me. Steve the owner is a great guy and they treated me professionally at the other store.
