Customer service is not good here. I have tried several times to just get a quote for work I wanted done and have not been able to. The first attempt I called and made an appointment for a Saturday morning. I get there and the sign said open. The door was locked. I knocked no one answered. I called and got voicemail. I walked around building and could not find a soul to help me. Monday I get a weak apology on my voicemail saying sorry we missed you. The guy said call back and lets set something up. After that I got 3 more calls. I called back again. I was told to come in Monday 2/18/19 before noon because the owner would be there to give me a quote. The receptionist tells me to call before going over there. I call about 9 am get voicemail. I have my nephew take my jeep up there the receptionist says the owner is not there he leaves his info. I finally get a call at 11 saying owner in to bring the jeep in. My nephew calls and tells them he will be there at about 11:30 or so. He calls as he is headed out there and the owner is gone for the day. This is the first time I have had to try so hard to get a business to take my money. Use with caution.

Amazing service and Work!!! I called probably 30 companies over the Holidays (Christmas and New Years) needing body work to my vehicle. While no other companies were willing to take the job 940 Collision Experts not only took care of me but gave me a two day turn around time!!! In addition the work was fantastic (thats coming from a pessimist). they also washed my vehicle afterwards and even came to pick me up while I was walking to their shop to pick up my vehicle. Service like this just doesnt seem to happen anymore!!! Great work and Great Customer Service!!!

I had such an amazing expierence with John and his team. They put such awesome time and effort into my car and I couldn’t have picked a better company to have done so. I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for repair after a collision. They make you feel like family. A reprieve from the corporate shops. The process was painless and my vehicle looks like new.

John and Caroline were both very lovely people, would come here again. They worked with me because I only had liability insurance. Would recommend to anyone!

We took my our sons car to John at Collision Experts after it was hit in the school parking lot. At first the other parent wanted to just pay out of pocket, but in the middle they decided to file it on insurance. When this happened we were out of town, but John and Carolyn handled everything on their end with the insurance company and it was seamless for us. Because of the change the check was delayed to Collision Experts, but John went ahead and had us pick up the car because he knew it left us in a bind not having a car. Great communication and quality work! We will use them again if we ever need a body shop.

I brought my pick up in for a bent fender recently, and I m gladI did. The truck looks great.They had to replace the bumper, grill etc.There are no rattles, every thing fits and is straight. Not that easy with the damage inflicted on my ride.The paint is great, there again its a 95 that hasnt been touched.JohnAl , Carolyn every body worked to make the truck look new.Thanks Collision Experts, Im proud of my ride, and Im happy to drive my truck again!

Technically this shouldnt even have a star, should be an option to put 0. The mechanic working on my car decided to downgrade women the same time I had 1 of my associates take in my car to get fixed. You dont downgrade women at any time. He mocked her, and belittled her as well. That is unacceptable. If I dont get a call back I will go to the Better Business Bureau.

Rude and sexist mechanics. Dont ever come here. They are also outrageously priced for the simplest things. WORST experience I have ever had with a car shop.
